Very well appointed rooms. We had a suite which was a very nice size and modern with the view of the cathedral. Good aircon with zoning and a very nice bathroom with two sinks. Very comfortable, large bed.

Parking was extra. The first morning the water wasn’t running warm which was a bit unfortunate but the staff were very apologetic and it was fixed by the time we got back in the afternoon. The breakfast was a little overpriced. Better to go to the cafe opposite for better coffee and good food.

Location of the hotel near the Cathedral meant that you were in the old town and near many sights and restaurants easily. The room Junior Suite was wonderful and the hotel, though in the centre and next the Cathedral, was quiet and spread over many buildings which seemed to meant that it was quieter than many. The breakfast was a large array of food of all kinds and plenty to set you up for the day. Coffee could be better but it's machines.

Everything was great but the disappointment, as I'd forgotten to pack my nice shower and shampoo products was what was on offer in the hotel. There were various bottles attached to the wall with 'juniper' and 'white nettle' labels which suggested rather nice spa products. In fact the same rather cheap detergent was in all the bottles. It was the only lowering of standards as far as I was concerned.

Loved this hotel, if only for 1 night. Next to the cathedral in the buzzing part of town. Staff was so very friendly, everyone I encountered. I got a free upgrade to a great room with a bath tub and view of the cathedral. The bed was very comfy and the aircon was without noise! Everything clean and proper. Book this hotel!

Room was excellent. In a very good position. Located in an area where through traffic is minimal. Breakfast was reasonable. Scrambled egg was however lukewarm. Had to ask staff to replace the orange juice glasses on day one and the bread for toast on day two.

Not a lot of information on the procedure for parking. I had never experienced driving the car into lift before. Could be more instructions on exactly what the system for parking is. Should cover the procedure to enter the parking lift and again a procedure for exiting the parking. Trying to get to the hotel was a real nightmare. Missed a turnoff and spent quite a considerable time trying to get back to the place where I initially went wrong. This was virtually impossible in Granada with its one way systems, restricted areas, no left turns, tram lines, taxi/bus lanes, one way systems.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice smell in hotel. Very quiet and comfy beds, great selection of pillows if requested. Car parking was a unique experience. Location was superb. The breakfast overall was delicious with plenty of continental options.

The car parking could have been smoother to enter and exit by providing a card. Instead, you have to call for information each time and wait for reception to control the lift. The car parking is also expensive considering that you are already a paying guest of the hotel. Breakfast cooked items were cheap sausages and no other egg options (fried or poached eggs). The room only had a steamer, which does not work as well as an iron for pressing clothing.

Hotel is adjacent to the cathedral and about 20 min drive from the Alhambra. The hotel has been built in a historic area and is in middle of an archeological site. This is a new, modern, well appointed hotel. Very nice public areas. There’s a courtyard in the middle - a relief from the summer heat. There are 2 distinct, small seating areas: one has tables and chairs while the other has outside sofas. There’s a restaurant that serves breakfast for €20 per person. Our guest room is very nice with a window overlooking the courtyard. The furniture , cabinet fixtures and bathroom fixtures are quite contemporary. There’s kettle, coffee machine and mini-bar fridge. The lighting system is very advanced offering a variety of mood choices. The bathroom is very nice.

The shower stall is too small. The shower head is too close to the back wall, shower door hinges are on the wrong side and the shampoo etc rack is on the wrong wall. The nightstands are too small and there’s a light hanging over one nightstand that is hazardous- I hit my head on it. Only 5 English language channels. Otherwise this a very good hotel.

The room was spacious, large and comfortable. There was a coffee maker, complimentary water,refrigerator, steamer, safe, shampoo,bath gel, robe and slippers. The location was perfect, directly across from the Cathedral and centrally located in the old town. When you enter the hotel they have a special scent designed for the hotel that makes the lobby smell like a garden. They need to bottle it and sell it to guests. We did not have breakfast during our stay. NOTE: What I noticed in every hotel in Spain is that there is no kleenex, bring a few small ones to last the length of your trip,

Our room and all the rooms in our tower looked out on apartment balconies and the dwellers could look right into our room. See photos. I would ask not to have your room in this wing if possible when booking.

The hotel is not cheap but is definitely worth it. For starters, it could not be more central (it is so close to the cathedral that the saints were peeking through our windows). Secondly, it is very tastefully designed, with attention to every detail, from the lemon- and grapefruit-flavored water in the reception to omnipresent quotes from Garcia Lorca to artfully displayed archaeological remains. The rooms are clean and spacious with high-tech light features and the service very attentive, including water in the room and chocolates on the pillow (or, once, a carnation in celebration of the local holiday). The only thing I can't comment on is breakfast - we chose not to pay 21 euros and had a lovely 'desayuno saludable' for 10 euros per person in the cafe Malicia next door, with coffee, orange juice, sandwiches, yogurt and fruit salad.

This is a great hotel. Very modern and newer boutique feel that is set next to the Granada cathedral. You can walk to just about everything but you should take a taxi or Uber to the Alhambra since it is up hill. The hotel has a great restaurant and breakfast, and very good staff (front desk especially), and all the amenities. If you have a car, parking is underground and they have a lift to take the car down (pretty unique and a cool experience for my son). This is a location we look forward to coming back to in the future.

Our room was larger than expected, fully equipped, modern and everything worked well. Friendly staff and a particular attention to cleanliness throughout. The whole place is almost spotless. I cannot imagine a better location – walk out of the door and you find yourself next to the Cathedral (perhaps unsurprisingly, given the hotel's name).

The car park is hard to see at night ... we sailed straight past, even though we were looking for it. An alternative public car park is available close by – at around €25 a day. The warm breakfast selections were rather limited (fatty bacon and scrambled eggs), but there was a good selection of cold buffet items. Coffee-machine coffee is never that great, and there's no exception here.
