The first thing you notice when entering the reception is the amazing view to the right. The hotel has a lovely modern greige decor throughout. Personnel are warm and welcoming and listen to you. Excellent hotel for couples, seniors and families alike and only a 15 minute drive from Malaga airport. Restaurants, shop within walking distance. We had a spacious junior suite with fantastic double, yes two, shower heads. The suites are on the 6th floor with the breakfast room above on the 7th so you may hear a chair or two scraping the floor when people get up. Not a deal breaker though and otherwise good soundproofing throughout. Great parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice location, calm neighborhood, comfortable and spacious accommodation, quality breakfast, family friendly. Free parking for car. There is a small train shuttle to and back islantilla center every 30m.

A lady visibly mad for being left alone at the pool bar service was extremely rude, at some point shouting that in spain we should speak Spanish. to be serviced. An obvious outlier, because all the personnel we met was very warm nice and professional. Not a big deal, but boring enough to deserve an alert.

Breakfast had lots of options, it was fresh and I noticed the employees were constantly checking the dishes and replenishing as well as cleaning the areas. The pool was beautiful and perfect temperature . Our room was spacious, very clean and the balcony offered a fantastic view.

The room was very warm at night as the air conditioning turned off at 11:00 pm . ( was not aware of this until we asked the next day ) .Our second night we left the balcony door open and it provided a nice breeze however the room next to us were up very late and very loud ..

The hotel was very good, staff helpful and friendly. The food was good and good value for money. We hired bikes on several occasions and these were also good value.

The hotel had 2-pools which unfortunately were closed, I assume as it was November and end of season. The poolside snack bar was also closed. The location of the hotel wasn't the best unless you wanted to play golf. The walk into town (what there was of it, and what was actually open) was about 30-minutes and mostly downhill which meant an uphill slog when returning.

Helpfull staff - we needed help and the reception provided it. Cosy and green hotel area and its surroundings. Underground parking (it's a really hot and sunny area). Huge and quiet apartment ("luxury", over 100 sqm). Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen.

Basic breakfasts. Food is good but the choice is average and every day the same. Heated food is only available from an employee instead of self service - that's extremly uncomfortable! Forks at breakfast are laying directly on tables (it's not hygienic) rather than on napkins (that's an easy fix - napkins are there and knives lay on them!). Smoking on balconies - it's allowed and guests do smoke... Uncomfortable chairs in the room.

- all the staff was super helpful and very nice! - the pool area is big but very quiet and relaxing. - the apartment has decent large areas. The kitchen is very well equipped. - the gym is super well equipped.

The breakfast and dinner could have more options. Don’t get me wrong, it is very good but compared to other similar resorts, I guess this one could have a bit more options available.

Staff were great. Heavy rain during our stay. But lots to do on site. Off site. Breakfast very good. Beds nice. Fast wifi to be able to work.

No Netflix on TV. It was rainy, would have been nice to watch via smart TV. The inside pool booking and paying seemed complicated. Particularly out of season.

Spa area, restaurant dinner and breakfast was good, nice for a short get away. For the price it was a lot what you got.

Pool for 1 hour 5€ extra, at dinner and breakfast the staff puts the food on your plate - I don’t like this because I want to decide by my own how much I put on my plate and it felt like I’m a canteen - are they afraid that people take to much food… The apartment was ok but not as modern as others, however this was not so important to us.

The apartment was very spacious, shame there was not any tea towels for drying up. Very good buffet breakfast and buffet style evening meal. Made use of the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

We chose this hotel as we were travelling by car and needed parking. The hotel parking was limited and we had to park in the street and wheel our cases up the road. It would have been nice to have tea towels provided in the apartment, after all we did have bath towels.

The mini train to the beach is very convenient to have. Also, the hotel-exclusive beach beds come in very handy. Staff is always extremely nice and dilligent.

There could be a slightly earlier train to the beach and the beach beds could be available until a bit later - probably until 19:00 or 20:00. But this is just nitpicking :)
