The kind reception upon arrival and friendly staff members throughout our entire stay made us feel very welcome. I loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was located in a quiet area in the resort. The room was bright and sunny and we enjoyed the pool view from our balcony. There’s a variety of food to chose from for breakfast. And plenty of restaurants located right across the street if you don’t want to eat in the resort. Bike rental next door, beach just a very short distance away, shops around the corner and a heated pool. Pretty much everything you need for a relaxing vacation!

We liked everything! The complaints in the reviews about noise from the house- and groundkeepers are laughable. People need to work to get your room ready and the grounds to look nice. You can’t have it both ways, people! Also, the shower takes a little bit to get warm. But the reason has been explained, it’s because the water gets heated by the solar panels on the roof and it takes a little longer to get hot. No big deal.

It was all amazing! Most relaxing week ever, we couldn’t stop saying how much we loved the hotel and how perfect it was. Everyone we spoke to in the hotel felt exactly the same. The pool areas are both gorgeous, the rooms are lovely, everything about the hotel is very well maintained and you can tell there is a lot of care in the hotel! The choice at breakfast is amazing, everything you could possibly want. The food options at the pool bar were all great and the cocktails were delicious! The location was amazing, super close to everything, so many restaurant choices, right next to the main square, and plenty of supermarkets/shops around. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. They were great for organising taxis, providing restaurant recommendations, and providing Cava on arrival 😊

Sometimes the cleaners were outside our room at 7am (I understand there’s a lot to do and it’s part of the job), but it was very loud when they were all chatting outside the room - not the best wake up call on a relaxing week away! But very minor issue, didn’t bother us too much.

Excellent hotel - centrally located. Clean and comfortable room (comfortable beds and couch) with a balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good a tasty breakfast. Accommodation - Junior suite. Private parking €10/night.

Weak wireless internet connection. Big problem with the water - insufficient flow of water in the shower and in the sink mainly in the morning. View of the under-construction and unfinished garden part of the hotel.

Everything since it has been refurbished. I cannot believe how zen it was. Loved everything about this place. Even down the decorations… staff are amazing and work extremely hard every day. The DJ was an absolute diamond. Food is great and I cannot fault anything

I cannot think of anything. However I did observe 4 grown adult placing towels around the kids pool area and shut them down and leave. It’s important that this area is kept vacant especially with young family with babies ect …. I think this is very rude as all the other beds where vacant. Nothing to do with hotel just people who disrespect rules

The room was very nice and the staff were very hospitable. There are two pools to choose from, which were not high in chlorine which was really nice. There is a cash machine on site which was great. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed. The grounds were very pretty too which made for some lovely photos. On arrival, we received a glass of cava each and in the room there was a bottle of water and some chocolates which was a nice touch. Location was perfect for multiple beaches which offered different things and was close to multiple resturants and supermarkets, pharmacies etc. Quiet location, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

We did find two cockroaches in our room, one which we were able to dispose of, the other we didn't catch. At night there is a cockroach sound and we were not sure if this was from our room or outside the door. There were two mirrors in the bathroom and none in the bedroom which sometimes made it difficult for two people to get ready at once if one was in the bathroom already. Another mirror in the bedroom area would be good. It was difficult to see the TV from the bed so it would be could if they changed the bracket to be able to twist to the side. These are all small complaints which did not ruin our stay but would have made the stay exceptional.

Excellent looking rooms and facilities, very close to restaurants/shops and the beach.

We had to move rooms twice due to ants and cockroaches, something that we understand was an issue on the island, and the staff were more than attentive and provided us with an room upgrade. The hotel manager, Juan even made a conscious effort to come and offer his apologies. This was the first two days of our trip and we we had no further issues following this.

the staff was very nice and helpful. the breakfast is very good, despite the high amount of people. the room was nice and clean. The tennis court is free of charge and you can borrow the whole equipment without extra fees.

there isn’t any entertainment in the hotel. the pool is crowded and everything is SO clean and minimalistic that it is almost cold and standard.

The hotel is really nice, such a pleasant environnement, the rooms are modern, very good looking with a view on the pool, the breakfast is various and very nice.The hotel is very close to any shops and restaurants nevertheless it’s very quiet.The hotel staff are really welcoming and helpful.

The wifi connection was not stable in our room. It’s a shame that the food provided at the restaurant in the evening is a bit commonplace and more like processed food.

When booking it doesn’t mention that parking is an additional €10 per day. It just states on sight parking.

Good pools and poolside experience, which were wonderfujlly heated (except the kids pool, so the kids went in the larger pools if big enough). Good balance of relaxing but still having some atmosphere. Very helpful staff who carried out a pre-emailed request perfectly without any fuss. They also recommended and organised food at the best local restaurant.

Food options for breakfast and dinner weren't amazing, but good for a buffet. Staff very helpful and polite still. Paid in advance for half board which was great for ease. Feel quanitity was more important than quality.
