I loved the cleanliness of the rooms, and that each room had it's own on-suite shower and toilet which is not typical for most hostels. Before booking I read some reviews that this hostel was not very social, I found that was not true. Everything was clean, safe and secure and the location was perfect. I also found new friends the very first night just by sitting i n the common area :) The beds were comfy and warm and my dorm mates were respective of each other in terms of being quiet, and not bothering other guests if anyone was sleeping.

There isn't one thing that I didn't like. My stay was very nice. I would suggest more events to be organised by the hostel, however I stayed there Christmas Eve and Christmas day so I understand not much was possible to organize when most restaurants were closed at this time.

Great location next to the cathedral and just off the main road where you can take buses to all the main tourist sites or simply walk. Staff were helpful in calling me a taxi at 6am and the social spaces were lovely. The bathroom in the dorm had a main door that can be locked so you can have the toilet, shower and sink space all to yourself. Detergent provided by reception if you use the washer.

Street noise continued well past 11pm. No curtains for the bunks so there’s no privacy when you sleep, and no railings for the upper bunks, which is unsafe! Lockers are not all standardised - some are drawers and some cupboards and it’s luck of the draw depending on which bed you’re assigned.

The room was very nice, with a separate toilet and bathroom, and two very vintage large windows with balconies and a wonderful view of the cathedral right outside the windows. The location is great and it is within walking distance to everywhere. Met friends in the room to chat to:)

The public spaces were perhaps too quiet and not very social, not really able to meet new people in the public spaces, but that's not really a big problem if you come with friends. Hairdryer hire from the front desk only accepts cash as a deposit, as I didn't have cash I had to quickly finish using the hair dryer in the ground floor toilets and return it, which was a bit inconvenient, however I still got what I wanted so it's not unacceptable, it would just be nice if the payment method was more flexible!

Very,very convenient location - you can walk to almost all sights and the Cathedral is right around the corner! Hostel has a friendly atmosphere, staff is great help, breakfast is very nice, you can watch a bit of street-life. Rooms are very clean and in 5-placed dormitory we stayed only 2 persons until my last night when we were 4. There is a large common area, comfy kitchen and laundry area as well. I participated in pub crawl and that was fun. Hostel organizes lots of activities throughout the week.

Nothing. Just you have to remember that if you need a towel you can get that for additional pay as well as you can get a locker-key for your locker for a deposit that is given you back upon check-out

A comfy lobby and dining area, where one could interact with others and play pool. Convenient location next to Cathedral, easy walk from the hostel to main sightseeing like Alhambra, Albaicin, Sacromonte etc. Lots of restaurants and provision shops littering around for choices. Clean bunk bed and shared shower room and toilet in female dormitory, though there will be some wait depending on the timing to use the shared facilities.

Lack of common hooks for clothes in shower space. Some guests tended to occupy the only two hooks available with own towels throughout the stay leaving no chance for others to use if one intends to take shower. It will be useful if hostel put up a reminder note where no one leaves own stuff in common shower facilities. It could be quite frustrating whenever the space was cluttered with someone's stuff.

Cute hostel a short walk from the train station and centrally located to shops, but set back from the super touristy areas. Our family stayed in a 6-bedroom with private bath. Everything was clean, comfortable and well appointed and the light breakfast was a great start to our day. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop deck has a great view. Lodgings look just like the photos. They even had a place for us to store our luggage on our last day which was so helpful.

Could use more towel hooks in the bathroom for the 6 person room.

The hostel is fantastic! Great location, the room is very spacious, with a balcony and city view. The common areas are nice. The reception staff is very nice and helpful. I attended one of the tours they organise and got to know more of the city and meet fellow travellers. In total, it was a great stay at TOC.

Would be great if within the shower area there would be some place to keep the clothes dry. Also, the fact that you have to have your own padlock or purchase it at the reception is a bother and can be easily solved by the hostel with their magnetic key being applied to the lockers also.

The location, the modern bedroom with the en-suite bathroom (I was in room 201 which is a 6-female dormitory, a bit noisy due to the proximity of the street but that was also on a Saturday night), the lounge, the breakfast (worth it if you want to eat a bit in the morning. Otherwise you will pay more with less food in the city centre) and the kindness of the staff. I practised my Spanish and the staff was patient & still replied to me in Spanish.

A bit more expansive than the other hostels but you pay for the location, the breakfast and the modern facilities.

The location was good and close to most attractions, except Al Hambra which you need to get to buy a bus or taxi (not Uber which is for some reason much more expensive in Granada compared to a taxi). Also, approx. 20 min walk from the train station, 1 min walk to the mini market to get water, etc., 2 min to bars and restaurants, 6 min walk to some of the famous touristic streets. The staff was nice and accommodating when we had an issue in our dorm with one of the people there.

Not the hostel's fault, but an old German woman who was staying in our dorm acted racist towards some of us, acting like we were inferior and basically as if this was her private room and we had to obey all her will/whims. It is a shame those people still exist but luckily the guy from the reception understood the situation and was kind enough to change my dorm.

The hostel was located in a very good spot of the city, close to the Cathedral, mains streets, restaurants and other places. The staff were the whole time very receptive and kind to attend our needs during the time we spend. The room and outside areas were really clean! The room was good, considering that was a hostel.

The breakfast in our opinion wasn’t really good, so we regretted to buy in advance the coffee in our stay - que food was good, but really few options. Besides that, we were traveling by car, so we had to park in a place the hostel has some “partnership” with … the price we payed was 23 euros/day - which in my opinion is very salty.
