Domenico was exceptionally helpful for us. We arrived earlier than check in time and the team tried to accommodate our earlier arrival (particularly as we had 2 toddlers) with us. Prior to arriving Domenico reached out to us to see if we needed anything for our stay, I informed him that we had vegan diets and if they could provide some vegan options at meal times this would be helpful. On arrival he shared a vegan /vegetarian menu for us to chose from so that we could order food in advance of meal times so we had a suitable option. These were very tasty. There were also a mix of options that were suitable which, following some feedback they managed to reduce the meat in some salads and pasta sauces, enabling us to have more options. I provided some feedback in our room that my independent toddlers couldn't use the bathroom as they would normally because the sink and toilet was too high. Domenico found a suitable stool from the children's area which the children could use to elevate themselves to carry on their independent self care routines. The hotel utilises WhatsApp which is really helpful. Particularly if you are out and about. We found ourselves struggling to get a taxi, so calling Domenico on WhatsApp to order a taxi for us for us was really helpful. All hotels should use WhatsApp for guests to communicate with during their stay! Talking to other guests in town who were also struggling to get a taxi they were jealous of the WhatsApp feature that our hotel provided. Lovely hotel, lovely food and great hospitality.

Nothing major but having to carry your hotel card to the bar each time was a little annoying particularlywhen you forget it in your bag as you are in the pool. A wristband would have been more convenient.

Me and my family have absolutely loved our stay! Because of my husband’s Birthday, Domenico upgraded our stay to a room with a Jacuzzi free of charge! He was honestly so kind and helpful. He made sure that we were happy and checked on us almost every day. The rest of the stuff was supper lovely too. Always smiling and so welcoming. I have loved the gym area. You will find everything you need to have a great workout! They have an outside area with monkey bar and inside gym. Lovely spa too! I know I have said thank you so many times Domenico, but I’d like to say thank you again!

My family and I stayed at the all-inclusive Vital Class resort, and we really enjoyed every minute of it. We liked the dining options, the nice variety of food, and the sweet treats for kids. We also made use of the indoor pool area and sauna. The outdoor sports facilities were great to have, especially the paddle and tennis courts. By the end of our stay, we had upgraded to a jacuzzi room and we couldn't have made a better decision. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a suite with jacuzzi, and it was fabulous - really private, spacious and clean. The terrace was so nice that we didn´t use the general pool area for sunbathing, but stayed in our private space. Breakfasts were lovely - lots of choice.

We were disappointed with the spa. From the photos, we expected a ´zen-like´experience, and a touch of luxury. The area needs reforming - the changing rooms were very basic and dirty with flooded floors and rusted seating. The facilities felt dated and not worthy of a 4 star hotel. Towels and water were not provided, and it felt as if we were in a municipal swimming pool centre in the UK - OK but not a special place, and we didn´t repeat our visit.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas and NYE - the resort is absolutely beautiful and every member of staff was exceptional. We arrived in the evening and asked at reception if someone would be able to help carry my suitcase up the flight of stairs (there is a lift but wasn't aware when we arrived). They arranged someone to help immediately and every person was given a map of location which also had wifi instructions plus a day by day timetable of events. The apartment was amazing - so spacious, with massive balcony and a separate kitchen. I noticed that the fridge wasn't working and this again when reported at reception was replaced on the same day. The restaurant offered a wide range of different food choices from breakfast, lunch and dinner. It had 2 sittings, so there were never any queues for food. The Christmas and NYE gala dinners were incredible, and my children really loved dressing up and having their mocktails. We stayed on site where we'd go to the splash park area after breakfast, then whilst my children went to the amazing mini club, I'd read a book near the pool or had a treatment at the spa. There's also a massive indoor pool in the Spa complex. There were plenty of sunbeds not all 'reserved' by the early morning, - they were also padded/wicker rather than plastic. You were also able to have fresh towels each day. The environment was very well maintained, although the pool temperatures were cold in the day, we tended to use it in the afternoon. We didn't go to the onsite entertainment but were so touched to see Papa Noel who gave a gift to every child. Thank you for making it such a memorable holiday for our family.

We couldn't find many shops close by but in terms of getting water, you were able to get bottles from the outdoor mini bar as well as snacks or using the vending machine at the Spa. We loved eating the fresh fruit from breakfast as snacks and ice creams. My children were also not tall enough to reach the sink in the bathroom - so would suggest having a stool available (we used a chair from the dining table). To be more sustainable, it would be great to have more water fountains to refill water bottles and sure my children would have loved a small onsite shop for essential items/snacks. Finally having more digital TV functions with instructions on using bluetooth to watch movies from your mobile to keep younger children entertained in the apartment.

The hotel was lovely and spacious, with a large room that provided kitchen facilities as well as a lounge area and balcony. The bedroom was also spacious with plenty of storage provided. The buffet breakfast and dinners were also really great value and catered to a variety of tastes each night. Almost too much choice! The swimming pool area was also lovely and was well maintained. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel. Parking was also great as the outside of the hotel has free street parking surrounding it and we didn't struggle to find a space at all throughout our 5 day stay.

No complaints at all. POssibly some rooms could do with a bit of a revamp but I had a perfect stay :)

Lovely, friendly resort and staff. No complaints. Studios were so spacious, clean and in perfect condition. We didn't upgrade to pool view studios but our balconies had a lovely side pool view and from door we could see the sunrise every morning. Beautiful. 3 lovely pools, never a problem getting a sunbed. All inclusive options very good, always something different to have at meals and something for all. Varied choice of freshly cooked meals and large choice of fresh fruit, veg and salads. Good locatoon. 25 mins walk to Costa Teguise beach along beautiful sea front, if you walk via Playa Bastian. Also only 5 mins from bus pick up if you book any excursions. Taxi when uaed were booked by hotlel and always reasonable. Free pass to spa but as weather so hot we stayed outside and didn't use the spa and indoor pool facilities, although they looked lovely.

Meal times could be noisy but expected and unavoidable when in a busy dining room, so not something that put us off, would have preferred quieter but we won't get that at any all inclusive hotel.

Clean, spacious suite, comfy bed. Good, generous breakfast and plentiful choice. Table service was excellent. They honoured our request for quiet, ground floor rooms. If you go all inclusive there is always a point where the food feels bland, this was rare. We didn't take part in activities but there seems to be plenty to do. Handy location for touring the island.

Nothing to dislike. Some desserts were a bit too sweet for our taste. Room lighting could've been better, an additional table or standard lamp would've been better than turning on ceiling spots.

Great accommodation I had a whole apartment for one person. This had massive lounge with dining table for 4 plus full suze sofa and armchair separate full suxe kitchen. Big Bthroom with lovely walk in shower plus great size bedroom real home from home

Small things like paying small amounts for drinks. The indoor pool was extra, and so was spa. Poor combination about need to bring your own towels and must wear swimming cap. Had a massage which was great but was not dine in the spa but private bedroom in hotel. But these are very minor things Overall excellent value and lovely facilities. Plenty of sunbeds helpful staff

It was a perfect location for first time visitors. The room & the facilities were very good. All the staff were excellent, advising us on the places to visit & recommended local restaurants. It is short walk to the promenade. Swimming pool in the hotel so can spend the day on the days you don't want to go out. The dinner at the hotel was a good quality & no repetition. The hotel was a good pick up point for the tours we had booked.

Only a minor point, would have liked tea/coffee in the room. There was a kettle & kitchenette in the room we booked but no material provided.
