We made reservation after 3pm on the day of our stay. There was an immediate response from the hotel. As they do not have a receptionist present at the hotel at all times, we were given access code for the entrance and the room via What's Up. The communication was clear and quick. We were given really nice comfortable room with the view of park and sea in the distance. We found the room nice and clean. I was also pleased about their non smoking policy. The room had all facilities you would need for short stay...fridge. kettle, hair dryer, shampoos, even rack for drying clothes. The location was just perfect...2 min walk to tram that takes you to Alicante, supermarket just downstairs and short walk to sea front. I would always book this hotel if staying around El Campello.

Nothing, everything was just right.

The apartment was ideally located for the beach, parking and the tram to alicante or benidorm. (Parking 3euros per 24 hours)

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable with 3 pillows each on a double bed! Great location , close to everything. It wash handy to have a fridge too , there was a kettle and 2 tea bags , but no coffee sachets. The shower was really hot on the first afternoon , but in the morning it was cold.

That you can’t check in until 3pm and have to check out by 11 am . The top cover on the bed had bleach stains on it.

Perfect location, lovely and clean, we will definitely come back again.

No elevator, very long staircase to the first floor. I spider fell on our bed and gave us a scare!

Very clean,.comfortable bed, good a/c heating system, right beside Hypercor supermarket. Useful small fridge. Secure.

Just a little bit small and a bit short on storage space. Having said that the bathroom was quite big and the shower was excellent. It's ideal for a long weekend but our room would have been too small for a longer stay

Modern, clean, welcoming, very close to the tram station, a supermarket, and the beach - an apartment that I liked and offered comfort during the vacation. I recommend it!

Loved the cleanliness and style of the place. Great location in Campello, too.

Noise isolation was very bad. We could hear the couple in the next room arguing and fighting all night, every night, as if they were in the same room as us.
