overall the property was lovely - good entertainment, great choice of pools, sun loungers and gym was great

a shame there was no jacuzzi,sauna facilities shower pressure was poor in my room entertainment at night was a bit of a headache from my room could here everything - luckily it stopped by 11:30pm.

The royal package allowed us access to the Goa Oasis pool and bar which was 100% worth it. We even had our room keys inside our all-inclusive bands. The food was fantastic. You are never short of options or snacks in-between the buffet hours at the pool bars. There are even alternate milks available for your coffee. The drinks were all delicious as well. Freshly made cocktails, frozen cocktails, and quality liquor! Our room was huge and lovley complete with robes. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcome the whole stay.

Costa Teguise is windy, but the breeze helped staying at the pool side all day bearable. No complaints here!

Royal Level offers some nice benefits with the separate pool and pool bar nice and quiet, albeit exposed to the wind (which often blows in Lanzarote), and the a la carte lunch menu and evening food choices a nice alternative to the standard buffet arrangement in most all-inclusive resorts.

The hotel was noisy in the evening, with the entertainment running on until c22.30/23.00 and the noise reverberating around the hotel - with a young child this was quite disappointing and did interrupt his sleep a few times.

Food choice was good in the buffets, not so much outside of the buffets. Plenty of sun beds available - same quality as the regular ones (not as depicted in picture). Bed was very comfy.

The staff are still learning but service was lacking. I got given the wrong wrist band, no explanation of the facilities etc., staff would interrupt your conversation to speak to other guests or staff (not fully focused). The biggest issue was the noise level at night. Room 1526 was incredibly loud, you could hear the full volume of the music in the room - better soundproofing is needed. Unfortunately, no other rooms or ear buds were available.

Was a fantastic location and very clean the room was very big and the bed was super spacious too. The rooms had a beach towel, a shower towel, a hand towel and dressing gown and slippers each. we had a lovely view of the pool and entire resort from our room. The entire hotel was super clean and smelled amazing. The staff were always super accommodating especially the guys down at Goa Pool Bar namely - Guillermo and Jesus. There are quite a few options on the menu and if you don’t see your exact drink the bar staff are very accommodating. It is also very close to a small “beach” I say beach in quotes as it is pretty rocky with a medium patch of sand near the ocean only a 3 minute walk from the resort - though it is beautiful and very calming. There is also a HiperDino store across the road behind a taxi rank too which has essential items for your stay. The main restaurants we ate in were Asana (Royal Level Only) and Olivina and again the staff were lovely and there was a lot of choice. I would 1000% recommend staying here and we will be staying again, they even offer a discount for their other locations and have a loyalty club/app too. Fantastic overall we had an amazing time.

Excellent Hotel, Great , friendly staff. Good facilities. All Inclusive package & Royal Level package very good value. Hotel has everything you need if on All Inclusive but if not only $ euro taxi ride into Costa Teguise.

No Labelling of some Food and no Menu in Royal level Restaurant.

The hotel was larger than anticipated at over 900 rooms 120+ allocated to Royal Level split between a Royal Level Block and a wing of rooms in the main hotel building. The room was excellent, large with all the facilities we expected. The restaurant used by the Royal Level was very pleasant and staffed by a friendly helpful team, excellent selection of dishes to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as the weather was kind to us we were able to sit outside on the terrace for all our meals. It was nice to sit on our room balcony however a sun-lounger type chair would have been more suitable

The areas around the main pools were crowded and noisy for our liking but we were able to find a smaller quieter pool but it did mean a walk for refreshment. All-inclusive should mean all-inclusive and some services and facilities incur an extra change such as the use of the Olympic swimming pool and re-stocking of your minibar after your first night.

unexpectedly luxurious experience - starting with a glass of champagne during the check-in, through a modern, clean room with an exceptional sea view, exceptionally helpful and accomodating staff, excellent high-quality breakfasts (very wide choice of both local and more international products) and exceptional dinners offering both a la carte AND a very varied and (again) high-quality buffet.... lot of additional small touches, like live music in the evenings, free mini bar, and many more - all this together made our stay a really exceptional experience, with unexpected hints of luxury well above the price of the stay. six stars out of five!

This hotel is almost perfect. Having stayed at a similar place in the south of Lanzarote, I can say the Barceló was the better choice! Service was outstanding and friendly from the get-go, from the reception to the bar, restaurant and cleaning staff. The food was amazing and it changed every day. Special thanks to Guacimara, she was the best! The room was spacious and very comfortable, and so was the bathroom. There are several restaurants and bars open until 12pm, so there's always something to do.

The TV sets in the rooms don't have Netflix, and you can't connect them to your device. I wasn't a fan of the live entertainment, not because they were not talented, but the theme of the "Around the World" show seemed a bit appropriating and tone-deaf, using outdated stereotypes.
