staff friendly and helpful, hotel and room very clean and modern. room had a tv ,fridge, good beds and shower with lots of hot water and towels. Air con in room good and could be set to be quiet through the night. Free car park an added bonus. Good value hotel. Bus into centre of Cartagena (no7) right outside hotel. decent regular service.

soap dispenser in shower was poor, did not work well. No tea/coffee facilities in room.

The staff was good very busy place Our room was updated but there is On going Renovation 's at Hotel. We eat at Hotel only once. We had to go into the centre.

We where not informed over the Renovations of the Hotel, and one half is an holding Hotel for foreign' s Also booking .com you put there was near by eating places,different, where not only fast food .

All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly but professional. It was very clean. You couldn't hear other guests. Coffee shop within the hotel. We were out all day so for this purpose it's perfect. It's a good clean place to wash and sleep. Beds comfy. We had room 212 and although no view, but that's not we went for anyway, it was a refurbished room. We would stay again.

It was a good walk from the city. However that was in the description so that's just personal taste. However there was a very good and regular bus service right outside the hotel. Every 10/15 minutes a number 7 or 14 bus for 1.20e will take you into the city. If you prefer to take a taxi back at night they are easy to find at the end of the plaza and cost around 6e.

All the staff were friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Very good breakfast served in the cafeteria. Bus stop outside the hotel made for easy access to the port and historical area.

We understood from Booking.com that we were to have an upgrade to superior twin room but this didn´t happen. The room layout although very modern, for us , would have benefitted from more shelving especially in the bathroom.

We stayed here due to its proximity to the Perpetuo Socorro Hospital where we had appointments.

Only one beside lamp instead of two. The bed moved forward when sitting up in bed.

So the options are ‘Good’ and ‘Excellent’ I chose ‘Good’, but in fact it was Very Good. The hotel is on a bus route, but I’ve not been on a bus yet. 20 minute walk to El Corte Inglés and another 20 minutes to the edge of town. Staff were very nice. Helpful and unassuming. They allowed me to store my bike in a room. I loved the food. Rustic, homemade and reminded me of the Camino De Santiago. Menú del día was excellent value.

I have no negative observations.

Clean big tidy hotel. Most important for us it was a parking place for camper and that hotel accept animals. The location seamed to be a bit dirty outside, but the hotel was extremely clean and fit out expectations. From hotel you can get to the center on foot or by bus, which stops in front of the hotel. Lady in reception was extremely helpful.

Dogs left in neighbouring room barked non stop for 3 hours. Dogs should not be left in a room alone.
