The property has very good facilities, it’s spacious, clean, well-groomed. The suites are comfortable and well equipped. The gym was really good and the machines were new. The breakfast was diverse and fresh. The staff was really helpful and friendly, they were patient with my requests and tried to be of help as best as they could. The bus stop that connects buses to different places is a block away. I liked that it’s a bit further from the main bar/restaurant/shops area but might not be a good idea for those that like to stay in the center of things.

The rooms had a bit of a mildew smell which could be due to the humidity. I asked to have my initial room changed and the staff came through and gave me a room that was more suitable. Even though I understand the island is in the middle of the ocean and this is not the hotel’s fault, still the wind was so strong so coming up to the stairs to my room or just sitting on the balcony was sometimes impossible (also loud at night). The bed consisted of two singles, and they move away from each other and things fall through the crack.

An excellent choice for us for a fabulous 10 days away in this part of Lanzarote!! Hotel immaculately clean - Suites spacious and comfortable with maid cleaning service frequently. Food choice very good and plenty of it, whatever time you entered the restaurant during their opening hours - Drinks we found were also good quality. Lovely happy staff who were friendly, informative and went out of their way to ensure your stay was excellent. Whole hotel resort is laid out very well with wide open spaces and choice of sun or shade seating areas The children's pool area looked amazing for little ones with ample sunbeds for parents/guardians and rooms and suites for families giving direct access to the area Spa, gym and inside swimming pool looked fabulous, although we did not use it on this occasion and Spa treatments reasonably priced. Free taxi service from hotel ( at set times) back and forth to Costa Teguise beach and shopping area.

A shame that higher floor rooms and suites are only accessible by flights of stairs ( apart from one section) so would be unsuitable for guests with mobility issues Suggestions : A microwave in the kitchen of the suites and with a better supply of cooking utensils would be a welcome addition and a wall fixed, outside extendable clothes drier for wet swimsuits and towels would prove very useful, especially in the jacuzzi suites. Entertainment in disco bar could be improved and last a little longer in our opinion and a later closing time for bar Double bed option in suites instead of 2 x singles

We had a superb room over looking the pools. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The living area is very spacious and you have a balcony with table and chairs. A small kitchen with a fridge and hob, if you wanted to do some simple cooking. The restaurant has a large selection of food for all tastes. We had a very late flight home. Check is generous at 12 noon, and we were able to use the facilities for the day and get towels and shower gel to have a shower before leaving early evening. There are free facilities for leaving bags on arrival and departure. Supermarket is within walking distance for all those holiday essentials. It only takes 10 mins to walk down to the promenade that runs around Costa Tequise.

We had a ground floor apartment and we could hear the people above moving around above.

my son and I were at Vitalclass in May and it was quiet so my review may not reflect the busy times but we love it, everything. Staff were beyond amazing and that’s not always experience we have in Lanzerote. we also read the reviews before we went so we were awear about the spa area being part of the hotel but also separate so you get a vochure for one day and there a small fee for the other days but we played tennis and got a massage fantastic. we didn’t need the indoor pool so not effected in any way. we went all inclusive and I was amazed that I could enjoy great drinks and cocktails. the apartment was amazing big rooms and a separate kitchen, two very comfortable single beds and immaculate. Lots of complaints about food but I love fresh fish, and Mediterranean foods and my son loved always being able to get a pasta / pizza. Snacks in the non restaurant times ticked all our boxes and the entertainment staff and activities were the best yet, for the kids and adults. each night there’s was a great act/ music or karaoke or quiz es by the entertainment staff. also activities in the day. The hotels is slightly out but in a good way, and a free taxi service goes twice a day. very cheep taxis as well for example 3€ to centre and water park. I would 💯 recommend best holiday yet. January 2023

The Vitalclass was a lovely friendly, mid sized hotel with great sports and spa facilities offering great overall value. We felt it was more personal than most resort hotels and very much enjoyed our stay. We were half board and the food was good but not amazing which was sort of what we expected at this price point so no complaints here. The hotel suite was large and comfortable offering a lounge dining area, a kitchen, bathroom with wet room and double bedroom. We would definitely consider staying again when in Costa Teguise.

There were few unexpected hidden costs with the indoor swimming pool and spa incurring additional charges and no free table water available during meals with the exception of breakfast. The gym and spa facilities closed at 2.00pm on Sat and Sun which I found surprising.

January 2023

Had suite with garden view (most rooms on offer seem to be suites) very large, clean and well appointed. Was on all inclusive package and food excellent, particularly breakfast and evening meal. Would likely go half board next time. Staff very friendly and helpful, seems to be a well run hotel. We enjoyed walking so fact that hotel about a km from main strip not a problem for us, there is a free taxi twice a day. Would stay again

It was January and windy in teguise and there was a whistle through front door of appt. Two tv's in appt but one in bedroom didn't work properly.

We were able to check in early arriving before the agreed 2pm check in, the garden suite assigned was perfect and had two bedrooms, pleasant surprise as was expecting one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, room was well equipped and enjoyed choice of English channels on the TV. Beds were lovely and comfy, breakfast was by far the best meal of the day, anything and everything offered to suit dietary needs, swimming pools and splash park were fab, although you had the typical towels on sun beds at the beginning of each day, we never struggled to get sun beds. Being able to have inflatables in the pools was fab and our kids spent endless hours having fun with their new found little friends! Good choice of drinks and cocktails included within all inclusive and never had an issue with getting the required number of drinks we needed for our party of 7. Never had an issue with queuing at all bars either, at busy times, there were queues, however this has to be expected in high season. Within walking distance of the beach, shops and bars, we took advantage of the free transport to the beach one day, fantastic service received! Entertainment in the evening was fine, mini disco for the little ones six nights a week and followed by an hour of quizzes, live music, shows etc, just enough and finishing around 10-10:15pm before the kids get beyond tired! All in all a lovely stay, thank you!

As mentioned in previous posts, trying to plate a meal together in the evening, we struggled with the choices available, what food we did have was lovely, however in hindsight, bed and breakfast would have been the perfect choice leaving us free to venture out to local bars and restaurants. The kids lived off mainly pasta and sauce with buttered bread rolls all week and nuggets when served.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice pools and pretty styled rooms. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony just awesome and I enjoyed that a lot. Also the price these days was really good and a lot of value for it in return compared to other hotels nearby.

Some things are a bit outdated, since I had issues with my door lock and it seemed to fall apart and malfunctioned sometimes. Also, the elevator of my block was dirty and outdated a lot, which is likely caused by the fact that cleaning staff uses it as well and some scratches are surely not done by tourists, also its door malfunctioned sometimes so that I used the stairs instead. Food quality may be improved (maybe with price increase) and sometimes can-food (e.g. pineapple) seemed to be used. In a 4* hotel I'd have expected fresh fruits only. Also, oranges should be cut without skin and that was surprising to me. In general the food is good and the value for the price really good.
