pool area was lovely. handy supermarket minutes walk away. Great shuttle service daily to nearby Cal Mesquida which was a highlight of our stay and much appreciated! All the staff without exception were fantastic.

There wasn't a bus stop nearby to catch a bus into Mahon. We didn't have a car and loved the beach shuttle. However this was not advertised and we only found out when we asked about getting to the nearest beach at reception. It would be great and very helpful if this was included in the room welcome information. Hotel gave us towels and umbrellas to take to the beach which was a great service but again, unadvertised. This service would be a great selling point for the hotel for people like us who didn't have a car hire if it was publicised.

Amazing hotel that totally exceeded my expectations. its perfect for a relaxing getaway. rooms and facilities are very clean, staff is extremely helpful and reactive, there are 2 pools that allows for all guests to have their own privacy and space, its not crowded nor busy. there are some special offers like transfers to beach, picnic box, happy hour and tasting menu, which give additional touch to your stay. overall, the service, staff and location are really amazing. my highest recommendations.

Good view, very clean and excellent food and opening time of restaurant. Mariella and Mauri the perfect hosts, always ready for tips on locations or beaches.

The location is not ideal as far away from everything and really need a car to move around. Unless you just prefer to chill out by the two pools and bar and restaurant on site.

Second time in Calallonga Hotel (that tells you a lot about how much I enjoyed the place...from someone who travels frequently). Really enjoyed the facilities , with great size rooms as well as the convenience of the kitchenette with lots of utensils. Great maintenance , fabulous breakfast, and excellent service by the super-friendly staff. From the personnel at reception , to the staff at the restaurant and also the cleanning personnel. All top notch.

Nothing. All was good during my stay.

Our room had a wonderful view of the city of Mao over the river. A 10 minute drive and your in the city. The pools were clean and the restaurant does a great breakfast buffet. Lastly they had the best kittens!

As the location is so remote, with literally nothing outside, they need to invest in vending machines. They need a drinks machine, snack machine and an ice machine.

They had the most wonderful staff of our entire trip to Spain. They were warm, helpful and anticipatory in our needs to make sure we were comfortable! It was amazing!

We had a crawling baby/ every time we picked her up her hands and knees were covered in dust and grime. Also it's really far from the center of town with little to no hotel transportation to and from to help guests.

Facilities were excellent . Personnel was very kind and attentive. Small issues were solved swiftly. We felt really welcomed and taken care of

The location is a bit difficult to find. Also the main lobby is not obvious to find. There are no signs and the entrance at the top of the hill is confusing, due to layout of the building. They should include more signs to find places like reception, restaurant etc

Breakfast was very good Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bedlinen and towels were lovely.

The sofa in the apartment was very uncomfortable, too low. The kitchen extractor sounded like a factory and disturbed the peaceful location.

Very relaxing, staff excellent, breakfast plenty of choice, happy hour 6-7pm, clean, spacious, ideal for couples, or 2 friends. Transfers to Mahon town and beach. Pictures on web, exactly as described.

The only property within walking distance, would of been lovely to have an alternative restaurant nearby (walking distance). But other than that fab set up.

Lovely accomodation placed nicely on the hill overlooking Mahón port area. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with a great breakfast by the pool and local recommendations. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and relaxing to be in. Overall a pleasant stay!!
