Our apartment was immaculate, quiet & well-appointed. We received helpful answers to our questions very quickly. Self-entry to the building and the apartment were very easy. The bed & bedding were super comfortable & we were near public transportation nodes. We noted that a few wall hook for coats & acraves would have been welcome (there was a ~8 hangers station but those we used for our shirts & other garments). All in all, we would happily stay again at this location.

I enjoyed cleanliness of the apartment, close proximity to the Metro stop, detailed instructions by the hosts on how to reach the place and get inside the property, as there was no key involved. The studio had a little kitchenet with stove and fridge. There were a few supermarkets nearby. Very convenient location if you have an early morning flight to catch, as it is just one stop away from Nuevos Ministerios metro stop and from there it is a direct link to the airport. All in all, a pleasant experience. Also on the same line with Sol and Gran Via stops, (Line 1), which provide easy access to numerous attractions in the city center. It takes about 20 minutes by metro to the main train station.

I found that at night I could hear the humming noise presumably emanating from the external AC unit. First night I had to wear ear plugs graciously provided by the hosts. Second night the AC was not turned on, so it was quiet. The bathroom is bit too tight for a tall man like me, but I could live with that.

The place was well situated in a quiet street close to the Cuatro Caminos' metro station, that reaches easily others lines. The room was clean, well decorated and all equipment were provided. It was great to have access to the building and the room at anytime with a code. Luggage lockers are available inside the building at 1€ (that you get back once retrieving your luggage). I also appreciated the availability of a bathroom and toilet after checking out.

Nice shower, nice room to stay all in all. We liked that they have some lockers in the building to leave your things before check in and after check out. The location is good, in a few minutes with the metro in the center.

The check in code which is the four last digits of the phone number used in the booking was wrong, we had to call. It was solved fast but we are not the only one that had this problem, the people in the room next door had the same issue.

It was a nice, little, cozy studio, very clean and well located. Very close to the metro station Cuatro Caminos and many shops or restaurants.We found in the location all the appliances that we need for our journey, very well equipped + a bonus from the owners ( coffe, biscuits, others ). The area is safe and quiet.We were very surprised about the care for the visitors, thank you for that ! :) Thanks for all !

In our room was a metal column and a leather fotolium wich makes access difficult.

This is the second time I have stayed in this complex when travelling alone. It felt safe and was very clean and modern and well equipped with everything you might need for a stay (including nice shampoo and conditioner). Considering its price relative to similar accommodation its a real bargain

It is some way out from the tourist centre, but there is a metro within easy walking distance and Madrid's public transport is cheep and simple to use and gets you almost everywhere.

The location of the apartment is very good.Just 5 minute' walk from metro station Cuatro Caminos (lt.blue line no.1). in a quiet small street. The metro line No.1 connects you with the centre of the towns including most favourite museums as e.g. Prado. Quick connection with the airport (line 8 + line 6 which stops at Cuatro Caminos). The surrounding of the apartment are very quiet. There are 2 supermarkets (one is 24 hrs opened) and some fast foods, shops and bars abt.5 minutes walk from the apartment. The builiding is newly renovated, very clean and apartments are new and modern with all equipment you need.

The double bed was a bit narrow - only 150 cm wide.

I stayed 6 nights and I recommend the apartment! We had spices, oil, vinegar, towels, shampoo, shower gel, iron and hair dryer, everything you need. I also had plates and pans. after 3 nights someone came and cleaned us and changed our linen and towels. the apartment is a few minutes (maximum 5) from the subway and the bus. You also have many supermarkets and other shops nearby. The neighborhood is great. With the metro you can quickly reach almost everywhere.

In the photos, the room décor looks overpowering. We were afraid that the room would be cramped or uncomfortable. Fortunately, we were wrong. Our room looked very different than the one on the title photo (I suppose that each room has a different style). We had plenty of space, with fairly large bedroom, a separate bathroom and a small kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. This is a self check-in, so there were no staff, but they were available through messages or a call.

The photos don't do the apartments justice. In reality, they look better than on the photos. We used the rental motorbikes to get around, so getting to the city centre was quick and easy. However, for those relying on public transport, it may take a while.

Excellent location near well-connected Cuatro Caminos, shops are nearby. The apartment has everything you need - kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, microwave oven, fully eqipped kitchen, smart tv… Even amenities like coffee capsules and shower gel / shampoo. There is a locker for luggage. You do not meet staff but you can feel that the owners were thinking of everything to make you feel at home. Would not hesitate to book again 😊

The only thing was that the double bed was quite small. This is fine for some couples, but for us it was a little too small. For those who get cold at night - heads up that there is no duvet, just sheets. You can probably ask for it, though.
