the location of Apartment was excellent, despite the central area, it was quite. Thanks to the perfect isolation of the double windows, we did not hear any notice and were able to sleep well. The bed was very comfortable. The metro Tribunal was only few steps away. Last but not least, great and efficient AC. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness was a bit superficial and not too deep. If they improve this aspect, it would be a 10/10, but other than that, I would stay again in this place

I had an exceptional stay at Tribu Malasaña! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. Raquel, Alana, and Diego were all incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their warmth and attention to detail really made a difference. The location is unbeatable – just a two-minute walk to Tribunal Metro, which made getting around the city so easy. The room itself was spacious, newly renovated, and spotlessly clean, offering all the modern comforts I could ask for. I would highly recommend Tribu Malasaña to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Madrid!

The trip starts by a warm welcome by wonderful staff Diego and Raquel which sets the mood. The room is big but cosy with all the facilities including being able to set the heater to the temperature of our choice and a nespresso coffee machine.. There are even some books in the room for solo travelers. The sofa is super comfortable. The bed is great and the room is quiet. There is a room service if you want to eat in your room. The bathroom is well lit with shelves to put toiletries. You can arrive with no toothbrush, no shower gel as it has it all.

For a person like myself who normally stays for longer periods (5 to 7 days), it is a great hotel. The room was large and well laid out, big and very comfortable bed, lots of room to unpack and lay out my things, roomy and modern bathroom, and a very comfortable working desk. The Wifi was very fast and everything worked well. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with and helpful. And the location was perfect. I had never explored the Malasana district before so there was plenty to see and do, and lots of great eating places to try. All within a very walkable distance to Gran Via, Callao and Puerta del Sol.

Only one thing. The safe was on the floor at the bottom of the closet. Very difficult to get at and work with, particularly for older guests.

BEST place to stay in Madrid! Malasana area is amazing as it is right next to the main street that leads to gran via and right behind is where all the trendy vintage shopping, bars and independent coffee shops. We walked everywhere and always found something exciting to see and do, location was perfect and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to stay in Madrid. The rooms are really spacious and decorated very well. Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Lifts only operate from the first floor, which was fine for us as hotel staff helped us and our luggage wasn't too heavy. However, this may be challenging for those in need.

Location was perfect! In the middle of vibran area and walking distance to cool restaurants and caffes. We were walking mostly everywhere, because it's a 20ish minutes walk to Plaza Mayor through the interesting neighbourhood. Staff at the hotel was amazing, made really great impression and were fully helpful. The room was quite spacious, super clean and nice. Bed was really comfortable as well.

The only thing that bothered us (just a bit) is the noise. You could here voices in the hallway pretty clear. Bright side is that at night - no one is in the hallway so we had no trouble sleeping. Also, our room was looking at the backyard so it was a bit darker - but we had no noise from the street, and also we got this room because we got earlier than expected and were checked in immediatly, with no extra cost, so we can't hold this against them even if we wanted to.

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. The people at reception are incredibly kind and will do their best to ensure that everything is handled quickly and well for you. The location couldn't be better as you are literally two steps from the metro (line 10 which connects main parts of the city), 10 mn walk from Gran Via and rights next to the "Malasaña" neighborhood which is a lively part of Madrid. Really great value for money!

As all Spanish houses / flats, it's not very well isolated and therefore it can get a bis noisy at times. It really didn't bother us though and we slept extremely well.

Quite a spacious room. Great water pressure and temperature control in the shower. Nice to have a separate couch to sit on. Good amenities and a hot plate, if you need it. Staff are really friendly and helpful - we were able to check-in a few hours early, which was greatly appreciated. The location is great. Walking distance to some of the main attractions and a subway station is <200 metres away, for the places that are a little further away.

No daily replacement of coffee pods and milk. Better not to offer the service, if you’re unprepared to throw a couple of pods and milk in each day. The front sign is still from the old hotel name “Aparthotel”. Couldn’t see a Tribu Marsalana sign and initially went past it twice thinking it was the wrong place. Even a temporary printed poster somewhere at the front would have helped.

This was a last minute booking whilst in Madrid. The hotel was really nice. Close to the City Centre and on your doorstep you had 2-3 shops to buy essentials i.e. water, drinks, snacks and toiletries. You was also walking distance into the heart of Madrid. Would definitely recommend this hotel, you’ll end up saving money on transport. They would clean your room every day. We used to cross paths against once of the young girl cleaner who was really polite and professional. Did a good job and always had a smile on her face. We crossed paths with Raquel at Reception who would always greet us. Said Hello every time. The other staff including Alvaro was really helpful. Ensured we had transport to the airport. Really friendly and polite team at the front of the desk. The pictures are actually what you get but more i.e. fridge, kettle, cutlery, microwave etc.

Everything was perfect.
