Excellent hotel with good clean accommodation, we booked 3 x 1 Bed room apartments and requested that they were together. The Hotel managed to fulfil this required. Each room had a sofa bed in the lounge area and a separate bedroom with double beds. The lounge has aircon, 2 x private patio areas and a kitchen area in a separate part of the lounge. The hotel is about 10-15min downhill walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants along the way. The hotel is located on a hill. Others have described it as a steep hill but we enjoyed the slow walk back up and is more than manageable. There is an hourly free shuttle bus from the hotel (just outside) that drops you off to the beach and you can use the same stop to go back to the hotel later if you don't fancy the walk. We booked half board and there was plenty of variety at breakfast and at dinner. If you are a vegetarian, there are good choices but trying to work out what is vegetarian and what isn't is difficult. The hotel sent us regular WhatsApp message to see if we needed anything and when we messaged back that it was difficult to work out what was vegetarian food, they responded back immediately with the name of a dinner service staff that we can speak to who would then happily talk us through the options. I believe the hotel are working on making this process a lot easier in the future as all it really needs is a "V" clipped onto the relevant dishes.

Difficult to work out what was vegetarian and what wasn't with some of the dishes as I know from experience that sometimes animal stock can be used in the pasta tomato sauce for example.

The facilities at the hotel were very good, small supermarket, spa and wellness together with sports and leisure options. Our apartment was quite spacious and very clean as was the whole complex. It was well equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave/grill and air conditioning. The view from our balcony was fantastic, looking out to the ocean and seeing the Bay of Los Cristianos and nearby La Gomera. The pool area was very good with plenty of sun loungers available.

The location of the hotel is on a very steep hill however, this was well offset by a free shuttle bus into Playa de Las Americas running until 6:15pm. Taxis late at night we’re readily available for around €8-10 return. I would have liked more space to catch some of the entertainment shows.

The breakfast was great, a lot of food options. Also, I liked the location, even though it was up on the hill there was a nice view + it was quite, with no traffic, and no tourists.

While the food for breakfast was good, the drinks were horrible. I didn't have such a bad coffee and orange juice in a long time. Also, the breakfast was very crowded, it was difficult to find a table. The wifi was super slow. In the public area, it was ok but in our apartment, it was pretty much useless

Staff were excellent, went out of their way to do anything we asked of them. Despite it's age the resort was well equipped and was kept clean. We all liked the entertainment in the evenings and also enjoyed the free shuttle bus into town.

We went during a mini heat wave. There were not enough parasols around the pool, other guests stole ours when we went for lunch. There was no retractable canopy on the balcony which made it unusable for half of the day. You get the feeling a lot of money was spent on the resort when it was build in the 80s but much of it is now dated and whilst some areas such as public bathrooms have seen some improvement other areas have not.

It was a quiet place and I had a good night sleep during the stay. The staff was very helpfull and it was nice to have a leisure room for the teenager. There were few good restaurants in a short walking distance f.ex. Bella Roma with good pizza and Kejarta. I can also recomend going to 108 Bistro downtown in Los Cristianos where you get a realy nice pasta dishes and one dish is enogh for 3 people. There was a small supermarket in the hotel yard where you could bye drinks and somethong for breakfast which was good as we were staying in a studio apartment that had what you needded.

The hotel was a bit far from the beach but the bus which the hotel provided every hour from 10 until 18 hours was helpful. And it was easy to get a taxi, the lobby called and the taxi arrived within 5 minutes.

Rooms very well equipped and spacious with everything you need in a quiet location. You also feel vey safe and secure

Overall the whole complex needs sprucing up.shower and tiling in bathroom not of a high standard. Pool 3 a little grubby. My biggest issue was checking in, upon booking I was asked what time I would be arriving which was between 1 & 2 pm which we did.we were left waiting until 4-30 before we could get into our room, we were given 2 pool towels as a way of an apology and you thought you were giving us the earth. Far from happy about that. Cleaning the room once a week not really good enough.

The Apartment was very spacious with a lovely balcony. Pool area was very nice with good food. The shuttle to the beach was very handy and luggage storage was useful upon arrival and leaving.

I took time to find a good hotel in Tenerife for me and my family, we were five, for our long waited summer vacation, two adults and three children. We like everything about this hotel. Good location, view from the window, great spacy apartment for five, very nice breakfast, pools, we use gym, beauty salon and grocery shop. We used Shuttle to and from the beach. Stuff was always polite. 10 stars and big thank you for unforgettable stay in Tenerife. If we will come back I would like to stay again in this hotel.

Once you get to the place you hardly want to do nothing but to stay there the whole times because the place is loaded with so many entertainment and also the swimming pool is quite big accommodating almost everyone at the place. There is so much to have fun with, specially for the kids, where you can relax with no pressure dealing with little ones. We also love the breakfast and dinner buffets that come with so much of choices. The chefs are so nice providing dishes for my little ones when they were asking food that was not on the buffet. In general, staffs are very helpful and friendly and our special thanks extend to the managers namely Bianca and Hector who did what they could to meet our needs and trying to resolve our enquiries. We all would love to visit the place again in the future.
