Hotel Hispedium…is clean and comfortable. I gave it a 9 b/c there were a couple of flies in my room- I think the cleaning woman would open the windows when cleans the windows had no screens. Also,I prefer the washable bed coverlet that the Marriott hotels use as opposed to a bedspread, that might not be washed as often. The location is good but it is a good uphill walk to the town center. The staff is friendly and the $10.00 breakfast buffet was very good.

For the price not much.

we wanted a hotel that didn’t require us to navigate the streets of the old city and tight parking This hotel was perfect in that respect. Easy to get to and parking in the nearby public lot was easy. It was quiet ,being outside the City center .A good thing since Salamanca is a college town. The staff were super friendly and helpful . We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Salamanca.

the drawback was that it did require a steep walk into the city-so if you like popping in and out of your hotel this might not be the best location. We made two trips into town in the day we were here and we are seniors. You are rewarded with a great view of the cathedral for your efforts.

Great bed and good sized room. Has a bathtub. Friendly staff at check-in. Location is great -- river walk, Roman Bridge, Cathedral very, very close. Plaza Mayor and vibrant food/drink district about 10 minute walk. Modern, very good facility here -- one can't go wrong.

About the only thing I can say is the room, on the ground floor, had but one window which opened onto a hallway side entrance, thus we didn't get much natural light. Note:. The casino is NOT open

Good size room and bathroom the bed was also big and confortable the location, close to the river (Roman Bridge) and Salamanca Cathedral and University

I felt the breakfast had little variety, could be better, the breakfast room is very small for a 4 star hotel. The bedroom windows are very high, felt like a - 1 floor

Excellent location ,nice facilities

No coffee on facilities. Not sure what was all included in The pay breakfest which was not cheap, As when we arrived scrambled eggs were gone and connecting hot pans were empty. There was some toast you could make and small selection of fruit. No yogurt or much else. Basically it was only chance for my morning coffee.

Good cycle storage inside. Great breakfast. Comfortable room. Perfect location just outside the city walls with a view (from a high window) of the cathedral.

A kettle in the room would be good, but that's pretty rare in Spain.

If you get a dictionary and look at the definition of the word "Perfect" you get my answer. But the employees, they are 80% of my satisfaction, because nothing will ever compare to a business that has employees treating you like family members. Special thanks to them!!!

Excellent location (not too close, not too far from city historic center). Room was comfy. Big bathroom with a great shower.

Had some trouble with the AC no cooling. Since it is still chill in Salamanca this time of the year, it didn't turn out to be a problem.

Loved everything about our stay but especially the staff.. we were welcomed by a friendly young man which set the scene for a lovely 2 night stay.

Great location. Charming family owned business. Professional and warm staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Comfortable wide beds with nice set of pillows. Towels and sheet of high quality. Nicely decorated with sober solid furniture. I arrived late from a long trip, right before curfeu and they were extremely helpful. The owner prepared dinner and had a parking spot ready for me. Had dinner with views to the iluminated Cathedral of Salamanca. A great experience that will remain in my memory.

Honestly, I didn’t find anything not to be liked. I travel a lot for business, I try to book highly rated hotels and I can tell that this is a gemstone.
