Central location with good restaurants near by and the beach is a five minute walk away. The room was clean with a nice balcony. Pool area is great. Close to the shuttle bus for the water park and the airport. There’s a big supermarket that’s a ten minute walk away. Very chilled atmosphere.

There was a lot of heavy rain one evening and there was a really bad smell from the drains in the bathroom.

Management staff were incredibly helpful when our car was broken into in Barcelona. They assisted with security parking until we could get the windows repaired. The cleaning staff were also very good. We ate most of meals at the restaurant just at the top of the stairs outside of the hotel. The restaurant inside the hotel looked very busy and with Covid still an issue we decided not to mix with too many people. Food at the outside restaurant was good. Coffee in the mornings was excellent. We could have our dog with us, which was excellent. We spent a week here and overall it was very good.

There was quite a few children around, school holidays. We thought there would be no children, or at least not as many as there were.

Dinner was good and the bed was comfortable

We like to eat far from other people eg kids crying and some mens table manners but this is not possible The guests have to be jammed into a small space We moved to the corner and was shouted at

We got a room in the new hotel. It is a bit industrial like, but very spacious. The shower is very nice. The breakfast is extremely varied. And the people that serve it are very nice also.

There was a rumbling sound in the building. Not all the time but on both days we were there it started also at around 5 a.m. Also the airconditioning didn’t function. We put it on 18°C and when we returned after some time it was 29°C. No matter what we tried, there was only hot air coming out of the vents. We told the reception desk but it wasn’t fixed. We just opened the door to the terrace and fortunately could cool down the room enough to sleep. The lid of the toilet seat came off. Bad workmanship.

Cool roof-pool, pretty comfortable rooms in a new building, located in the district with good hotels. The staff is really friendly.

Staff very friendly and very helpfull. Rooms older but clean and comfortabel. I would stay again if I needed to be in the area.

Doors not sound proof so quite noisy late at night and early in the morning.

The reception staff, they can improve their attention to the clients explaining all the facilities of the hotel, the things to do in the area.

We were in the new part of the hotel and it's fabulous! The room was very comfortable and sleek, , the roof top pool is superb with amazing views, good breakfast and service .
