Fantastic location in the middle of Granada's city centre. The room was nice, in a very lively area, but with the window on a back alley, so not noisy. I write this in case other people are planning to get there with a rented car: don't. We drove from Sevilla, and in hindsight we should have dropped the car in Granada and picked it back up when we left. Granada's city centre is entirely off limits to cars, especially where this hotel is, so you'd end up paying for the daily parking in addition to the rental.

The reception working hours are rather limited, but it was possible to work around that. On the other hand, the receptionist was very helpful.

Location, excellent location in the middle of everything. Dozens of restaurants from around the world and local cuisine. I was in a room with 2 windows looking over the park. Fantastic view. Very close to the Alhambra palace of Nasrid. Absolutely a great place to spend a day, but don't try to get there by walking, it's all uphill..

I' did, more or less, expected an economic setting consistent with a 3-star rating, however the room is showing its use. The room's layout is typically simplistic European minimalist, so privacy is not existing. The bed is in the bathroom or the bathroom is in the bedroom, however you want to see it. Look at the pictures, it's all there. I've missed it

The location was fantastic. It was right in the middle of all the touristy things one can think of. The bed was comfortable and everything was as described. It was fully equipped and I loved how easy it was to check in.

I can't think of anything really. The only thing (which they probably don't have control over) is the noise level at times. It wasn't too bad though, maybe earplugs could be a good thing. It was certainly not a deal-breaker because I knew the location.

Excellent location (next to Cathedral), excellent, large, modern room (with double aspect) and good deal on parking. Very good value.

Hotel keeps costs down by minising on-site staff (which means submitting your ID on-line in advance). Outside fixed reception hours you collect keys from cafe/cake shop below hotel (which is on 1st floor and above - with good lift). As cake shop is very popular it may take some time to get served. Also if both arriving and leaving outside reception hours you need to buy your car park ticket in advance.

We were located right at the heart of Granada. Right outside the hotel there were several bars and restaurants which were open till late at night. There were cathedrals and churches all around us. The markets were a 30 second walk away (We bought several items to give as souvenirs). The lady at reception was wonderful, very hospitable. Make sure to keep a sign outside your room as they came in to clean our room without us requesting it and we only found out once we got back to our room at night.

Situation in the middle of the city

The en suite toilet/shower is behind a glass door with a sink in the bedroom itself . Because we arrived after reception was closed at 14.00, we messaged the hotel via Booking.com and the hotels own email and got no responses, I phoned and got friendly helpful staff.

Lovely little hotel right smack in the heart of the city center, nicely stylish without overdoing it, very pleasant shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Bus stop for Alhambra 5 mins walking. Extremely good value for the low price I paid (after season).

Being that central means it ain't quiet, a construction site right around the corner didn't much help. But if you are really noise sensitive, the location alone should shout this ain't for you. I didn't mind much.

Absolute perfect location, very centric and close to lots of bars, restaurants and touristic attractions. Easy access by foot. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Big soundproof windows with little balconies. Receptionist wonderful and super communicative

Reception time is quite limited, but still very communicative and resourceful

Lovely stay. Fab view onto the square from my four!!! little balconies.. Patricia on reception was lovely. Unmanned from midnight but they give you a number for emergencies. The toilet and shower directly in the room may not suit everyone. Very little privacy. I was on my own so no problem.

Air con wasn't working so room was a bit warm but they contacted me in advance to advise so it was mt own choice.

Great location and amazing accessibility to tourist attractions and the surroundings, very friendly staff and well functioning AC in 30 ℃ weather

The room faces a busy square which can be noisy at night -- being your earplugs and you can get a perfect night's sleep (I did so can testify this)! This is not the fault of the hotel but just something travellers should be aware of ahead of booking this place
