The staff was very kind and helpful, the place was clean and the room was perfect for a beach getaway. I liked the location because it was in front of the tram and the beach. There were a lot of restaurants nearby too and stores.

I didn’t like that the hotel rooms did not have a coffee maker or water boiler to make some coffee or tea or whatever. Also the hotel did not have a microwave available to hosts, there was only one microwave inside the restaurant and they only allowed us to warm some paella leftovers once. I think what if I had a baby and wanted to warm some milk or formula? Or drink some tea at night? There was no way to do those things and there could be at least one microwave or coffee maker in a shared area of the hotel for all hosts to use. Also it wasnt very accesible for disabled people and I had a knee sprain and it was kind of hard to go up three flights of stairs all the time.

Quite a nice place to stay. Taking into account the location (fantastic, right at the beach), the price isn't too steep... However, it's not the cheapest place as well. The standard is good, staff is quite friendly and the restaurant is pretty good (although expensive). There is a small, safe roofed parking (which is rare at that location), but paid additionally. All in all, it's worth the money - I'd recommend for couples, people traveling by themselves and groups of friends.

The place was clean and inviting. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic buffet. Lunch & dinner available along with great tapas. There is a lovely beach bar close by serving food all day and drink until late. We found some nice bars and restaurants fairly close the other way too.

It's not really disabled friendly. No lift, so lots of stairs. Also the pool access is up more stairs to the terrace, then only ladder accessibility. No steps into/out of the pool.

The property was excellent but you would want to be fit as we were on the 3rd floor with no lift and it was a job getting our suitcases up there The room was well worth the climb with views over the beach for miles and from so many windows even the bathroom . i took so many photos Sunrise Blood moon rise with reflections over the water . Staff were friendly and you could get meals in the restrant which was too pricey 12 euro for continental No cooked breakfast and no cafe nearby. but trams could get you to the town of el campo and there was a bus that could take you to the marina where there was lots of bars and restraints. we had a lovely time there on the fabulous beach and caught up with family who were on holiday there in an apartment further along the beach. all in all a great trip and many happy memories

The beach Is amazing, Is a magical place, it's a very safe place, also the people is really nice and helpful on the streets

I was needing help with my transportation from Muchavista Alicante , to Barajas Madrid ( the airport ), because the transportation apps were not accepting my debit card. I was willing to provide the cash, to send the funds vía PayPal to my boyfriends account ( He is from Alicante ) and no one had a PayPal account. I have a PayPal account but it is from Panama, and the telephone number and the location must had to be from Spain.

Gorgeous location, right on the beach! The property itself was gorgeous too, loved our little room, was perfect for what we needed - seemed essentially brand new! Property is right next to the tram line and about 1 minute walk to the nearest stop which takes you straight into the city centre. The staff were so lovely and helpful, truly beautiful people. We can’t wait to come back here soon.

Nice location right by a big beach, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet when we were there in early June. Pool was good. Right by a tram stop.

There were some ants in our room when we arrived, though they were cleaned up by the second day. The room was a little on the small side but fine. Dinner was a little bit slow to arrive the one night we ate at the hotel restaurant. Our room had two separate beds pushed together rather than a double.

Superb location and such a lovely place to stay. I loved the rooms. The staff is super nice too. I will definitely return. Breakfast is lovely and you can have dinner in the evenings too.

Like most older hotels, you can hear the guests in the next room but I had no issues sleeping nonetheless. Its nice and quiet at night. One thing that would be amazing is a little kettle in the room with some bags of coffees and teas.

It’s all you need to be honest! We have booked posh hotels before and spend so much money 🤦🏻‍♀️ this was just enough! We could hear sea sounds all night, bed was comfy, breakfast was good and Tram was on your doorstep! Plus delicious restaurant 5 min walk away ❤️

Hotel is well placed, just across the street is a beautiful beach where you can use rent sunbeds or use your stuff. It's well connected with local transport as well, in 20 minutes you are in Alicante city center. Stuff is super polite and kind, both on reception and in restaurant. Rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend for a summer getaway :)

There's not much variety for breakfast. AC should be available in all rooms.
