The outside of the Hotel was very cute, and the pool was very good. The beds were very comfortable. We especially liked the restaurant opposite, which belongs to the group, it had very good Italian food. The train that takes us to the beach and the Beach Blub was very cute, and the kids loved it.

I expected the room to be a little better, and so was the cleanliness. Sometimes the floor was poorly cleaned, and my baby children walked barefoot. The pool has an opening/closing time. The price of the Buffet for the variety it had was high, it didn't even have natural juice, nor many healthy options for babies. The baby soup cost 5€ per soup, which we also found too much.

I really liked everything about the hotel, especially the pool area, the wellness space (sauna, steam room), the indoor heated pool, as well as the comfortable accommodations, good showers, and great beds. The staff was very attentive. Pet friendly hotel.

The only things I can mention are that the Wi-Fi speed wasn't very fast and sometimes the signal wasn't very good, at least in the Villas, but we managed to watch Netflix. Also, the bar and restaurant hours were a bit confusing. Between 3 PM and 7 PM, there was no place inside the hotel to order food, only at the restaurant across the street (which is very close). However, for those at the pool, it was inconvenient to have to go to the restaurant, order something to take away, and then return to the pool.

The rooms are nice and super clean. The service and people are all really nice and helpful. We had a dog and we never felt unpleased with the service help during the room cleaning.

The pool. There aren't enough beds for everyone which instigates people "reserving" it very early by hanging their goals and marking the place... So space for beds are short and the solution was adding 4 double VIP beds which mostly were empty due the cost (50€/day or 25€/half-day including 4 or 2 cocktails)... This is not a nice solution when there are always people around and giving up to look for a place. Last year the problem already existed but it seems now was the worst. Beside this last fact I still would recommend the place with the hope management will think in a better solution.

The room was as big and cozy as in the images. A lot of light and no old furnitures. The bed I think was a king size and very comfortable. The exterior pool was still open in October even though on booking said it was closed(so it is better to call). Food was good(half pension includes buffet for breakfast and dinner) and we visited one of the restaurants for lunch and it was very good and not so pricy(14-16) a main dish. The heated swimming pool was really nice, with jacuzzi, sauna, etc and with a very nice schedule 6h-22h You also have free parking close to the hotel.

The room was clean and very comfortable and well as the other facilities including pool, gym and spa. Staff were very helpful with any requests or questions we had.

The downside was the food. The breakfast buffet offered was very basic. I was hoping it would be better than what was offered. Same goes for dinner.

Limited places for pets on property. Had to stay outside with pet rain or shine for eating. Fod always cold. Plates never warmed properly. Quality food good . Everything was cold. First thing we eat when we arrived home. Was soup to warm us up.

Cold Food.. Animals not really catered for, would have liked somewhere to exercise dog on property.?

First class service, excellent breakfast and probably the best dinner buffet we have had in a hotel. Staff friendly, helpful with taxis and quick to solve minor problems. Spa access very good.

The WiFi was not working very well, but I understand that it will be fixed soon. And perhaps, not the hotel's fault, but no shops in the area, not even an open mini supermarket.

The room was spotlessly clean, the staff informative and extremely helpful. Hotel like many others advertises itself as pet friendly but unlike similar properties whereby pet friendly means pet can only walk from room to exit the Hilton provided places to sit and eat meaning we were a le to take advantage for a change on not only the excellent breakfast but the very reasonably priced buffet evening meal.

Minor issue shuttle train to beach not operating at this time

Very grateful to the excellent staff who were kind enough to accommodate us and our dog, after I booked without reading in the detail, that there was a weight limit of 15kgs, which we exceeded. Clean and spacious rooms, live music one evening for a couple of hours. Good food. We had a lovely break here.

We love Islantilla golf resort. We have been three times. The golf is wonderful - really challenging. the courses are stunning. the staff are lovely, helpful

Because the golf is so good, several of the big golf tour operators go there. so there are some very big groups and the dining room can get very noisy and busy. That said, the atmosphere is great… lots of happy golfers sharing stories. It is great value overall, but it would be appreciated if they offered a discount for ‘unlimited golf’ or packages eg a discount on green fees/buggies for 3, 4 or 5 days play.
