The apartment is very nice and very well organised, good value for money. I liked that the bed is to fold and it is very easy to open and close but also super comfortable, it has a very good mattress and pillows and can be left open as it doesn't take a lot of space, the room is big enough. Despite the apartment is a studio, there is all you may need for your stay, a nice corridor, a closet, safety box, nice furniture and all equipment in the kitchen. All is very well kept and brand new. You will find a kit for cleaning also the soap for the washing machine which is also a drier.

The apartment may be a bit noisy but with windows closed it is fine.

The apartment was perfect, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We travelled with two small children and we found everything we needed. The location is perfect, near metro, shops, plenty of restaurants and cultural spots. Easy check in, many options to acquire other services, overall wonderful stay.

If you have small children book transfers in advance from the airport as most of the drivers do not offer car seats for children and refuse to pick you up. We tried to book with the apartments but it took too long to get a confirmation so we opted out.

Location is not center but everything is on walking distance like 20-30 min. Apartment is very clean, a lot of room, well equipped with everything you need, specially kitchen. There is even washing machine and cleaning kit so you are all set. Beds are comfortable and there is no traffic noise (we were on 3rd floor) so you can get rest. You should know that you need a bit of tech knowledge - you need to check in by your self. You need to fill forms, passport details, take pictures of your passport, make a selfie and finally install their app in order to get a key. It is worth effort but at the beginning might look frustrating.

The place is very well located, the facilities are very comfy, it is very clean, it has 2 elevators, so you don't have to wait long, it's very easy to have access via the facility app.

I didn't like the fact that the apartment only had 1 toilet, I didn't pay attention to that when booking because nowadays it's not normal to have 1 toilet in a 2 bedroom apartment, and one of the rooms had a very strange odor.

Perfect location, outside the center of Madrid but very well connected. The area had its own life as well, with plenty of restaurants and bar open until late. The room was exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in was quite convenient.

It wasn't a big problem, but there was no cleaning service during our stay. There was a cabinet with several towels so we had enough to use fresh ones everyday, but apart from that we had to clean after ourselves.

The apartament was perfect very clean and cosy! Very good located, near metro, bus with great facilities around.

The bathroom had a very bad smell coming from the pipes or drain. It was quite hard to bear this smell when you were in the bathroom or if the bathroom door was left open by mistake.

The only small thing that I didn’t like so much was to be on the first floor with the window facing the Main Street..so there was a bit of noise due to this..

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable...the matress was too thin.
