The location and the 25m pool which was a amazing resource for me. The cleaners do a phenomenal job and apartments were cleaned every day. They are very friendly and pleasant and are responsible for keeping the apartments and poolsides immaculate. The location of sands beach will keep me going back time and again. The taxi ordered by reception was really punctual the driver was friendly and it was cheap. It was really quiet at night. The shop is ok friendly staff.

Tired furniture in the apartment. No oven no dishwasher. One hot plate duo with one small working hot plate. This apartment was NOT equipped for self catering and there wasn’t enough room in the kitchen. This has not been the case in the ground floor apartments we have stayed in . However there was a double bed and it was comfortable. The sun loungers were not fit for purpose. All the decent sun loungers were in the patios of owners.

The timetable of swim activities favoured open water swim clubs, and lifeguard sessions, early morning and at 4pm every day of my stay. One of the days were swimming clubs most of the day, one after another and lifeguard training, so only one swimming for holiday makers 11-12 pm. Then lunch. The noise on poolside laughing, coaching, splashing, made sleep difficult in the mornings at 8 am, and also not very restful in the afternoon sunbathing at my poolside apartment. The apartments are not soundproofed at all.

Nice place to stay. very big but great to have the number of swimming pools and use of the Lido. Good to have a supermarket on site. Room was nice and clean. Really nice to have chairs and table on the front to eat and drink.

There didn't seem enough sun beds around the pool. I don't think you should charge guests to for sun beds by the pool at the Lido. Bathroom was very dated. Hot at night, a fan would have been nice to have. It wasn't clear if you could swim in the big pool or not.

The location, the layout of the rooms and the swimming pool in the middle of each neighbourhood was very nice! The rooms were very cosy and I was impressed by the kitchen facilities! I wish that the pools were warm as stated on the website. But once we got in it was fine! The staff were very helpful and friendly! They helped us with our many queries and the facilities inside the hotel e.g. the supermarket was very handy!

Nothing that I didn't like But some suggestions: - to maybe have fairy/sponge in the kitchen and a few welcome snacks - to have some pools heated up - to have a better evening buffet selection

There was a misunderstanding about the kind of apartment we had booked. The receptionist, however, did his best to sort everything out. As a result to the error in the booking system, we were offered a better quality apartment but didn´t have to pay any extra money. The accommodation was decent and we liked the area of the resort. The kitchen was partly equipped, which we found helpful.

There was no liquid and other necessary products for washing up. For a short-term stay, it´s rather inconvenient to buy the whole set.

Loved lido where you. Could get lovely food and a great seating area. Unfortunately, we only found this place on the second last day. Think reception should tell all customers when they arrive about this area. As I was using a mobility scooter, I would have loved to go here every night!

Not very much entertainment and found Costa Teguise quite expensive!

Everything worked as it should and you get good value for ur stay

I have been here before a few times but this was the first time the pressure of the toilet was so weak id had to stand there for 5 minutes before everything was gone but if your away a lot you wouldnt even notice other than that it was great def would go again

Quiet, peaceful with a gentle breeze thru the property if open windows/doors ( no need for air-con)

Evening meal staff not so helpful or polite, take it or leave it attitude, so for evening - better experience can be had outside of resort. A cafe feel. Breakfast much better approach by staff, happy to help & guests happier.

David in reception was a very helpful man, When I got there with no reservation, this man was so understanding, Thank you, All the staff was very helpful, look forward to going back next year for 28 days, 😎🇮🇪👍

I had a great time, l would have liked a small bar you could sit at the counter for a few pints, But not an issue, 😎

Lots of different swimming pools to choose from. Supermarket was great. On site restaurant was nice and had a lovely lunch when we first arrived. Short walk to lots of other bars and restaurants.

Nothing to complain about. All as advertised.
