The staff were excellent and very helpful. It was also an easy place to find. It has easy parking which was free and I only paid 10 euro for my dog.

The room next to mine seemed to be inhabited by a coachload. The walls are very thin, and you can hear every word and movement. In fact, for the best part of the evening, it sounded as if a complete refit was going on next to me. I played rock fm just to get some peace. When you are transiting through and have had a long journey and more to come the next day, think twice about stopping here.

We liked Campanile Hotel, the staff were all very very nice. We told them we were in the area because our toy poodle was having an operation in Murcia university veterinary hospital. They were all caring, interested and wished us luck on departures

It would have been nice to have been able to enjoy a glass of wine after a journey, but the bar only served coffee or beer, which we don't like. As it was a Sunday afternoon we struggled to find a restaurant in the area, and even though we drove into Murcia city, we found nowhere open. Ended up having a disgusting McDonald's

From a warm welcome all the staff were polite & helpfull, our room was spacious & comfy, tea & coffee in the room, nice bathroom, we had one problem with a light switch but was fixed very quickly same morning, good value evening meal 12-90e 3 courses incl a drink, you are literally 5/10 min drive from Trader shopping & Ikea, would stay again if in that area again.

Check in easy. Parking available and not expensive for the hotel garage. Staff nice. Bar area good but no food on a Friday? Vending machine available. Well stocked. Rooms clean. Air conditioning works well

Sandwiches in vending machine. They were disgusting. Couldn’t get a glass of wine when we came in around midnight although the lady told us earlier it would be ok but we had to take it to our room. No problem had it been available.

All was as can be expected in a Campanile hotel. No surprises. Friendly staff, good location close to a tram stop so the city centre is easy to reach, nice Campanile breakfast, room big and bed comfy. And the coffee and tea tray is back!

Rooms facing the road could have some traffic noise problems. Also the thin walls between the rooms could cause some noise problems. Rooms have some wear and tear in some places, all is very clean though.

very comfortable bed, well spaced room, friendly helpful staff. Easy to drive to off motorway and very close to tram line to take us into Murcia. We were a bit early for check in but staff made us feel welcome.

The first room smelt of cigarette smoke, staff were very helpful and changed us right away to another room which smelt strongly of cleaning spray so had to open the window for an hour to air it out after which it was lovely and comfortable.

The location was easy to drive to, not far from the motorway, and very close to the tram that went directly into Murcia. The bedroom was nice and warm in winter with the option of turning the heating up or down. The heating was quiet. The staff , both men, were lovely, helpful, funny and spoke good English.

The walls were thin so could here the man in the next room talking on his phone. There was a good selection at breakfast, some of it was really nice but other things could have been better.

Was easy to get to from the motorway, not in the centre of town, but that suited us, and we knew this in advance, didn't want to get caught up in narrow streets etc. The tram stop was nearby, so easy for city centre. Car parking very good, free street and outside parking, or secure gated underground parking only 3€, excellent. Room was as expected, clean, Aircon, hot water, clean towles etc, worth the money and totally expected for the price paid.

Coffee and kettle in the room (good), only gave you a disposal cup each, and 2 milks, would have liked a proper cup and a few more milks and coffee (although, my fault as I could have just asked, the staff were lovely and helpful)

It matched the information on internet. Also, I would like to congratulate you for one of your great staff, her name is Isabella known by Isa. She was very helpful and cheerful.

Basic but comfortable in a good location for public transport

Had 3 meals and wouldn’t recommend any of them. Completely raw hamburger on the one evening and then a raw pork chop the following evening.
