Lovely stay, special requests were fulfilled with care. Reception, Breakfast & HK teams were very professional, congratulations to them. Location is excellent (8-10 min w/ public transports to the city centre, for instance the Bus 8 or 4). Rooftop with a nice view of Sierra Nevada and a cool sunset - restaurant's dinner was served there during one of this summer nights.

Swimming pool located at the rooftop is a bit too small for the amount of guests, which made it hard to get a spot.

Good sized room. Furnishing was bit old fashioned but I liked it. Everything was clean. Mini fridge in the room. Didn't opt for the breakfast. Parking was available for a cost of 18 euro a night but cannot be reserved in advance; we had to use the hotel's second car park across the street. Location is ok, short drive to Alhambra.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room which I expected from a 4 star hotel. We asked for a double bed but it was just 2 twin beds pushed together. Mattress was kinda hard. We got a room on the second floor which faced a school which can get quite loud during the day.

Spacious room with a very large and comfortable bed. In the bathroom all accessories were available, basically, nothing was missing. Breakfasts are very tasty. Location within walking distance from the city centre. Underground parking is available. Good standard though.

During check-in, the internet was not working which created chaos. Because of this, we had to wait for a room, but no one even offered us a glass of water. The only receptionist stood up to the challenge and decided that he would give us a room so that we could rest after the trip, and we would deal with the official issue when the internet connection returned. The hotel is very comfortable, but I think it could benefit from a light refresher. A free bottle of water in the room wouldn't have done anyone any harm but only gave respite after travelling through hot Spain. (A minibar was available in the room for an extra charge).

The room was a reasonable size for a single person, it was spotless, added little extras like a comb (I shave my head) etc... Comfortable bed, black out curtains so the room was very dark at night...The front desk staff were excellent and very attentive. Car parking directly under the hotel... even to the point as I checked out the staff watched the camera and as I approached the doors in my car opened them for me....I did not use the breakfast, about 2 minutes walk is a small very good bar, breakfasts and coffee in there were excellent...and cheap....twenty minutes easy walk to the main areas, 35 minutes walk to the Alhambra... although I used taxis to return and was alway 4 or 4.50 euros ....

Well nothing really as a single traveller, good location, easy walking, on site car parking, spotless.

Location has very good transportation links and is walkable to the center of Granada. Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and asked for bags to be stored untill we back from our hike, instead we were offered to check in straight away. Excellent service. Hotel and our room was very clean. Bathroom was in good working condition and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant, nice airy breakfast room with a large spread of continental breakfast and lovely music in the background. Highly recommend the hotel especially for travelers heading into the Sierra Nevada mountains as it is on the right side of the city.

Dinner in the bar felt like it lacked Spanish choices, wasn't of the best quality and it was overpriced for what it had on offer. But the service from Sebastian was excellent. The hotel doesn't use a duvet cover to dress the duvet but a 2 sheets system. It makes for a uncomfortable sleep as it all comes apart during the night. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Everything else was perfect.

Hotel was located on outskirts of city and had a good car park, staff helpful some of the time, see below

The night receptionist on arrival was not able to help me find the hotel, the map provided by booking.com was not useful, the restaurant waiter was rushed off his feet, it was like being in a care home with him running around trying to serve everyone, serve food, drinks, collect orders for 25 residents/guests. On leaving the directions to my next destination we’re printed out in Spanish so I tried to translate but got very lost leaving the city as well as on arrival

Very fine hotel, 25 mins walk from the center ( very easy way ). Small swimming pool on the roof with couple sunbeds. Rooms comfy with an awesome, largest bed (around 200cm wide ). Across the street you can get a good breakfast ( behing the bus stop ) - if you do not eat at the hotel. Parking pretty tight with limited spaces but small car would fit without problems. Pretty calm, not noisy, good for a rest after long day.

Small amount of sunbeds, hardly no water in jacuzzi :-)

The room size was adequate to the number of people. We particularly liked the ample space for storage (a large closet, drawers etc), which meant that everything could be kept in order and out of sight - very useful for stays of several nights. There was a small fridge and a safe in the room, which we also appreciate. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to bus and tram stops and supermarkets. Walking to the city center takes 15-20 minutes.

There was a sizeable gap between the frame of the door of the bathroom and the door itself, which causes some obvious privacy problems. The gym is very small and not very equipped.

Nice hotel with great valueof money, warm welcoming, clean And very comfortable room, big swimming pool, tasty food especially at the breakfast and also at the dining restaurant, warm atmosphere with good vibes at the pool area, DJ Drinks and food, I can't just describe how was a lovely experience.. I was in love and i still with the details. Its a fantastic hotel Thank you so much. I recommend this hotel and definitely I will comeback

I stayed at HAC for 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The room was impeccable and very comfortable. But what really made my stay amazing was the AWESOME hospitality of the staff. I especially want to thank Angela at the reception, who was so welcoming and made sure everything was good throughout my stay and that I knew all the best places in Granada. And Esaúl, at the front desk at night and always took of anything I needed. And Sebas, in the restaurant who makes the best cocktails anywhere in town. Muchas gracias por todo! I can’t wait to come back! 🙏🏻
