The staff were all helpful and very friendly. The room was fine for a four night stay and kept very clean.. Beds were very good, shower was good and powerful, towels good and thick. The location was terrific with only a very short walk to the centre of the city and along by the port. Beautiful trees and plants all over the place. Decent restaurants very near. Plenty to see. Traffic was very well behaved - hardly any sound of horns being used anywhere! The traffic light were a revelation - most had a countdown to show how much time you had to cross the road or wait for the lights to change. If only we had them in London!

Nothing really. That's all there is to say. Wouldn't mind a return visit one day.

Before our arrival, we asked for a quiet room at third floor to avoid street noise but unfortunately at check-in we have been given a room at first floor at the back side of the hotel looking on a street with much car traffic which was very noisy day and night. The room was also small and narrow, dark (very few daylight) and had bad smell coming from the bathroom (unbearable morning pipes sewage smell). The day after, we requested a change of room and reception staff were very cooperative and attributed us a new room which was far better. Without this change of room our stay at Malaga would have been ruined !!

The room was really pretty, comfortable and clean. Loved that it had a bathtub, too. Staff was friendly. Location was great, too, very central. Overall had a great stay

Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. I had asked about vegan options before, but there was very little. I don't expect vegan cheese or anything like that obviously, but it would be great to have at least margarine, to prepare a toast with marmalade for example and different cornflakes. It was great that there was soy milk, but the first day I could not make use of it as there were no cornflakes available that would have met my dietary restrictions.

The hotel is perfectly located between the most popular landmarks of the city - the Cathedral and the Marina which are located at short walks. We reached the center of the city with the bus line A and the stop is also very close to the hotel /3-4 min walk/. We had a triple room on the 3rd floor with a pleasant street view. There was an open bistro just below our window but the noise was quite bareable. The room was very spacious with very high ceiling. There was one double bed+ double folding sofa. Rich mini bar collection. Spacious bathroom. On the guests' service there was an espresso machine with coffee doses in the room. The breakfast was good, especially enjoyed the fresh soft white cheese and the pork pate with fresh bread.

Breakfast excellent, very straightforward and efficient. Staff were ALL very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Housekeeping of a hight standard, plenty of towels, impeccable bed linen. Great location.

Minor detail when I was settled, but hadn't realised the hotel was in a no entry street. Unfortunately the taxi driver dropped me off on the main street so had to cross that then walk a bit on Calle Cordoba, not a problem, but better to have known ahead. When I needed a taxi for the airport, however, the receptionist at the hotel made sure I would in fact be picked up outside the hotel - excellent!

Rather comfortable room with a big bed. Furniture is conveniently placed. The location is right next to the old town and port. A beach is only 15-20 mins walk by foot. Airport bus stop is also only 3 mins away. Very convenient location for whatever the reason you have for the trip. The staff was also very helpful.

We had a room facing the street and it was rather noisy even at night if the window is open. No noise with the closed window though. Also the curtains are difficult to shut down. There was a container for a shower gel but it was empty during all the period of our stay.

This was a beautiful hotel. We loved the room - a very good size - a triple - with a very large double bed and a double sofa bed We were happy with the facilities in the bedroom & the bathroom. We had a lovely little balcony looking down onto the street & the window was effective in keeping noise out.. The breakfast was excellent. Great choice - both hot & cold options. Loved their fresh fruit selection every morning. The staff were friendly & helpful. They organised our airport taxi - a very reasonable €25 for three people & 4 suitcases. The hotel is very well located - less than 5 minutes walk would bring you to the beginning of the Port area with all it's restaurants, bars, shops, night time entertainment & sunset viewing. A short walk brings you to the main shopping streets. All public transport options are available nearby. The central bus & train stations can be reached very quickly using the public transport network. The main tourist sights of the city - the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, the Forum & the Castillo are all only a short walk away. I would recommend this hotel & would definitely stay here again if I return to Malaga in the future.

No major issues at all.

Loved the huge and comfy bed. Loved the light and airy style of the room. Nice coffee which was re-stocked when our room was serviced. Loved the location. Loved the staff - very friendly concierge. Really loved the high-power shower. Our small balcony was also a bonus.

Toiletries could have been slightly improved - the body wash and shampoo smelled amazing, but it would have been great to have been supplied with hair conditioner and perhaps body/hand moisturiser. Toothpaste would have also been helpful for us (but I appreciate this is not always essential. We had booked a spontaneous extra couple of nights on holiday, with late check-in, so toothpaste would have been v handy.

Location was excellent. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was very good. Housekeeping staff were very polite and friendly. Air conditioning kept the room cool. Great bar opposite and tapas bar 50 meters away.

As a double the twin beds didn’t work well. I only had one sheet on my half of the bed on the first night. Couldn’t work out how to turn down the air con so a bit cold. Maids made bedding more comfortable on second and third nights.
