We had a pleasant stay at Microtel Placentinos. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the location cannot be beat. Off a side street so it's very quiet, but a short walk away from the busy areas. Plus a great restaurant, Salam, is a couple of doors down.

They had a beautiful little patio where they served breakfast. We asked if we could use the area to enjoy a glass of wine and we were told we could not. The patio is quite charming but not used at all from what we could tell. It was kind of disappointing. We aren't sure but it might be regulations that will create the situation of not being able to have food or wine on the patio.

Very good location for seeing Salamanca and the staff were very kind and professional. Breakfast is in the basement dining area which is pleasant and the breakfast is good.

This hotel has 3 floors with rooms, with 4 rooms per floor. Two face the street and two face a small courtyard. It seemed none would have what would be called a view. Our room and bath were small which is to be expected. But the bath had a jaccuzi tub which was almost a hazard and it was hard to control the water spray. Though no fault of the hotel, If you come by car, parking is a little inconvenient. The nearest lot is just far enough away to be annoying and its payment machine would not accept an American visa or any notes larger than a 20 euro.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is really comfortable and cozy, perfect for resting. It has a great location, within walking distance of all major sites. The rooms are really clean, smelling great. Breakfast is really good. My gluten-free needs were totally accommodated. Every morning they put a basket with products for me. You just need to ask before the arrival. Very nice bathroom, really spacious, with amazing shower and several amenities. WiFi works great. There is a paid parking (Párking Centro Histórico - 13€/24hours) near the hotel, easily accessible by foot. Covid-19's measures are fully implemented. Amazing value for money. We would definitely return!!

We found everything to be great. If we were to suggest something: an electric kettle to make tea or coffee in the room would be a nice touch. Also, although one can request the hairdryer at the reception, it would be more practical if it was in the room.

The location is perfect - the hotel is situated on a tiny street in the center, away from the crowds and right next to some amazing restaurants and bars. The receptionist gave me some amazing recommendations to visit which made it all perfect. Thank you! I'll come back again!

For the price you pay, what you get in return is really a good deal. The hotel is located right in the central area. The staff were very helpful. Break was top class and delicious. Room was very comfy and clean. Bathroom was also top notch and very clean. Overall I am very glad I booked this hotel for my stay in Salamana.

Very good location, few minutes walking from the main sites in Salamanca. The hotel is cozy and charming, and my room was reasonably large. Very tasty breakfast included. Friendly staff.

One small detail: I arrived before the due check-in time, I asked if I could use a toilet and I was told there were no toilets apart from the ones in the hotel rooms. This is quite uncomfortable after a long trip and you are left with no other option that going to a cafeteria just to use their toilet.

The decoration is really beautiful, beds are comfortable

The roof is quite low, if you’re too tall, it’s annoying. It’s kinda difficult to open the door of the shower because of the roof. This probably only apply if you have room under the roof (2nd floor, apartment 1).
