Everything was fantastic, exactly as advertised and shown in the photos. The balcony was South facing, sunny and spacious with a table for dinner, sofa area and loungers. The apartment was well furnished and had all we needed for a two week stay. The housekeeping and reception staff were awesome. The area is gorgeous with a number of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Sunsets are insane and Amarola became our everyday viewing point with a glass of rose! Casa Pepe is amazing for food. We also had an awesome steak a Piparra for my husbands birthday - a short 5 minute taxi ride. My husband enjoyed fishing off the rocks and from a few secluded bays. Town is about a 30 minute walk.

We had a two bedroom suite, it is worth noting that one bedroom is large with a bath tub, walk in wardrobe, doors onto the balcony with a sea view whilst the other is much smaller and north facing, therefore dark and cooler. Therefore you'll need to draw straws for the better bedroom! We actually did a week in each so it was fair!

Huge spacious property. The balcony has 3 sofas and a coffee table, lamps, a table seating 6 and two loungers. Full kitchen. Every room is beautifully decorated in a nautical theme with matching furniture and decorative pieces such as glass bottles. A fabulous view over the marina

The only downside was the pool. It’s in the neighbouring hotel, which we knew, but didn’t open till midday each day. ( I believe they host diving lessons in it in the morning)

Beautiful location, fabulous apartment views and terrace. Really lovely.

Beds much too hard. They are Really needing memory foam mattress toppers added to them. Caused us both significant back pain. Reception said it was not possible to book us a taxi in advance to go to train station on leaving day but I called ‘Puerto Taxi’ myself and pre booked it ! You should use them instead !

The apartment was really spacious, the lounge area was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The terrace was huge with lovely quality furniture and plenty of room to dine outside and relax on a sofa or sunbed.

The access to the pool area was quite easy as it was located in the hotel next door, but the area was a little tired looking with astro turf and sunbeds that had seen better days. The pool itself was clean and it looked nice from afar, but just needs some new furniture and a flooring that doesn't burn your bare feet when you walk on it.

Location: There is a wine bottle opener for starters. Upscale neighborhood with roving patrols so no riff-raff at all. This is where the upper 1% play with their toy boats. Great, balcony facing a protected yacht harbor with the sun waking you up daily. No Tourist crowds as in Centro. The Supermercado is 50 meters away with great variety. We used the washer/dryer by pushing random button - it works. Microwave works. espresso machine Works! Hot water heater works. IR stove top works. Just like camping, you can cook on a 5 liter pot (no pans). No condiments, nothing (oh wait, this is a complaint). Staff is chill.

This is really nit picky but here goes: Kitchen might have more cook ware. Think of what you have at home? It's not there. A spatula would be nice. People will say, just eat out but, that's not so healthy. Kitchen sewer odor. I'm assuming the drain pipe does not have a trap so sewage fumes creep back into the kitchen due to the strong kitchen fan. This is alleviated by allowing vent air from main living to enter the kitchen via 1-2 cm door opening. The facility can probably save much electricity by lowering the fan motor for the kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans, or further restrict the openings via turning the vents.

Loved the spaciousness of this apartment but most especially the huge balcony overlooking the arena. Room was lovely and cool even on hot days. Had a little anxiety trying to find out how to get the keys as we arrived after 6pm on Sunday and reception closed at 6pm. To be fair they had warned us of that via message in the afternoon but because we were travelling we hadn’t seen it. Highly recommend

Excellent apartment, en-suite bathroom for each room was a bonus, modern, clean and airy.

Wi-Fi could have been better, but not an issue for me. Nothing to do with the property but check out the opening days/hours of local restaurants beforehand - some amazing ones within 5mins walk.

Beds were not comfortable and we didn’t realize that reception closes at 10pm and we had to check in at the hotel. We received an email a few hours before we arrived which was after 10 and didn’t see until after

The terrace was very large and comfortable with a great view of the marina. The decor and furnishings in the apartment were lovely. The marina was very quiet during the week (October) more lively on the Friday evening. The apartment was well soundproofed so very quiet inside. Plenty of bars and restaurants and beach a short walk from the apartment. A perfect base for visiting Cadiz, by ferry. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a minor problem with the safe which was dealt with quickly.
