The hotel has great location with beach view and few minutes walk to the best beach in Alicante. The room felt clean and cozy, we had a small TV and we saw some rooms are being updated with a small fridge. Overall good experience for a 10 days stay. The staff was really helpful and welcoming.
As some people wrote the road outside the building can be a bit noisy, we didn't have trouble sleeping but it could disturb a sensitive sleeper.

The view in the picture is what you get, exactly like that, the room very comfy, location more than good and staff very nice, you do yourself the check in and out but anyway you can comunícate through booking or whatsapp, they will help you, for sure i’ll come back

Playa del Postiguet on the other side of the road. City center only few minutes away by foot and Castillo de Santa Barbara 20 minutes away. Very nice shower.
Very complicated to find the place, the name isn’t mentioned anywhere on the door and with google maps it’s just impossible to find. The surrounding area is terrible, very dirty and smelly, decadent and junkies just sit outside the main door! The road in front is very loud also during the night. We stayed 4 nights and the cleaning ladies came only twice to remake the bed and empty the bin, towels were changed only once and bed sheets never! The floor was never vacuumed, so hair and sand would remain there the whole time. Walls very thin, other guests very loud and rude, coming home at every hour in the night and shouting in the morning. We’ve seen someone even smoking inside the building.

My review has the sole purpose of informing about the state of affairs. Be aware that the "structure" is located on the entrance highway to Alicante with no possibility of parking with cars as it is a high-speed road. Structure obtained from an abandoned complex, next to a former disco in ruins. We passed by and ran away. The owner did not want to take our grievances into consideration in the slightest. Book at your discretion, the center is certainly very close but in my opinion it does not meet the minimum standards! I advise everyone to view the "structure" via google before booking, especially since slyly, no images of the exterior are available. I believe that the structure is not verified by the booking.com aproprietely
