Great location, close to restaurant and clubs. Facilities are amazing, has most of the needs inside. Breakfast is amazing which has loads of options.

Be prepared for the fees to be charged for many things: Balibeds at the pool area, lounge chairs at the beach, balibeds at the beach, car park. And those fees changing daily according to busy times and the weather. While searching for the hotels, I filtered for private beach access. But its only a concrete platform next to public beach where no sandy beach belongs to hotel. They should have also marked it as additional fee on the booking page. At the arrival no body informs you about the facilities and these additional charges, about when the restaurants are open, between which times etc.

the location to the beach is perfect , all shops and restaurants close by however far enough away from the strip so you dont need to go near it unless it’s your intention.

depending on what block you stay in and room you can experience some noise at night that I think may have came from the piano bar however it was nothing that would have kept you awake.

very comfortable room and nice pool area serving with good food for lunch.

concierge options: not many boat rent options, definitely an area of improvement.

Great breakfast (al carte) and happy hour at The Level Suit. Very friendly staff who gave us good tips on places to visit and eat in Palma.

Left the sign to get our room serviced but wasn't serviced to point we had no toilet paper and had to physically go to reception to ask for toilet paper despite calling to reception to get them to bring a few rolls to the room.

We loved all the different areas to relax, the cleanliness, the staff always happy to help, breakfast choice was amazing, and Marta and her team, made our stay , with cocktails waiting in our room one evening ,took time to chat to us and check back if there was anything we needed. The position of the hotel is perfect, step outside and a short walk to everything, the hotel offers all you need to relax , lovely pools and some chilled activities, like salsa class, cocktail demo, aqua aerobics, in the afternoon and lunch at Cape Neo, should you want.

We booked a normal Junior suite, however on arrival we noticed the description on booking.com site was not correct , no dining area , no terrace , more a small balcony, this room was tired, and needed a refresh, so we moved to a Level Junior suite on 2nd day a small price difference, this had extra benefits, and the room was much more spacious and fitted the discription of suite described, so be careful when reading what facilities you expect on this site, there is also a no smoking policy around all outdoor areas, so smokers have to go outside to the beach area.

Hotel staff are generally very friendly. Breakfast was exceptional as is the beach fronting restaurant. great gym facilities and classes We needed to change rooms and the receptionist Claudia(?) was fantastic in assisting us. 5 Star service Housekeeping excellent

Glass bathroom walls .... not great (lack of privacy) Room was part of greater family room (locked door) so noise was an issue between rooms

The staff were so friendly and pleasant. Location is spot on! if you want to party you can walk a few hundred metres to that part of the town, if you want to relax the beach is right on the doorstep! The best of both worlds, restaurants/cafes line the beach which is ideal also. You are given a waterproof band instead of a key card, this can be used to buy drinks, access the gym etc, this was amazing and so much easier!

The pool opening hours were 11-7 in May. It felt very late to open the pool. The gym needs updating, there are a lot of old cardio machines that could be replaced with the spin bikes sitting on the terrace unused. a squat rack would be a great addition also, but the gym being opened 24/7 is a brilliant facility.

The location and super friendly staffs. Note: if you a looking for party Magaluf is the place but don’t go there is you are looking for relaxing family time. There are lots of drunk/wasted people and noise (the noise cancellation in the room is good though).

foods and drinks in the hotel are unfairly expensive. if you want to have a relaxing day at the swimming pool with some drinks be prepared to pay 3-4 times the normal price.

Nice room. Nice view from room window, you can enjoy sunrise from your bed.Good breakfast, the hotel is sharing same pool and luonge area with other hotel, so it can be crowded. You can use the Melia APP to monitor your or companion spending from the bracelet key. First day when i walked into the room i heard that the air conditioning fan was making loud noises, i have contacted reception and they sent technician guy immediately and it was fixed. Receptionists were polite, they gave all information that was asked. They offered a car rent companies, and places to visit.

Room and furniture looked nice and renovated, but the bed matrices was worn-out on one side , pure sound isolation, you can feel like you are in that beach club that is right beside through closed, the noise from corridors is more than loud it feels like somebody is lalking directly to your door . Dinner - the offer is changing by day and it's ok, but there is no drinks avalable, not even a still tap water, you have to buy separately i understand the beverages but WATER and that is nonsense, when you go to breakfast you can get 4 kind of juce, coffee, tea, water with taste, and even champagne but for dinner time if you ordered the room with breakfast and dinner you have to pay separately, no matter that you have paid for dinner separately. Sunbeds at the beach 80€ a day .

The view from the room was amaizing. I really appreciated the many various daily activities organized by the hotel. The staff was always very friendly and helpfull. Food for breakfast and dinner was very good.

Early October, the pool was coulder then the see. Some heating in the pool would of been better. Early January I still didn' t get my Melia points.
