The hotel was overall pretty good, it was in more calm location outside of some beachfront or really busy part of city, you are still in walkable distance to excellent beach or docks which are pretty busy place at night, you can also take bus easily to magaluf or palma for some better night life. Services at the hotel were good, cleaning of rooms was on point, food was good in general although for some people it can get repetitive, hotel facilities such as spa and pool were also pretty good but you needed to go pretty early for pool to get a bed otherwise people left the towels on them for whole day. Otherwise the staff was excellent.

Rooms were for sure a bit of dissapointment for the price with showers being outright bad, it looked like there was bath before but they change it to shower but without any curtain or glass wall so water was everywhere. Also it would be nice to have it a bit more private in there. Some other let downs were that pool and beach could get full from early morning and maybe that you needed to pay for drinks at the dinner.

Very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very close to Palma and could get a bus there. Across the road from the hotel you could access excellent restaurants with a variety and excellent quality of food. The hotel Spa and gym facilities are great.

If I had to change anything then I would consider putting in a third bed for family room instead of a sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and my adult daughter slept on the mattress on the floor instead, which was slightly better. The food, although it was an excellent variety wasn’t very hot. It was the hot plate food that was on the cool side. If anything could be changed maybe smaller pans of food that are changed more regularly would be a better idea. The food such as Omelettes etc that were cooked to order was piping hot and excellent.

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a large swimming pool. We didn't want to stay here at first, as the rating was quite low - only 8 - but the hotel met all our expectations and even exceeded them. Great gym, good breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, parking (normally its cost is 7 EUR per day, but since the gate was not working, we parked for free), big pool with plenty of sunbeds. The location is also superb - the capital Palma is a 15 min drive away, with lots of restaurants and cafes around.

As we left early - 7:00, we didn't have time to eat breakfast, as it doesn't start until 7:30, so I would recommend bringing the breakfast start time a little earlier. Also, I think the breakfast should have a bit more healthier food options.

Breakfast was included and selection was very good and catered for all our needs including fresh omelettes. The room was as expected and had a pool view. The pool has been refurbed and is designed as a chill area and not very deep.

Usual stampede for beds but as it was June we still managed to get some. The towels are available from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm but a lot of inconsiderate guests hold on to them from the day before and put them on beds earlier than 10.00 am and then exchange them for fresh ones, resulting in the pool attendant running out of towels quickly as he has more dirty towels just after 10.00 am than fresh ones for guests using the proper process. We also had an incident where we could not get back in to the room and the Hotel had to call their facilities man and we did not get back in to our room until after 1.00 am after a 2 hour wait. Just an apology from the night porter and the manager, nothing else.

This was our second stay at this hotel and some areas had been refurbished (foyer, restaurant and pool area) with a much brighter and welcoming feel. Bedroom and bathroom were both great - comfortable bed! Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice for all Location is superb if you are using it as a base to explore more of the island - car hire available via reception (or just across the road from hotel) and regular bus routes close by

I felt that the main foyer/guest bar area was just a bit too clinical with very little atmosphere but feel it would not take much to improve this by providing more ambient lighting in the evening for example?

I certainly loved how relaxed, helpful and friendly the stuff was. We went with a big group of friends, and we had some of the best time by the pool, not having to care about strictive rules. Breakfast was some of the best I had in a type of hotel like this, and rooms were comfortable!

The only thing that wasn't amazing were the elevators, they seem pretty old, and at some point my wife and I got trapped in one of them. We got help immediately and barely spent there more than 3 minutes, but I would highly recommend the hotel to keep an eye on those elevators, and highly consider replacing them.

The reception staff were fantastic. The pool area was so enjoyable, it was spacious and although the hotel was busy it was quiet. Not once did we have to look for sun loungers. It was a lovely peaceful atmosphere. It is a short walk down to Puerto Portals. Taxis had no problem bringing us back up the hill for less than 5 euro 😄 The breakfast buffet was very good. We did not use the Spa but it did look lovely. There was a very spacious gym with all you could need there too.

We had a triple room which was a tad bit tight for 3 adult women. Our terrace view was not so pleasant. We felt the cleaning staff never once swept the floor of the room. The pool was beautiful but not easy for the older generation to get in and out of it. One or two of the breakfast staff were quite unfriendly, rushing everyone out at 10:30 on the dot. But these were not huge issues for us. Overall we had a lovely stay and would return for sure 😊

The refurb of the hotel inside and out has really freshened it up. The reception area is now more modern and airy and the new pools and sunbeds are really cool. The bedroom was great with plenty of storage space and hangers in the wardrobes. Also no charge for using the room safe or towels for the pool.

At times in the mornings there was quite a bit of movement and noise from guests but I suppose with cyclists they have to be up and away early but they don't really consider the other guests. One thing we really didn't like was cyclist coming in to the longe area in their sweaty gear and sitting on the new upholstery... not very hygenic.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great selection of food items for breakfast, lovely pool area and sun loungers.

Lifts are tiny, apart from service lift which was slightly bigger. This would be an issue if claustrophobic. Evening meal available, equally a fantastic selection of foods however not very hot. Plenty of restaurants nearby though. Two minor faults in the whole scheme of things.

The hotel was in a great location, 5 minutes from the port and some lovely places to eat. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and seems to have been recently modernised. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, fresh, and staff very polite/helpful. Sunbed’s very comfy (better than the plastic crap you usually get) and not busy at all so no mad rush to try and get a spot! Car parking on site which was secure and reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

The pool was a little unusual with lots of slopes and gradients rather than the steps which I found weird and out of ordinary. Adults not so much an issue but I can see children slipping (I myself slipped on my first attempt). Otherwise no other complaints!
