The apartment was amazing. It is newly renovated with all the necessary equipment you will need for a pleasant stay. It even has a Nespresso machine. You can enjoy your coffee in the morning or wine in the evening at the magnificent terrace overlooking this part of Madrid. The apartment is situated 10 minutes walk from Plaza de España and Palacio Real de Madrid. In less than 5 minutes walk there is a metro station.

The organization of the process of renting the place. First you have to pay the price, then you have to pay a security deposit. If you don’t pay it, you don’t get the keys. If you pay it and someone forgot to check it, you don’t get the keys. The check in is after 15:00, and the check out is at 11:00 latest, but the woman for the cleaning came at 10:00. The same woman has forgotten that the apartment was rented, so she hasn’t finished cleaning it, when we arrived, so we had to wait at the stairs for her to finish. The phone listed in Booking is answered selectively and you speak with different person every time.

4 persons stay: We had 2 bathrooms wich was super convenient. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean and cosy. The location is so great. You get to the metro in under 5 minutes. There are 2 grocery stores right across the street. Nice restaurants in walking distance. The staff was so nice to let us leave our luggage at their other place/hotel until our apartment was ready (we came earlier).

A second dishwashing tab would have been nice, but only because we stayed 5 nights. Other than that there was nothing to critique :)

The owner and management company overlooked no attention to detail. Everything about this vacation rental was carefully thought out. The entry into both the building and the apartment, all by smartphone. No hassle with keys or codes. The apartment is so large, beautifully decorated with nice touches we found in no other rentals we had been in on our many weeks vacation. Extra pillows, towels, lovely toiletries in the bathrooms. Towel bars and hooks everywhere to hang things. It was so homey and comfortable. In a great location and what a value! I am recommending them to all my friends and family who travel.

The apartment was perfect but there were drainage issues in the baths which we reported after our one night stay.

The apartment was in a perfect location and very well appointed. It was very clean and comfortable. Having the second bathroom was wonderful with my son staying with us. There are two shops across the street to get some groceries. The breakfast was at a location just down the block from the apartment. It had a lovely selection of self serve options (yogurt, cereal, meats and cheeses, breads, coffee and juices) and then you could order something hot from the gentleman managing the place.

The key code was hard to figure out at first but we got it eventually. It is unlocked from a smartphone so you do have to have a phone that you can use for access into the building and the unit.

Great location. Very comfortable beds and appartment was very clean.

The bedrooms are poorly noise isolated. We could hear the neighboor snoring.

Location, amenities, spacious rooms, complete kitchenette, all was new and spotless clean, entrance and lift, excellent staff service whenever was needed. Awesome location in Malasaña, supermarket just across the street. Staff was very professional and friendly in all requests we had. We also appreciated that we could left our luggage at the Hotel (a few blocks from the apartments), all very secure and practical.

It was difficult to understand from the instructions and from the outside of the building where the entrance was and how to get in. The digital lock, although very secure and finally very easy to use, was initially not so clear on how to use it. We had to request a physical key for my parents as it was hard for them to use the digital key. All in all, the staff was very prompt to response and very friendly to support us.

Everything was wonderful, the apartment is extremely comfortable and clean. We didn't have any complaints. The location is excellent because many attractions are only a 20-minute walk away and local transportation is also available. We picked up the keys at the AKEAH hotel reception and their staff is super friendly. Thank you Akeah team.

Relatively close to Gran Via 1.6 km from the apartment! We got a free breakfast as compensation for the terrace

Very small and short beds with very thin pillows.One room is very small, not enough space to open suitcase. Both rooms are without nightstands.I thought I had booked an apartment with terrace and was disappointed with french balcony. It is not pretty clear which apartment has terrace because only one has! Check in/out 800m away from the apartment is not convenient! The cleanliness of the apartment is superficial.

Location is nice, communication with hosts (hotel in the same street) is good, appartment is modern.

The appartment was clean, however the bathrooms had a very bad smell from the sink and also the floor was dirty. They mopped extra after we asked for it, but our baby still had black feet. Also, there is a sleepsofa in the livingroom which is extremely uncomfortable when used as just a sofa. Place is also a bit noisy from neighbours.

There are two separate bedrooms. All guests can sleep on comfortable beds, which is great for families with children. The localisation is good for exploring Madrid. It is only 20 minutes walking distance from the centre. The subway station is just about the apartment. The surroundings are full of restaurants. Breakfast is served in the hotel near the apartment, about a 5-minute walk. The menu is rich; everyone finds something for himself/herself. The service is top quality, and the waiters are very kind and nice.
