This place is perfect. It’s located very centrally in Madrid. The hotel is an easy walk from every attraction in the central part of Madrid. You are surrounded by shops and restaurants and the vibe of the neighborhood is awesome while at the same time not being loud or feel too crowded. The rooms were well appointed and the pictures ARE ACTUALLY good representations of the rooms. It has controllable AC and it helped keep the temperature comfortable. The bed was great and comfortable with good sheets. My only negative is that the pillows were too small and uncomfortable.

Location is amazing; very close to Sol (metro and bus connections + walking distance from pretty much everything). The staff was always really friendly and helpful. The room was great; amazing size- ideal for longer stays. The street the hotel is in is quite busy- my room did not get a lot of noise, but it was a side street; perhaps it gets a bit loud in the summer.

Double bed was two separate mattresses, one of them could use an update (although the bed overall was comfortable). Additional kitchen tools could would be nice (for example, a chopping board)- staff might have been able to provide it, I didn't ask as it was not a big requirement from me.

I loved this place. The staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is on a small street with very little car traffic, so it was relatively quiet. Location was within easy walking distance to Plaza de Santa Ana, Plaza Mayor, the Prado, and El Retiro Park. The breakfast, which was served in our rooms, was delicious. The rooms were spacious, with a sitting area and a kitchenette. The AC was excellent.

The beds for two bedrooms are too small— not quite Full size . There is no lobby. What was really unclear is they charge you double for two people in a room— they charge by person not by room. Also the breakfast included is not free— cheaper without it but wonderful to have a tray delivered in the morning. No coffeemaker in room. The staff were nice but not really knowledgeable like a concierge. I wanted to rent a car and driver and they didn’t know anyone

The location could not be better. There's a little Allie out front, and within 10 ft of the door. There's a specialty coffee place. Within a 3 minute walk, there's a Japanese restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and not very far. Very far a Argentinian restaurant that was very good. It just felt like everything was so close by, that if I was hungry within 2 minutes, I'm out of place that serves good food. Also, it's about a 5 minute walk to get to Puerto del Sol, and there's all kinds of stuff there. . The room was comfortable, but I had the top floor room so the ceilings are at an angle and that made it feel a little bit confining, but they're made out of this very pretty wood, so that apartment had a good feel to it anyway. It anyway. The front desk reception was really nice because I got there late and I didn't have to worry about getting the key. It took all of 5 minutes. Okay

I pretty much liked everything except for this slanted ceilings, but if you chose the lower floor that wouldn't be a problem.

The room is so wide!! There is a TV, small kitchen, fridge, sofa, and bed in the room. The bathroom is clean. We could watch YouTube on the TV. If you have a Disney Plus account, you watch it, too. And the building is close to Sol station. We went to Prado museum by walking in just 5 minutes. Also the staffs are very kind. The price is not expensive!! All of the hotels in Madrid are very expensive. But here is fine!! Everything is perfect!! We want to go back to the hotel again!!

EXCELLENT STUDIO. SPACIOUS. COMFY. KITCHEN. STOVE. i reccomend it. location is very good. they let you leave one s luggage at a storege-like spot.

bathroom (toilets) not available at reception desk (after i checked out and nicely were allowed to leave my luggage for 4 or 5 hours to my train due time leave, at some point i needed a toilet , went there , asked and woman receptionist whom i hadn t seen before the previous 2 days simply say "we aint got no toilets available here only in the rooms" .. long story short i had to rush, as i did not count on something like this to happen, so i crossed this narrow old cobblestone street and hit this eatery place they nicely let me access their "aseos" , i ll never forget.

Tons of space in room, with a living area and separate large bedroom. No tripping over suitcases. Adequate kitchen facilities. Couch and TV. Large, comfortable bed. Good shower. In-room safe. Comfortable neighborhood. Good location for enjoying centro Madrid. Walking distance to everything. A little street noise before bars close at night. On a small side street, do very little traffic moose. Helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Madrid.

The floors were not as clean as I would have expected. Not high-end, but definitely a great value for a traveler looking for function over luxury.

Our room was spacious and clean. Cleanliness was very important to us since we traveled with our 1yo daughter. The staff was very nice. The location is perfect. Wifi is surprisingly strong, 10/10 for it. Breakfast could be better if there was some eggs or protein. It's just basic bread and croissant with spreads, some yogurt and coffee/tea. Decent for its price, but I'd rather pay more for stronger breakfast or more choices. Kitchen has all the necessary amenities. Our small dog was welcome on premise too. Tip: being in the lively part of city center there is a little bit of noise in the evening, but we didn't mind it since we have white noise because of the baby and also the street building overlooks is very typical and scenic. If you mind noise and don't care about the view, ask for a room on the inside part of the building.

Bathroom had a smell in the morning, until you flush a few times and let some water run in sink and bath. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, they are with springs that are a bit pointy when you get in certain position. There was some miscommunication about not cleaning the room and about the time when we need to switch rooms (since we took late check out last minute), so just be very precise with what you want and need. Some things that are not of huge importance, but would be good to fix are: door knob needs some wiggling to open the room, at least for our room, and faucets in the bathroom sink are very short so when you're washing your hands you are touching the back of the sink.

location is superb = close to the Prado Museum and start of Hop On/Hop Off bus tours, plus close to shops and restaurants; our suite was very comfortable, well furnished, spacious, comfortable beds plus sitting area; our breakfasts were excellent and served in our suite at the times we requested - juice and hot drinks, fresh baked croissant and another pastry, fresh fruit, and yogurt -- a great start to each day.

the weather was awful - torrential rain but that was not the hotels fault at all.
