Ignasi, the owner, is an artist for creating this excellent hotel and experience. There is a nice arquitectural contrast between the right and left side of the building, one like grandma’s old and comfortable house, the other like a contemporary art museum. The location is very good and easy to go around the island. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, everything is freshly made by small local farmer’s! There is a really nice and cozy garden. Everyday Ignasi sat with us next to the island’s map and guides (that he borrowed us) to help us decide the itinerary. Must go! Would be back for sure!

On the room that we stayed didn’t have a minibar, but it’s not a big deal because there is a community kitcken with a big refrigerator for sharing.

This may have been the best boutique hotel we've ever stayed in. Everything from the location, the atmosphere, the design, the service and the room, were truly exceptional. Ignasi made us feel immediately welcome and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was deeply memorable. He provided us with extensive local information and hosted us with sensitivity, kindness and warmth. His team also did an incredible job and we felt totally at home during our stay. The room was immaculate with great views across Ferreries, the gardens and courtyard were simply stunning and the location was hugely convenient for accessing key areas across the island. Parking slightly out of town was no issue at all (literally a few minutes walk) and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring some of the hiking trails on the doorstep. This is a beautiful hotel with an inspiring ethos of art, culture and sustainability and we are truly grateful to have found such an exquisite haven. We will be back!

We spent an amazing week in Minorca both in Ses Sucreres and Hevresac. We were welcome by Ignasi, whose kindness and intelligence equals professionalim. In Sucreres we spent the nights in the older part of the hotel, there is also a more modern part but this is only a matter of style. The room was nicely decorated, furnished, practical and functional. We personally loved the very homy and personal touch. The breakfast was delicious and served by the lovely Laura in the main room. I loved the space of the room, it is generous airy, light and cosy, we did spend there some time with our children after our daily trips. We got a tremendous amount of recommendations for those. There is an additional collective space in the historic part that we enjoyed for late evening tea. The whole place has a true soul (and a garden)! And it allows for both interactions or discretion, whatever suits best your style and needs. Definitively recommending. So big shout out to the whole team (Ignasi, Laura for breakfast and the cleaning ladies) for this stay we enjoyed very much! Same goes for Hevresac. Wafa (For reference, our girls are 7 and 9.)

What a place! Very well designed hotel best i have seen on the island, rooms are huge and spacious. One can clearly see attention to the details and not only hotel but also how friendly is everyone there. Ignasi was so helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and the way how you treat your guests! Will definitely be coming back if i happen to be in Menorca.

Hotel is very sustainably oriented so cooling needs some time, which is manageable and honestly not a problem at all, if planned well. So props for caring about climate

The hotel is a great mixture of an old refurbished city house, with a nice contemporary addition. Everything is decorated with taste and feels very homely. The common areas (indoors and outdoors) are great if you just want to hang out after a long day out and browse through the nice library. The hotel is located in a nice and lively city from where you'll easily reach all the point of interest of the rest of the island. The room itself was well equipped, very quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. Now, the main feat of the hotel is not the hotel itself but its host. Ignasi has been very welcoming, helpful in his suggestions for food, walks and shops to check out, and always had stories on the history of Menorca. Overall he just has a contagious love for Menorca, its history and its people. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking a homely, warm and friendly place to stay in Menorca to give a go to Ses sucreres (especially if you can go off season). It was my first time in Menorca and Ignasi's hotel, and I'm looking forward to coming back for my next retreat.

Everything was perfect.

- Amazing & very welcoming host always there if you need anything - Hotel that perfectly combines modern architecture with traditional elements of the house - we loved the vibe of the house - beautiful garden to have breakfast (which we also enjoyed, lots of local products) - spotlessly clean & large rooms (we stayed in the original building, there is also a totally new part which is also amazing- a matter of preference) - fridge in the communal area, possibility to make coffee/tea Definitely recommended if you search for something special :)

The most charming hotel in the world, the owner was there all the time, even preparing breakfast for us, an extremely kind person, everything they make and do is beautifully stylized, all my senses enjoyed it!

It's a building from the 19th century that has been refurbished while retaining its authentic vibe, which is beautiful and I really like it. HOWEVER, it negatively affects, for example, the privacy of people sharing a room, here I'm mainly referring to the fact that the bathroom is not exactly isolated from the bedroom.

very well furnished with great taste spacious rooms very nice and confortable environment both indoor and outdoor diversified breakfast (typical food + "continental" food as well, eggs and ham on demand, fresh fruits) with great service

room 12 (specifically this one as it's the one I was in) was really nice and but came with one flaw: bathroom (with toilets) close to the bed with no window and poor ventilation disabling natural drying of towels and swimsuits, generating unwanted smell, and no way to completely shut the door, which is not really pleasant for toilets Shower was great though (good water pressure)!

We loved staying at Ses Sucreres. Ignaci and team were very welcoming and helpful with tips for Menorca. The communal kitchen is great to prepare picnics for the beach or to have dinner. We really enjoyed the communal areas and the garden. Really nice of Ignaci to lend sun umbrellas for the beach. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms very nice! The honesty bar is a really nice touch too! Highly recommend and would be very happy to come back!

We have spent four magical days at Ses Sucreres. We felt like home, the host and the staff were very caring and nice. Will still dream of having breakfast in the courtyard! The interiors are very beautiful and we loved every single piece! Our little son really enjoyed walking around and playing with the cat! We really recommend Ses Sucreres! Beatrice, Tommaso and Giulio!
