The Hotel el is in the heart of the city and very close to all of the major sites. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and check in was quick and efficient. The room We had was very big with wonderful views over the square and the market building with its beautiful stained glass windows. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable The food at hreakfast was good quality with a good Variety of things on offer. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to everyone.

If I am being very picky, then the coffee at breakfast needs to be improved. It was very weak and not very good. But this in no way spoiled our stay at the hotel

Great location literally 2 minutes to centre. Nice big room. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Parking is tight but we got our hire car SUV (Seat Ateca) in with care. Make sure you come up Hovohambre Street to get to parking - don’t go to the square first as the lane to parking on the left of the hotel is VERY tight ! Breakfast had good options, but coffee not the best (machine). Chocolate cafe next door is a must for chocolate drink and churros.

The location is great but does mean with all bars etc around it can be noisy. probably applies to any hotel this close in. With windows closed we were only a bit disturbed by noise - nothing too bad but depends how sensitive you are.

The location is perfect for exploring the city center. Big bonus - parking is available on the property. Family room was clean and decent size.

Probably to be expected from Salamanca city center on weekend, but our room had a lot of outside noise from the young crowd partying. It was muffled by windows, but if you have light sleep - something to consider. Also, if you have a bigger car I'd check with the hotel if it fits in the parking as most of the parking is very tight (medium car we were fine).

Our room (113) had an air conditioning problem and we could not have the windows open as it is at the front of the hotel and always noisy. Even 4am. staff took note and mentioned a technician but it never seemed to cool properly and impacted our sleep. Shower over bath was also a bit slippery.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and even the sofa bed were very comfortable with the heater on and the room previously warmed up for our arrival. There was even a handwritten welcome note with chocolate and gummies for the kids. We felt very welcomed in general and we will definitely be back in the future. Very recommendable!

Amazing and friendly staff . Especially Giancarlo(?) who was so kind and helpful in resolving issues to an extensive degree . I feel he went out of his way to help and believe any business dealing with the public should be proud to have such an employee. cleaning staff were also lovely always had a smile and nice manner

As a solo traveler I had a very small room for very little EU’s. it was very very comfortable. perfect. The reception is knowledgeable and personable. Fun to talk to. I practice my Spanish they practice English. As a solo traveler I like to have 24 hour reception. I feel more comfortable with it. the location is fantastic. Quiet enough to sleep well. Very much enjoyed. Stayed another night at the last minute and got a little bigger room. Was very cute. The double bed was up a few steps. closet was bigger and there was a seat in the room. Both rooms were perfect for me.

fantastic location within walking distance to everything. good breakfast. very comfortable bed. some nice extras, slippers, eyemask, toothbrush etc. As always I wish hotels would all provide tea making facilities..we take our own being Yorkshire! the gentleman on reception did kindly provide some milk for us. Would certainly recommend.

car parking was very tight underground for manoeuvring around a big car 😬

Great location, right in the middle of town and will all major attractions and restaurants easily accessible by foot. Had underground parking which is a big plus. Room was spacious and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and available. Check-in and out were quick and simple.

Nothing really bad but breakfast, although ok, didn't have much choice.

The location is excellent, a short walk to everything.

The parking is very challenging. It is underground, with many columns and on two levels. It only accommodates skilled drivers in small cars. Also - our GPS/google maps were inaccurate and it was difficult to find the hotel. The hotel is near some bars and people were quite loud until early morning
