Room was small. The cook was on vacation, he didn't have lunch and dinner. Small flat TV.

Nice hotel, good room, lovely bathroom. Everything was clean. Air conditioning was good and strong. Parking was in front of the hotel, there is a garage but it doesn't seem to be available for guests at the moment. It's 5 min walk for restaurants and bars. Some of the restaurants were quite busy so you might need a reservation. Good value.

The rooms are spacious and the price is acceptable. The hotel is close to a bus station, supermarkets and a shopping centre. The staff were very kind.

I would recommend that some hot food is served at breakfast. Though very kind, the staff spoke no other language than Spanish with the exception of one person who was at Reception during the daytime which made our communication very difficult.

Terrace/balcony is spacious. You can park in front of the hotel for free - do not go into hotel parking, it is very narrow and inconvenient.

You cannot open the balcony door because of the third bed. Rooms are not spacious enough for 3 people. Staff at reception do not speak English. They make you park into the hotel parking, which is under the hotel, very narrow and we got our car scratched! They don't explain it is safe to park outside!

Stayed here in March this year. The two rooms we booked were very comfortable deluxe rooms that were spotlessly clean. The breakfast is more than adequate with a reasonable selection of food. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, however, it is advisable to know a few words of Spanish or have Google Translate handy.

During our last visit in March, the restaurant was closed for 2 evenings, Sunday and Monday. ( Most restaurants in El Ejido appear to be closed on Sunday nights) This time the restaurant was closed every night without any explanation, which meant that we had to go out and find somewhere each night which is not easy to do without using a car or taxi, it was also an added expense. When we booked with booking.com it clearly stated that there was an a la carte restaurant at the hotel. It's all very well having a restaurant, but unless it's open it's a bit of a waste of time advertising it. On Friday evening the internet failed and did not get repaired until Monday morning. I believe that the hotel should have been able to get this sorted on a Saturday morning.

Safe parking. Even though there was a noisy wedding there, we didn't get kept awake by it.

Carpet just outside lift on 5th floor looked like someone had vomited on it. We booked a double bed but got given a twin. We were too tired to argue.

Sad but would not return as there were no restaurants open in the evening y the hotel menu was not suitable, soya, y little else. THANK god for MERCADONA DELI COUNTER YUM!
