My favorite part about the hotel is the location. Absolutely perfect! The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is very quaint and quite lovely.

1) The bathroom light made this whirring noise every time we turned it on. 2) The hair dryer would get overheated and would shut off intermittently. In fairness, I have a lot of hair to blow dry. 3) The staff was sparse, we rarely saw anther person 4) There was no ring tone on the phone in the room and so we couldn't call anyone 5) There was a key pad to lock the bedroom door, which worked well, but we had to punch in the code in order to close the door when we left.

We stayed here before covid and loved it, it feels like you are living in a slice of history. The rooms are around a beautiful covered patio which has the bar/restaurant. The beds have to be the best we have slept in while staying in Andalucia. It is just off Plaza Nueva so it is central but very quiet. The room was dark but that's fine, we were there to sleep. Good bathroom with brand toiletries from Rituals and good towels. You get a code to open the room and hotel door, or you can download an app. We just used the code, it was easy.

You have to go to a sister hotel across the plaza for breakfast. It is cheap at only €5, but by the time we left the hotel and walked across the plaza we went somewhere else that had outdoor seating and views instead.

The place was absolutely stunning. A very old place with a lot of history around. We really loved the hotel and the room. It seems that you are in another era. The location was perfect to walk around the old city and all the public transport close to the hotel. The breakfast was ok, nothing extravagant (very basic). I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a different experience in Granada. The staff was very helpful and nice when we needed help.

I loved everything!

Location of hotel, character of the building - both inside and out, simply furnished but very clean bedroom, well-equipped and very clean bathroom

The shower cubicle leaked, leaving a pool of water on the bathroom floor. It was a bit noisy - both from the internal plumbing (ours and others) and outside in the Plaza but it was very quiet later in the night and we slept well.

As former travelagent this Boutique hotel moves to among top three. Genuine, details, atmosphere location.

Very little attendance of staff. It did not bother us and they were only a phone call away, but still a little strange. Though everyone professional and friendly. But somewhat empty , again mentioned from a former travel agent who has reviewed many facilities.

The hotel was nice and quirky , tastefully renovated . The restaurant was exceptional , with quite a romantic feel ,with a central 600 year old fountain . The evening meal was superb , and the waiter was very attentive . The assistance we received from Jose Maria at the car park was excellent He went above and beyond to help us ,walking us to the hotel with our luggage ,and getting us checked in .A very helpful ,considerate young man . The bed was truly excellent ,huge and very comfortable .The Aircon was a blessing . The jacuzzi bath was a nice touch .

I booked the superior room with jacuzzi bath ,as a special treat for my husband's 65th birthday .I was disappointed that the towels were not arranged ,like swans ,the way they were shown on the room photos on the site . The room was nice , although we did think the floor was rather dirty , with a lot of bits on the floor in the bathroom . The curtains did not fit or close over the window , letting in a lot of light . Other than that it was satisfactory .

Traditional Spanish property. As the name suggests, it's an old palace and is absolutely amazing. The ambiance in the restauraunt is exquisite and the food was excellent. Location is excellent, right in the centre of Granada and great value for money. Munir, our waiter was super friendly and extremely efficient.

No plug in the sink! I had to leave the tap running to have a shave. That was it's only fault. The room was very clean and comfortable. Absolutely no other problems. We had a great experience.

The location is really very nice! Just in the center of everything but rather quiet at the same time. We could even watch flamenco street show from our balcony. And the restaurant is really great! We had only one dinner there, but it was really delicious! I strongly recommend it: both for food and atmosphere. I liked the atmosphere and the hotel itself: a great value for the money. And it took us really 10-15 minutes to get to Alhambra by feet, which was very nice. We didn't have breakfast in the proposed place, as there is a huge amount of other places for more interesting experience.

If there was an opportunity to have breakfast in the hotel - that would really be great! Though I understand that it's not very likely to happen

The hotel is charming with that ancient, moorish feel that reflects the beautiful Alhambra complex which is close by. TPhe staff were absolutely great and the parking provided by their sister hotel near by excellent. We didn't use the restaurant as the tapas quarter was 3 minutes walk from the hotel where fantastic, authentic Spanish fare was available at a very reasonable cost. Our visit was out of season but the location, charm and feel of the hotel were so good that we're thinking of coming back in the summer.

The directions to drive to the hotel are complicated and our satnav certainly didn't want to follow them! We found the hotel easily enough but were frustrated when searching for the parking. Strong recommendation to all visiting by car is to go to the hotel and then get the staff to assist with locating and opening the parking. It was no problem to do this and would have saved us time and a bit of frustration if the comprehensive instructions had offered this option.

Tho small, very nicely decorated room.

I received a lot of help from the staff regarding parking during semana de santas. I was hung up on once due to misunderstanding due to poor language skiil on her side. I called back and we understood each other better. So not so bad. I was exhausted arriving tho, so it was a bit tough arriving in this complicated city.
