From start to finish of our stay, we've felt looked after, informed and comfortable. The view is unlike any experience we've had previously. Our room on the 2nd floor overlooking the Plaza took our breath away. The view is so stunning that it leaves a feeling that you can't view it enough. The air-condition is of prime quality, and you won't even need to cool down in the shower during a heat wave; that's how effective it is. The style of the hotel is true to the photos, and the location of the hotel makes for a perfect base. Quiet, yet local to what, in our opinion, is the most beautiful part of Granada

Some of the finishes in construction are a bit rushed, but for the price, this is no issue. It looks and functions as intended.

A fantastically central location, right in the middle of the old city (five minutes from the Cathedral) and only a short stroll away from all of the main sights - including many restaurants, bars, and the Alhambra. Also well connected via public transport to the bus station and (if you don't want to walk up the hill) to the Alhambra, again. Rooms were nice, with very spacious bathrooms, and there is a restaurant/bar downstairs.

The pre-check in communications were a bit too much - with messages by email and WhatsApp asking for registration, including a screen that seemed to be asking for payment (rooms were paid via Booking.com in advance). The windows are reflective during the daytime, so the rooms have a great, unobserved view over the Plaza Isabel; note that they are not sufficiently reflective for this to be the case at night, when lights in the room are lit. Some of the finishes in the room could do with a bit of TLC.

The hotel is a great location and the rooms were big and comfortable.

staff at reception was not nice at all. The parking it is not at the hotel and this should be clarified.

Location can't be beat – it's in the literal heart of Granada. Room is modern and clean, with coffee facilities and comfy bed. Shower was nice and strong, too. Just for location and comfort alone, I'd choose this over any other hotel.

The spa area is still closed – they closed it after Covid and never reopened it. It's a shame, because it was a nice space that put the hotel just a bit more over the top. Also, parking is an issue, but that's practically any hotel in Granada in the center.

Very trendy modern hotel right in the centre of Granada. The huge windows were perfect for viewing the Easter processions outside. Lots of modern facilities in the room.

The whole place is rather dark - there was a trendy Japanese style toilet but the lighting in the bathroom was so poor you couldn’t see what all the buttons were 😂. There was some confusion about whether we could have a drink at the bar, but someone sorted that out for us in the end.

We thought that the hotel was exceptional value. It is situated right on the main Plaza Isabel square near the tourist areas and tapas bars, but the room was well sound-proofed and very quiet. Our room was very large with a comfortable king sized bed and a table with two chairs. The large bathroom was stylish and modern with a huge walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of good food for breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Also, the bus to Alhambra was about 20 metres from the front door - perfect to get up the hill to the Alhambra in the morning - and you have the option of a pleasant 20 min walk back downhill after your visit.

This was an excellent hotel. The photos on Booking.com don't really do it justice. It was much better. Good value and highly recommended.

The reception staffs were extremely helpful and friendly (the most friendly I’ve encountered in Spain). Although breakfast is not buffet style(order from a set menu), the food was delicious! My favorite was the oats porridge and scrambled tofu.

As mentioned in all the other reviews, the shower will flood. The pool hasn’t been opened since COVID-19, which is a bit disappointing.

Location is this hotel's best feature. It's in the beautiful central part of Granada a walking distance from all main sites. There is a cool restaurant and bar in the hotel which we didn't get to go to, but it looked quite busy and popular. The suite is very spacious and comfortable, large functional bathroom with walk-in shower and all necessary amenities. Aircon works very well. Easy check in and check out until 12h which is great. Kind staff!

We were arriving by car and the hotel recommended a nearby public parking. It is a 10min walk to reach the hotel through narrow pebbly streets. We were travelling light, but if you're pulling heavy luggage it would be very inconvenient. We got a Junior suite but it was located on the side of a small dark street without a view and the windows were quite dirty from the outside, so the room was very dark - we didn't mind as we didn't spend much time inside.

The location in the city centre meant walking around was a breeze. Restaurants, bars and a few short steps to the bus that took us right to the Alhambra. The hotel's new vegan restaurant was a welcomed break from some of the more typical Spanish dishes around. The staff was also so kind to make my birthday special sharing in the surprise arrangements my partner planned.

The air conditioning was not working on our stay, but they fixed it by giving us an individual unit. The staff was very helpful and solved the problem as best they could.
