Good breakfast. The room we stayed in was spacious with a basic tea making facility. Staff are friendly. Pleased to see English-speaking TV channels added since our last stay.

Very disappointed that the restaurant was closed as we arrived on Sunday. As I remember, it was excellent last time we stayed. The bar was also good then, but it was closed this time as it apparently shuts at 14.00 on Sundays. Next time we will make sure not to arrive on Sunday.

We have stayed here many times as a stopover on our way further south. Staff are exceptional, including in the attached Morea Restaurant. Everyone from the cleaners through to reception and waiting staff are willing and friendly, while also professional and attentive. Secure onsite underground parking is a real advantage, especially with a car filled with suitcases and possessions. Beds are large and very comfy.

The location is perfect for events in Navarra arena. There is a bus going to the centre every 30 minutes, make sure to get a bus card if you stay a few days and plan to use public transport.

Great location en-route to south of Spain. Great value. Restaurant wine was very good value. Lovely view from rooms at the front. Great parking.

Room did not have extra pillows - but these were available from reception. Hot breakfast was not as nice as other hotels. Restaurant menu did not have any vegetarian options.

We stayed here before so were happy to stay again. Best beds we have ever slept in hotel. So comfy.

Restaurant was closed..even though I checked when booking! Really disappointed as restaurant was great last time. Ate in bar which was pleasant but not exactly what we had planned.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows were nice. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom was well fitted. Tea-making set was a nice touch. WiFi was good. Easy access to and from the motorway, with a secure underground car park.

Nothing really. The restaurant doesn't open until 8.30 pm, but the bar (inside and outside) is very pleasant to sit and have a drink until then.

We could use the restaurant it wasn't expansive and it saved a journey to search for eaters Breakfast was Good there was a cafe if a continental breakfast was required

Very clean, super location. Very good breakfast. Very close to Navarra Arena to see concerts. We were walking to reach the arena.

In the bathroom we did not have a toilet brush. This is strange.

Great location for food and shops, and a lovely modern, comfortable hotel.

The rooms could do with better soundproofing, but that's often an issue, especially with hard floors. Earplugs saw me get a great night's sleep though.

I had an upgrade to the suite junior and this was very nice from the hotel reception. the suite is very comfortable and has a big space, as well as a lobby area. The breakfast was standard for a 4 star hotel. The hotel does not charged me anything for motorbike parking.

The hotel is 10 min from the city center driving a motorbike.
