The hotel was a magnificent old palace which is still spectacular today. As you walk in you see the stunning entrance hall. And the rest of the hotel is just as fabulous. The one thing that sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. Nothing is to much trouble for anyone. But I would like to give a special thank you to Abdellah the bell boy who we got to now very well and was very knowledgeable, kind and a great help to us both.He is a true credit to the hotel.

Room was split level which we didn't appreciate when booking...bathroom was downstairs There was no bar.. although you could order a drink via the attached restaurant.

An incredibly comfortable and welcoming hotel nestled in amongst the quiet streets of Palma. A great location, and great facilities.

The Hotel is quite stunning. We stayed for one night after our Honeymoon in Puerto Pollensa and it far exceeded our expectations. The staff are superb and should be commended for their warmth, skill and professionalism. Jope and Carlos were great on arrival and made us feel very welcome. We ate at the Beatnick restaurant which is attached to the hotel and it was beautiful, staff were amazing.

Considering that I use a wheelchair the facilities are very good but the lift is quite tight and I use a relatively small chair. I understand completely that it is a very old building so in that regard it does everything to a high standard.

Palacio Can Marques is a lovely hotel in a great location in the middle of Palma old town a short walk from the cathedral. The staff are excellent and the food in the restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is great and the Sunday brunch is not to be missed.

The building is stunningly lovely, a true Palace and yet somehow human scale, welcoming. The garden/breakfast/outside courtyard is amazing. The location, very near to premium shopping, great restaurants, the Cathedral and the marina is unbeatable. The rooms are huge, peaceful and beautifully appointed, the public areas make you want to use them rather than just look... Staff staff staff staff staff!!! It's a tricky job to be welcoming and deliver a really high service level without going too far, PCM staff managed the balance so well, and in such a natural and genuine way you made our stay really special, you are truly world class thank you 😀.

Our fault, we could have stayed more than 3 nights...

Room was lovely, they have kept the natural character of the building but included lots of modern amenities like aircon, fans, great beds.

Our room was up several flights of stairs, which got tiring very quickly. Our room also faced the local square full of restaurants, so it was incredibly noisy until all hours of the night. Even with the windows and blinds shut, it kept us up all night.

Loved the location, the staff were super friendly, the decor and restored palace is quite spectacular.

Despite a nice roof bar..... You need to find someone to make cocktails. It was a little bit of a let down. The Turkish baths were out of order which was a shame for A5 star hotel.

The service was welcoming, friendly and perfectly understated. The building is beautiful. Such a great location too.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, very private rooms, majestic stairway in entrance, interesting history about the building.

Breakfast could have more choice. Only a small deal.
