I enjoyed cleanliness of the apartment, close proximity to the Metro stop, detailed instructions by the hosts on how to reach the place and get inside the property, as there was no key involved. The studio had a little kitchenet with stove and fridge. There were a few supermarkets nearby. Very convenient location if you have an early morning flight to catch, as it is just one stop away from Nuevos Ministerios metro stop and from there it is a direct link to the airport. All in all, a pleasant experience. Also on the same line with Sol and Gran Via stops, (Line 1), which provide easy access to numerous attractions in the city center. It takes about 20 minutes by metro to the main train station.

I found that at night I could hear the humming noise presumably emanating from the external AC unit. First night I had to wear ear plugs graciously provided by the hosts. Second night the AC was not turned on, so it was quiet. The bathroom is bit too tight for a tall man like me, but I could live with that.

The location of the apartment is very good.Just 5 minute' walk from metro station Cuatro Caminos (lt.blue line no.1). in a quiet small street. The metro line No.1 connects you with the centre of the towns including most favourite museums as e.g. Prado. Quick connection with the airport (line 8 + line 6 which stops at Cuatro Caminos). The surrounding of the apartment are very quiet. There are 2 supermarkets (one is 24 hrs opened) and some fast foods, shops and bars abt.5 minutes walk from the apartment. The builiding is newly renovated, very clean and apartments are new and modern with all equipment you need.

The double bed was a bit narrow - only 150 cm wide.

It was a nice, little, cozy studio, very clean and well located. Very close to the metro station Cuatro Caminos and many shops or restaurants.We found in the location all the appliances that we need for our journey, very well equipped + a bonus from the owners ( coffe, biscuits, others ). The area is safe and quiet.We were very surprised about the care for the visitors, thank you for that ! :) Thanks for all !

In our room was a metal column and a leather fotolium wich makes access difficult.

This is the second time I have stayed in this complex when travelling alone. It felt safe and was very clean and modern and well equipped with everything you might need for a stay (including nice shampoo and conditioner). Considering its price relative to similar accommodation its a real bargain

It is some way out from the tourist centre, but there is a metro within easy walking distance and Madrid's public transport is cheep and simple to use and gets you almost everywhere.

I stayed 6 nights and I recommend the apartment! We had spices, oil, vinegar, towels, shampoo, shower gel, iron and hair dryer, everything you need. I also had plates and pans. after 3 nights someone came and cleaned us and changed our linen and towels. the apartment is a few minutes (maximum 5) from the subway and the bus. You also have many supermarkets and other shops nearby. The neighborhood is great. With the metro you can quickly reach almost everywhere.

Excellent location near well-connected Cuatro Caminos, shops are nearby. The apartment has everything you need - kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, microwave oven, fully eqipped kitchen, smart tv… Even amenities like coffee capsules and shower gel / shampoo. There is a locker for luggage. You do not meet staff but you can feel that the owners were thinking of everything to make you feel at home. Would not hesitate to book again 😊

The only thing was that the double bed was quite small. This is fine for some couples, but for us it was a little too small. For those who get cold at night - heads up that there is no duvet, just sheets. You can probably ask for it, though.

In the photos, the room décor looks overpowering. We were afraid that the room would be cramped or uncomfortable. Fortunately, we were wrong. Our room looked very different than the one on the title photo (I suppose that each room has a different style). We had plenty of space, with fairly large bedroom, a separate bathroom and a small kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. This is a self check-in, so there were no staff, but they were available through messages or a call.

The photos don't do the apartments justice. In reality, they look better than on the photos. We used the rental motorbikes to get around, so getting to the city centre was quick and easy. However, for those relying on public transport, it may take a while.

The location was good, close to two metro stations that took us everywhere we wanted to go without having to change lines. Airport metro line stop inlcuded! Residential non touristy area with local bars. I recommend Santagloria Coffee & Bakery Ponzano for breakfast and Bar El Quinto Vino :) Supermarkets also close. Smooth self check in process, luggage storage lockers with toilet and even shower available. Any questions we had were answered quickly through booking messages. Deluxe apartment was huge with two bathrooms, super clean, some coffee and biscuits provided, even milk for coffee, basic ingredients for cooking (salt, sugar, oil). Great faclities with everything you might need, even an iroining board and iron. Comfortable bed, nice blanket and pillows.

The street was noisy at night (not cars, but loud people walking by from bars all night). That said I always bring earplugs and some were also provided and overall the apartment itself outweight this con. Check in at 4pm is bit late (even though you can store luggage in the mean time). No cleaning during our stay (stayed for 5 nigths so with a longer stay like that it would be nice, but again, a minor thing).

Better than the pictures!. This quite and peaceful place has all in one: location, comfort and price ! As a couple we enjoyed this cozy and well designed studio in the heart of Madrid. We had access to all the entertainment and turistic places which are 10 minutes away by metro. The Metro Station is only 2 blocks from the apartment. The host was very communicative and flexible. Bed and shower quality is very important for us, and these were outstanding ! Also, we were able to prepare coffee and breakfast in the mornings and have some snacks and wine at night, because of the very well equipped kitchenette you feel like home. As a plus, the supermarket is just a few steps away from the place! If I'd come back to Madrid this place would be our next place again. We fully recommend it!!

Maybe we missed the microwave for quick cooking. But not a big deal.

The apartment is located very close to the metro station in a very clean and nice building. It is also very clean inside and well furnished. The bed and the pillows are among the most comfortable I've ever seen! :) The place is quiet. There are several supermarkets nearby. The host is extremely polite, willing to help and make you feel comfortable. We would definitely recommend the apartment and use it again if we come back to Madrid!

The only detail which is not exactly a disadvantage but good to know is that the toilet and bathroom are in the room with glass doors - for a couple it's fine but could be uncomfortable for other guests.
