Great location, friendly staff, bathrobes and slippers, fabulous weather, pool view, comfy beds. We hired air-con for €20, best decision ever and they refunded the money when we checked out. We were all inclusive, but the room had all facilities for self catering also. Added bonus of a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with water and lemonade, thank you!. Staff work very hard and are extremely helpful. Great variety of food and drinks. They also provided towels and our balcony had 2 sunloungers, table chairs and a sun umbrella. Great entertainment. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday and really enjoyed it.

The room is a bit dated in areas and could do with painting/ updating, but it's generally well maintained.

Apartment was spotless very spacious and comfortable. Pools were lovely. Staff were very helpful. Comfortable walking distance from the beach and the market was only across the road.

Selected because described as bungalows I wasn't expecting the amount of stairs we had to climb to get up the hill to the apartment. We were at the back of the complex. Not for the faint hearted. Choose poolside or front when booking.

the only thing we weren’t keen on was the fact there was no air conditioning in all the rooms, we were in room 32. we didn’t have air con, however, the staff were great and let us rent 2 fans for the week. the only other negative thing is that we didn’t have an outside light! we played cards but had to use phone lights. apart from that. a great stay. thank you.

The food was very good for all inclusive. Most of the staff very good except one person serving drinks and snacks: rude and awkward.

One awkward female member of staff caused problems for people trying to get served drinks and snacks at the bar. When the hotel became busy the bar and restaurant became overwhelmed, probably due to lack of staff, and food wasn't replenished quickly enough. Garlic in most veg, which wasn't to my taste.

Linen trolley very noisy going up and down the corridors. extremely noisy in the dining room, staff banging ware, and trollies very noisy. long uphill walk to the room. The bar area was very grubby. the apartments needed to be modernised,

1. Location was almost great - 200 meters to the sea although the closest beach was not that great. 2. Staff - exceptionally helpful and polite (reception) 3. Facilities - little bit aged, some refurbishment neeed 4. Restaurant - we had half board - breakfast average (english breakfast), good selection of food, fruits, pastries, not bad coffee, juices Dinner - tasty and good selection BUT DRINKS ARE CHARGED EXTRA, which is not mentioned when booking. 5. Room - spacious and tidy with a nice terrace

1. You are charged extra for using the safe (3 Euro per day) as well as per air con. 2. Drinks are overpriced (during dinner) glass of water for 2 Euros - we had half board and were not informed that drinks aren't included until the waitros yelled at us. 3. The evening probram is quite poor 4. Wifi is very bad - as long as you are at the reception it is fine, but in rooms further away ... very bad

We had a lovely apartment next to one of the three pools. We were lucky to get an apartment with air con as I believe they don't all have that. We had a private balcony that overlooked the swimming pool. We were right next to the bar/ restaurant too. The place was very aesthetically pleasing. It was kept lovely and clean and the cleaner came into the apartment every second day to empty bins and change towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a taxi rank two minutes walk down the road and the shuttle bus to Siam Park was a 5 minute walk away. It was only €8 in a taxi to Playa de las Americas. There was a tour operator stall in the reception and the people working there was very helpful and friendly. Food was nice in the bar (we had lunch one day) and restaurant (where we ate breakfast)

It would have been unfortunate if we had gotten an apartment with no aircon as we really needed it and were very glad and lucky to get it.

The staff were friendly nothing was too much trouble especially Valentina on reception and Oscar in the restaurant. We were celebrating a special Anniversary and our room had been decorated with balloons, and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge, our request for a quiet room near to reception area was given consideration. Some parts are a little tired but they are going through a refurbishment programme, our room was clean lovely walk in shower( no cockroaches in sight )crisp white bedlinen changed twice in the week, white towels changed 3 times a week always with a friendly smile - Location was good for nearby Bars and Restaurants, WiFi could be better but they are working to improve it but will definitely return in the near future.

We were on All Inclusive package - variety and quality of food was excellent. Lots of fruit and vegetables at every course each day. 3 swimming pools great choice, two of which are heated. Location excellent, 5 minute walk to seafront Very clean Very friendly staff and considerate of children who couldn't reach the food counters! Help always at hand.

Would have loved an option to dine outside rather than always in the restaurant Rose wine and orange juice not great

We requested a room on the ground floor, we arrived late on the first day so we thought we would not get what we hoped for. We got an apartment which had only eight steps up. The beds were very comfortable and our apartment (plus patio) was cleaned every second day with fresh sheets and towels. All the staff were friendly. There was lots of entertainment for families, this did not interest us as we are “oldies” however we did join in sometimes.

We liked everything! Maybe if the swimming pool was bigger but it was fine and kept clean by the pool staff.
