The hotel is located in a beautiful location on the bay. We had a really good room. Food and cocktails were delicious. The animators are super, the evening shows are always very varied and funny, it was a pleasure to watch. Good massage.

Before check-in, I asked if it was possible to pay in cash and they told me yes, but at the reception they said that i can only pay 999 € and the rest by card ( I understand that these are Spanish rules, but I was not informed about this). It’s a little difficult to figure out where in which building what is located in the territory. The hotel is located a few minutes from the beach, but the beach is municipal and sunbeds there cost 20 € per day. The room smelled like sewer. Cleaning in the room was not so good, but every day. There was little seafood for dinner.

This hotel has almost everything to become a dream holiday destination, BUT, is always BUT :) FOOD was disappointing- every day the same, breakfast and lunch very weak, dinner a bit better. POOL / JACUZZI - water very cold SPA crazy expensive- we had all inclusive but you had to pay extra to get in there Also if you want to play biliard or to have popcorns you have to pay

Although we had the all inclusive option it was never stated that all the classic cocktails (margarita, mojito etc are NOT included) and will cost extra This should be disclaimed from the time of booking or not classified as all inclusive

Entrance to the sea is from sand beach as well as from rocky cliffs close to the hotel. The bay is nice. Meal is good. There are always empty sunbeds near the pools.

The entertainment is quite noisy. Sunbeds on the beach are paid. There is no dedicated parking space for hotel guests (but it is possible to park your car in range of 250 meters). À la carte restaurant is missing.

The hotel is in a great location, right by a beautiful cove with clear waters, making it perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. The family rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfort for everyone. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and the staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The quality of the food was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options that catered to both adults and children. The hotel is also fantastic for families, offering all the facilities kids need to stay entertained. The kids' club, playground, and pools kept our little ones happy and busy throughout our stay.

It was so great. Just looking at the pictures, and some comments we were close to looking elsewhere. Thank God we didn’t! We thought that due to the pool-size there wouldn’t be enough sun beds but no matter what time you arrive, whether morning or afternoon, there is enough space for everybody. In addition, when you look at Google maps, you may think the bus stops are far away but if you just go to spar next to the beach located next to the hotel (which maps doesn’t show as there’s no direct path on the beach) the bus stop is 4 minutes away. The staff were super friendly, gentlemen at the bar were always nice, Martina was always enthusiastic and had a smile on the face and (sorry for forgetting the name) the entertainment coordinator from Sicily, Italy was always a good chat. Nonetheless, all of them were great!! Facilities of the hotel were amazing across all hotel sectors! The views were great as the hotel is located proximate distance to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and have AC. The every night shows have always been energetic, and very good entertainment. Overall, we were super satisfied and if we were to come back to Mallorca, it would be to this hotel.

There was no iron nor ironing board in the room. Also can’t use swimming pool accessories such as a inflatable ring.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was wonderful. We were lucky because our room was far away from the entertainment area and with an amazing view of the sea. - The room was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. - The food was good, mostly the dishes were repetitive except for a few, but overall we were not bored and everyone could find something to taste. The waiters in the restaurant are very efficient. - One minute to a beautiful clean beach with crystal clear water. - Lots of different areas (several bars, restaurant, 2 pools) and entertainment from animators. - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Supermarket 2 minutes walk away.

Only a few “-”: - Quite far from the bus stop, the nearest stop was an 18 minute walk. - There was noise from the animation show in the evening until midnight, and in the morning there was noise from the cleaning carts in the hallway.

Huge and comfortable hotel in a lovely bay. The location is good, just next to Magaluf. The meals and drinks were delicious and various.Pools were clean and the water was warm and in the see as well. Room and bed was comfortable. The animation team was fantastic, they were kind and funny, there were games, sports and dance all day. Debora was the greatest, her activities was the most enjoyable for us.

The only thing to be mentionned is the reception. Each time I would asked something, I had to ask it two or three times a day. Towel, shower gel, taxi, they forgot everything.

Room was clean and nicely presented. I had a superior room and it had a great view onto the beach. Preferred this to the Oceanfront we had last time. Food was good. Could imagine if you were staying longer it could get a bit repetitive. There was always a good choice to eat. I really liked the snack bar options as could just go help yourself. Staff were excellent. The var staff were very quick and efficient and no long queues to get a drink.

Lack of toilets in the public areas. The beach wasn't as nice this time. The water was more cloudy. Not the hotels fault as probably down to bad weather.

We loved it all so much we are hopefully returning for another short break in less than 3 months time! :) The room was huge - i stayed with my cousin and we had a double bed each (you could even slide a door to create the 2 separate bedrooms if you wanted!). The views are stunning and the location is fantastic - a lovely chilled resort but only a 5 min taxi ride (or 25 min walk) to Magaluf centre. The sea was beautiful and clear which was great for snorkelling and generally floating about in paradise. There is a beach bar (separate from the hotel) at the back of the beach that is amazing & the drinks food and service are also 10/10. The entertainment staff work very hard and are a great laugh - always want to get everyone involved but also not pushy if you just want to chill all day. Cruzcampo on draught at the bars and sangria on tap too! What is there to complain about!? :)

The only thing i can actually think of is... at breakfast the beans were not quite warm enough for me. But that's it! The hashbrowns and eggs were my fave & super hot so I had those each morning :p
