The place has a perfect location if you want to go to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium

I went on a weekend trip, and when I arrived at the hotel, my room was an oven. We arrived around 10 PM and called the reception. They sent someone to check the air conditioning, but the problem couldn't be resolved because the maintenance staff were not available. The first night was a nightmare. Fortunately, the next day they solved the problem. However, the hotel should leave the air system on if they expect guests and check the room, especially for late check-ins.

I prepaid then asked for a €300 deposit i and my wife had to sign multiple waver forms saying if we did not put the garbage out we got fined if the kitchen w as not clean we got fined. €30 and €50 . I did not trust them so i took pictures as proof. They also informed the next day the room towels etc were only changed after the fourth fourth night stay. Very poor and unprofessional

I needed to stay in that neighborhood, and I was not disappointed. Close to metro station, metro direct to centro. Next to all commodities. It was perfect for us.

I booked from booking.com, and they had all financial information needed , but 1 day before my arrival, I received an email with a 2-hour deadline to pay in their website, I was lucky to see the email on time, otherwise I would have serious problems specially that i was traveling with my kids.

Very new apartments, a large bed, good living room with a kitchen that had everything you need. Extremely large terrace outside which looked very nice.

It can be noisy. Even though they state people have to be quiet after 22:00 the couple with a child next to me made a lot of noise when they came back around 23:00-00:00 every night. The walls are not that tick it seems. I was glad I brought earplugs. I would suggest if it is possible to spread guests around the property to avoid people sleeping in apartments next to each other.

Clean, good location, good value for price, supermarket near to the apartment.

It would be great if they consider to have laundry area inside or outside of the apartment mostly when you have long stay.

Lovely big 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom family apartment. Kitchenette with oven and everything needed to cook a meal, 24/7 Carrefour across the road. Close to Metro stations. Rooftop pool area was lovely. Beds were very comfortable.

Not really a negative but missed having a smart TV for watching family movies.

Apartment's design, localisation, cleanliness, the friendliest and helpful staff (reception (Rachid, you're the best 💪🏻), cleaning lady and technicians that changed dishwasher in our room), quick access to Carrefour Orense, Santiago Bernabeu and metro line 10 (stations Cuzco or Santiago Bernabeu) - perfect for 2 persons and all Real Madrid fans coming for matches

Just one small thing - lack of cutting board in the kitchen

Good location, close to the stadium, shopping center and easy to reach city center. 24/7 reception, friendly staff, very clean

Sink is in the room, not in the bathroom so when someone goes to the bathroom in the night you can here them washing hands in the bedroom. No mirror in the bathroom (because of no sink) not too comfortable for a woman.

Kitchen facilities are great! Quiet area, easy to get to the center of the city by Metro. And spacious deck. Wow, it was very big!

There wasn’t any breakfast or food options at the facility but there was a large grocery store less than half a block away.

Great size of apartment, very comfortable and nicely laid out. Suprisingly quiet for the size of the building. Nice touch with little cleaning supplies box.

Poor quality pillows, we had to ask for extra ones from reception and only got three instead of four. It would be a nice touch to have few pods left for the coffee machine or instructions what pods to buy and how to use the machine.
