Very good value for money, these days 75 euros for a night with half board for a family of 3 is extreme generosity almost anywhere in Europe. Generally there’s nothing to complain about if you know what to expect. It’s a classic 80-90s holiday destination place with all the usual features for better or worse. I probably was there ~30 years ago as a kid, don’t think it’s changed much.

There are a few details that wouldn’t cost management too much but would improved the perception a lot. 1 cheap smallish towel per person is okayish, but could be fixed easily. 1 electricity socket in a room plus one more you can use if you don’t need TV is good for a digital detox, but irritate in 2020s. Food quality is decent, but variety/taste could be better. Although it’s really not bad, especially for the price you pay.

Staff were very nice. Dinner was very good and diverse we loved it. It is a lot of food in the buffet <3 Hotel was great and food for the price!!! Also in general the hotel is very big and also central it is situated in front of the train station.

Be aware that you need to pay parking 10 € per night if you have rental car. since it was April is not to cold and is not too hot so the air conditioning wasn't working, so the air was a bit bad in the bedroom, cause when I opened the window from the balcony neighbors were smoking so it was bit uncomfortable and dry air during night. But in general all is good.

good staff, kind and helpful. we requested a family room and got a large and spacious room, was also baby proof! Room was very clean and comfortable. verity of food choice for breakfast and dinner.

I would have to say the food at the restaurant, though I might be alone in this as not all the family agreed. Naturally it's understandable that an all inclusive hotel needs to have quantity over quality, it would be nicer if the food will not be based on canned sauces and simple taste enhancers.

We love the hotel in general the staff was really helpful it was also clean and tidy with the use of the indoor and outdoor pool the food from the restaurant was ok and we found the location of the hotel was good for us as its near to the beach

Unfortunately there are some bad points which was a real pain, we had all inclusive which generally means you can help yourself to drinks and snacks and food on this occasion you can only get one drink at a time per person per visit to the bar so i couldn't get my friends drink or kids drinks unless they came to the bar i understand limits but at least let you get your family or party drinks at one go, and the snacks was boring and cold most of the time it was cheap burgers and sausage chips every day we don't want that all the time no light snacks unless you wanted salad

Staff behaved very well, lot of meals to choose from. Cleaners kept clean everything. Sea was georgeous. Rooms were appropriate for the price. Train station is near. Trains are almost always on-time. You can go to Barcelona from this station or on the otherside to Blanes beautiful city gate to Costa Brava.

Nothing about hotel or stuff. There are beaches with and without sunbeds. The ones with sunbeds cost 7€. Not worth it.

Location is super. Pool is very nice. Animation team is really very very nice! Very helpfull and friendly ladies on reception! Especially Russian/Ukrainian speaking colleague - thank you! Kinder playing room and billiard in the hall - excellent idea. A lot of sunchairs around the pool is also very handy.

Food/kitchen was really not good. Quality of food was not good, however ingredients are good. But cooking is bad. Quality of coffee and juice was bad. Why not to have a good coffee-? Juice was not juice - disaster. Better free water. Pillows could be better.

This was our fourth stay at the hotel and the second this summer. If coming from Barcelona airport, Santa Susanna is a pleasant 2-hour train ride away. Once outside Barcelona the train hugs the coast with views over the sea pretty much all the way so sit by a window, on the right-hand side facing the direction of travel. At EUR 5.50 single, it's a bargain. The hotel is situated directly opposite the railway station and a few minutes' walk from the beach. Lidl is a 10-minutes walk away and Carrefour and the old town are each about a 13-minute walk away. The hotel is well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. The staff are helpful and professional. There is a nice pool with plenty of loungers. The buffet breakfast is good and plentiful. The half-board supplement is excellent value for money.

The location is great, about a 15 min walk to the beach, a bar on site, a great strip out back to walk the town, with train access and tons of shopping and food. Parking on site for a fee.

There was no air conditioner, so it was pretty hot. We needed to leave the balcony door open to get a breeze, but with so many kids outside, it was too loud to even sleep. Even at 3 am. You had to reserve a time to use hot tubs and inside pool, and then you have to purchase a swimming cap 3€ to wear to even get in. It's too hot and stinks in there. So we opted out of not going at all which is the reason we even booked this room.

The staff is very friendly, animators and bartenders are doing their job good! The food was great! A lot of options, and every meal course was different Super clean rooms, bathrooms,public toilets, and the cleaning ladies were working hard! The towels have been changed daily. Location is a plus! We have several walks in Santa Susanna and Malgrat and this hotel was in the top 2 in terms of location and building-attractiveness

We didn't have any shampoos, bath gels, body lotions in our room Staff can put more music options and pay for Spotify premium because we had ads every X amount of time We were making an upgrade for All Inclusive system and you have to pay a deposit of 10 euros for each of the bracelets which the hotel suppose to give back when you are checking out. As well as, we have paid additionally for the late check-out ( at 3pm). But no one have informed us that in order to get back your deposit per bracelet, we have to give them back at 11am of the day of check-out.

Very nice hotel,very clean,ideal location for the beach and evening walks

After staying in a few other hotels on our trip,the only thing if we were to say anything was the fact of the restaurant being extremely noisy with some guests,it was hard to have a conversation with ourselves, but I must say the food was good , it wasn’t really the fault of the hotel
