Fantastic small hotel in the old town. Extremely welcoming staff is going the extra mile to make you feel special and very well looked after. The room was spectacular, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was top class with gluten-free bread and every morning another special, delicious, gluten-free special treet. AMAZING!! Located in the old town of Mahon, it is perfectly located to explore the city and the harbour. If we go back to Menorca, this will definitely again be our hotel.

The hotel is right at the heart of town in an iconic location offering bed and breakfast type accommodation. All roads seem to lead to it. It's a teeny adult only hotel with a simple understated elegant style, clean, uncluttered without the trappings of opulence. The room we had was not large (a double) but plenty of space with a small balcony area and en-suite shower and toilet - no separating door but private enough. The top floor boasted a comfortable seating area, a terrace and large jacuzzi. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast (included) is fresh and delicious. Food combinations we have implemented at home.

It was all so good but our shower area was a little tired. It was otherwise spotless.

Great location alongside the historic archway so easy to find your way home as a point of reference. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. Sorted out taxis and advice for local restaurants. Rooms cleaned daily, plenty of assorted toiletries if needed and additional hygeine items. Buffet style cold breakfast with plenty to chose from cheeses meats fruits etc and additional daily baked local 'treat' Hotel room, reception common areas were totally spotlessly clean and well maintained. Roof top pool and terrace with honesty bar to relax on in the afternoon after sight seeing. All good.

The only thing I didn't really like was the frosted glass on the door of the toilet. Although private you can still see through it. Would still prefer a real door ( no matter how much I love my hubby)

The room was very spacious and the double shower was a very nice surprise. Breakfast was great and the location as well.

Finding the hotel. When you are driving, chances are you are going to pass the hotel. They need a better sign like the other ones at the same street. You keep searching for one, but its very difficult to see when you're driving.

Fabulous hotel in a great location, you have restaurants and bars on your doorstep yet the hotel is quiet. It is a small hotel which we loved and the staff make you feel so welcome and looked after throughout your stay. The room was bright, big and airy with the most lovely bathroom including double showers and a jacuzzi. The bed was super comfy with fluffy pillows, slept so well! The pool area is lovely and the honesty bar is a nice touch. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options, everything was so fresh and again the staff were lovely, it was a great start to every day. Really enjoyed our stay and are already thinking about coming back :)

Breakfast was amazing and different every day with local fresh specialties. Extremely friendly staff; personal atmosphere. We'll come back!

Everything was perfect - perhaps just one suggestion: The rooms have very nice floor tiles, however, this are, of course cold (and the rooms quite spacious). A carpet might help to make it even more comfortable.

Even before arrival we were contacted to ensure we were well received, the setting is lovely amongst quaint streets by an old city gate and small square. The hotel features historic stonework but is a modern and beautiful space with an amazing, small rooftop pool and terrace. Our room was fabulous with a large jacuzzi bath, twin rain showers and basins, a comfortable sofa and a bed that gave us the best night's sleep of our holiday. Breakfast was simple but delicious with fresh breads, meats, cheeses and fruits. We were well looked after and would certainly return. Thank you.

Isabella was extremely helpful. The Continental breakfast was very personalized !

At 3:00 am. there was alot of noise of people walking upstairs, moving things around at the pool area on the 4th floor. Then at 3:45 am. our shower started dripping and we couldn't stop the dripping sound. We had to get up at 6:00 am to get to the airport so it was a very sleepless morning.

What a lovely little hotel. Great location and so easy to walk everywhere. My room was clean and bright, the bathroom had plenty of amenities, the wifi was very good and the breakfast was very nice. Isabella and Sarah were happy to help with everything. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
