Small room but because of good service this will no longer cause you discomfort 😉 I was going to write 10 points, the only detail why I didn't write it down was that I needed a taxi at 3:10 AM, the receptionist wrote that down. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told that he wouldn't call me until exactly 03:10. It was a bit annoying that he realized I was angry and called me a taxi :))) Ana from Georgia 🇬🇪

Great location (walking distance to Bernabeu stadium and 2 metro stations). Direct train from Nuevos Ministerios to Très Cantos and direct metro to Airport (didn't have to use any Uber). Room is quite large, well equipped with a nespresso machine and AC (a must at the period i was there). Breakfast choice is relatively good, opened at 7am.... Pool on the rooftop is appreciated (close at 8pm). Room is quite well sound proof for neighbors.

Everything went well for my stay. Opening time for breakfast (7am) make it tight schedule for me...6.30 would have been more comfortable).

The hotel is in very nice location - in the new city center. Great for business trips. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms were very small, but still they have everything you need. Bonus thing - free cab from airport to the hotel. Nice bar where you can have a drink and relax, or play arcade games - for the oldschool guys. :-)

The room was quite small for the money. You enter inside and there is only bed, no place for anything else. The bathroom was not very comfortable either. The sink was soo small that when you wash your hands or face, the water goes everywhere.

Modern rooms (although it was quite tight but that was the one that I booked so I can't blame them for that!) Nice decor in the foyer and, bar and pool. About a ten minute walk to the nearest metro and about 25 mins away from the city centre. Pool was nice and towels are provided. The rooftop bar was also very nice.

There was a brown stain on the floor of the bath and some areas of the room were a little dusty and could benefit from a wipe down.

The bed is firm and really comfortable, pillows are lovely. The bathroom and the furnishings are sparkly clean and spotless. Air-conditioning is working well. The room overall is very comfortable. There’s iced diffused water at the lobby which is really handy when you arrive from walking in the hot weather outside. Pool is also chill and vibey with live DJ and the lobby is also well-designed. Very good place to stay in.

The staff is quite rude or rather unenthusiastic, like she doesn’t wanna be there answering your questions when we said that our key card got deactivated and we can’t get back in to our room.

It's a modern hotel with good location, Bernabeu Stadium was 10-15 mins by walk, beds are comfortable, breakfast was wonderful. I liked that you can decide every day if you want to have breakfast or not and no need to tell in advance. Coffee, tea and one bottle of water was complimentary in the room, daily cleaning included, no minibar but there was a fridge for personal use. Multiple restaurant, bakeries, pharmacy, shops were in the near.

It was dark in the room even with all the lights on, otherwise is was perfect.

We chose the hotel because it has a pool and the rooftop view is nice. You also get pool towels from the hotel. The room is okay for one night and the bed is comfy.

There are no parasols by the pool, so you have to lie in the sun all the time. If you want shade, you have to sit at the bar or pay extra for a covered lounger. The person working at the pool was not very friendly to us. The room size in the hotel is okay for one night but I wouldn't stay longer. It is very small and I have never had a hotel room with such a tiny bathroom. It was hard to move around. We chose the location because we had to catch a train from Chamartin station. Otherwise, the hotel is too far from the center of Madrid in my opinion.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was in an excellent location for the Santiago Bernebau stadium and the metro. There was a really good choice at breakfast however the cooked products were Luke warm and needed to be warmer. The complimentary water and hot drinks in the rooms and on the floors was a nice touch and a great bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

qualitative room (good quality bed, bathroom in the norms). Location was ideal for me as I had to be in the area of Bernabeu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have the pool at this period of the year. Great to have water and coffee available in the ground floor.

Swimming pool only opens at 10 in the morning so I couldn't have a morning swim before going to the professional event. Breakfast was just average as I expected more for a 20€ price for this level of hotels.

10 min walk away from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, close to metro stations to easily get into Madrid city centre (can also use the metro to get to the hotel from the airport too!). The reception area in the hotel looks great, there's arcade games to play and a fusbal table too! I really liked the fruit flavour water on offer, and our floor also had a coffee machine by the lifts if you need another pick me up. Staff were really nice and friendly, we got to the hotel a few hours before check in so we went to get something to eat to kill some time. We were still early when we got back to the hotel but we were able to check in a few hours earlier - which was great.

The bathroom didn't have a lock on the door, aside from that can't think of anything else!
