Location and front of house staff very friendly and helpful. I thought we had booked a room with a SPA pool on the deck because thats what the picture indicated. In fact we ended up with a large room that was well appointed. The roof terrace is reasonably spacious given the proximity.

The hot food on the buffet was not good. Scrambled eggs made from powder, bacon and sausages not good. The cooked eggs direct from the kitchen is the way to go. Unfortunately one of our party was pick pocketed in the shops - not in the hotel. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating - thank you.

The location was great , super central , only 3 min walk from main shopping street and lots of shops on the street the hotel is located. Delicious breakfast both mornings Very friendly reception staff Lovely view from rooftop bar and had a nice dip in the pool with a sangria ! They gave us a complimentary bottle of cava on arrival as it was our wedding anniversary ! Super nice touch Would highly recommend

We stayed on the 7th floor and the restaurant was just above us so it was noisy when chairs moving , it was particularly noticeable early in the morning when we were trying to sleep . I wouldn’t recommend staying on 7th floor because of this noise .

Our stay at the Nakar Hotel in Mallorca was nothing short of spectacular! As three friends exploring the city, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel’s central location made it easy for us to explore all that Palma has to offer, from shopping and dining to cultural sites. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop pool. The panoramic views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea were breathtaking, especially at sunset. We spent many evenings lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails, and soaking in the stunning scenery. The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff at Nakar Hotel were also exceptional, always friendly and willing to help with any of our requests. Breakfast was another delightful experience, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start our day. We also appreciated the hotel’s stylish design and attention to detail, which added to the overall charm and ambiance. We highly recommend the Nakar Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and unbeatable views in Mallorca. Our trip was truly unforgettable, thanks to this fantastic hotel!

It was perfect. First we had a problem with the jacuzzi. After some calls they weren’t be able to solved the issue. they therefore let us choose an alternative by choosing a slightly "nicer" and bigger room for compensation. this is certainly well appreciated. in short, a service that really came from the heart. so I recommend everyone to choose this hotel if they want to stay nearby.

Again this depends on what tastes one has. I was satisfied with the breakfast, while my husband thought the choice was rather limited but okay.

Room was lovely - large with a huge bath, settee, big t.v. and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good, large choice of options with eggs available on order. The roof top bar and pool area had a spectacular view of the bay and the cathedral. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops, main tourist areas, the cathedral and harbour areas.

I didn't like the open nature of the bathroom, the bath was open to the room as were the wash basins. However I was travelling with my daughter and perhaps the room is more suited to couples. It would also have been nice to have a couple of chairs on the balcony

The staff were exceptional! From the start they were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. During our stay, every time we passed any staff member, they would greet us with a smile. Apart from that, the hotel is just gorgeous. Both my partner and I were so impressed at how lovely and modern everything was, so perfectly and thoughtfully designed. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom, comfy bed and lovely accessories. The rooftop pool was so clean and lovely temperature with a wonderful view over the rooftops and to the cathedral. The use of space and the decor around the pool created such a chilled vibe and super relaxing experience. The hotel is in the perfect location. It is so close to the trendy streets of old town and all the lovely restaurants and bars just a short stroll away. We just loved every minute of our stay at the Nakar Hotel and will definitely be back!

Very clean and stylish room. The breakfast was really good! Very friendly and helpful staff! I would recommend this place to anyone that is thinking of staying in Palma! Parking wasn't too difficult, just an underground spot up the street.

I would say just a heads up that you can't park outside the hotel unless you are a lucky enough to find a parking spot out front. Also we drove by the place twice because the signage is very subtle so maybe they should make a louder sign.

Rooms were great, really clean and spacious. Super comfy beds and soft sheets and lovely molton brown toiletries. Location was perfect and proximity to the airport made transport so easy, especially as our flights were delayed until the middle of the night. 24 hour concierge was helpful too, and reception staff went out of their way to support.

The breakfast was good, but felt the food could have been a slightly higher quality. Otherwise everything was perfect and I’d definitely recommend!

Ideal location to see the best of Palma on foot. All of the hotel staff were charming, friendly and professional. We had room 54 with balcony overlooking front of hotel. Had everything you need in a bedroom, very happy with it. Breakfast was excellent. Ordered taxis with reception as attending family wedding and to airport and they were there within 10 minutes. Would without doubt recommend this hotel and definitely will return!

Great location, near many of the places of interest: fine dining restaurants, wine bar, cathedral, Placa Major, Placa Espania, shopping centres etc. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is very tasty and qualitative, and coffee is very good. The sky bar is ok, amazing view. The rooms are large and clean. The cleaning service is daily and good. The rooms are simple and stylish and the bed is comfortable.

The spa is ok for the saunas, both wet and dry. The pool is tiny, not. fit for swimming if you are. into this.
