Excellent location, just a couple minutes walking from Plaza del Castillo and the historic center (casco antiguo). The short and long distance bus station is also a short walk away. There is an elevator which is very helpful, and the building doors are automated. The property is in an old but pretty renewed building and everything works very well. There is a pantry with a microwave and small fridge. The room is big and cozy, the bed is quite comfortable and the shower is great. Nights are silent, we slept very well.

Although the common areas were extremely clean, our room was not cleaned or made up during our stay.

This was an exceptional hostel. Very welcoming staff; I was upgraded to a 3 person all female room with single beds (I was expecting bunk bed) with linen and towels provided, and a shared shower room just next door completely with hair dryer. Also a really welcoming communal space with fully equipped kitchen, leading onto a large roof terrace (unfortunately not the weather to use it). Plus free tea and coffee. Brilliant value for money and 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Pamplona being a compact city I was also only 20 minutes walk from the ancient part of the city and Cathedral.

Breakfast was included but a bit basic - but tbh I'm nitpicking.

Very nice room, private room / private bath. Modern with pleasant decor, very sunny with 5 large windows with blinds, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is updated and quite nice, plenty of hot water and has a rain shower. There is a pleasant kitchen area with seating on the same floor. The staff is helpful and provided info / directions to walk to the bus station, which is about 5 blocks away. The location is close to the Plaza del Toros and is about a 10-15 minutes walk. It is a few blocks from a small supermarket and many ATM's. I definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

There was a fixed soap dispenser at the sink but no soap or conditioner in the shower. Fortunately, I had some travel sizes with me.

I loved absolutely everything about this wonderful hostel. 5 minute walk from bus station and 5 minutes from the old town area too. I booked a bottom bunk in a female dorm and was delighted to find i was in a big spacious room with 3 single beds and bathroom next door. Bed was big and already made up with lovely crisp clean sheets. Towels and lockers with lock were also supplied. A key fob gave you access from outside and a key let you into your floor and your bedroom. I was also given a key to use just in case the fob did not work but I didn’t need to use it. Shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water. The common area was big and spacious with plenty of charging sockets and tea and coffee was available all day. It was nice to see that they had different bins for compost and plastic. There was a nice outside siting area that was open from 10am to 10pm. Breakfast was also included from 6am to 10am and included cereal, juice and bread, butter and jam. Staff were warm and friendly and because of this the atmosphere in the hostel was friendly. Got to meet and chat to lots of different nationalities starting out on their Camino. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Pamplona is beautiful and I just wish I had planned to stay longer.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this hostel.

Good location. Comfortable, spacious room. TV. Air conditioning. Private bathroom. Shared room for coffee and breakfast. Had kettle etc with coffee, tea and sugar provided.

Parking outside the hotel is very limited which made taking the bags out of the car difficult. Lift is very, very small. While the host had negotiated discount parking rates at Saba, Plaza del Castillo it is still expensive at 20 euro per night. Oddly we had to take the car out by 9am on the morning of departure. The host needs to tell people that parking is at Plaza del Castillo rather than Saba. Our GPS could not find Saba.

Great outdoor seating area, locked drawer, lovely shower, breakfast and all day coffee.. spacious clean and en point. Centrally located and that's also a big bonus

Above a Domino's Pizza which maybe why it was quite noisy at night, and then there was a noisy guest in the next room making some awful noises. I felt for the people in his room, I then heard him fall out of bed... I went out to the loo and he was there with the duvet over him doing something in one of the sinks leaving tissues and blood in there...and he then tried to enter room 5 because he had locked himself put of room 4... quite a drama

It was a nice surprise to be given a room with 2 others to share in non bunk beds. A nice luxury while walking the Camino. This is the second time I have stayed here with a 7 year gap. And I would recommend and return again. What I really liked was the lounge and outside area both are very comfortable and relaxing

No big deal but no facilities to wash own clothes I understand their is a wash service but when you only have a few items to wash this is not practical..

Very friendly staff! Simple breakfast included, nice privacy curtains and lockers with locks under the beds, and a good location about 10 minutes by foot from the city centre! The common room is also quite cozy, with free books etc., and overall the hostel feels personal and nice (not too big).

In the shower there's nowhere to put clothes, so you have to either somehow hang all of your clothes and towel over the side of the wall, or get dressed outside the shower (but then you're standing in front of the sink for the bathroom, without much privacy). A shelf or something would be useful! There was also a guy who made the stay a little uncomfortable, because he was in the common room all the time muttering angrily out loud – presumably another guest, who was not quite in his right mind, but I don't blame the staff for not knowing what to do about that

The hotel was perfectly positioned for us, just outside the old town. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely shower room. We were on the 5th floor and there was a little kitchenette with a kettle, fridge tea and coffee etc which was great and unexpected. This was for all the rooms on the floor to use. This was a great idea.

The pictures lead you to believe there is an outside area but that didn't appear to be the case. We booked the hostel specifically for this as my sister smokes. We asked about the outside area for smoking and was told there was no smoking allowed on the premises at all. Also there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Usually this is available in all hotel rooms. Maybe as it is a hostel it's not included. There was a hairdryer though.

I was arriving late and the staff did an excellent job of communicating via WhatsApp to provide check in instructions when I arrived after the office had closed. It was a life saver. Note: In case you are only using wifi when you arrive, you can connect to wifi at the Dominos next door to the hostel if you need it before you go up. (I booked my hostel on a train from Barcelona and lost wifi on the second train, so this was also a life saver.) The facilities were so clean and a small breakfast spread was offered in the morning, which was a huge help after a full day of travel the day before. Perfect for getting me ready to head out for my adventures.
