It was close enough to the university, citadel, and old city to walk everywhere. The room was clean. Wifi worked well. Restaurants nearby offered good food at decent prices. Shared kitchen and living room were nice, but we did not use them. Laundry machine in kitchen!

We rented one of three rooms in a four-bedroom apartment that shared a bathroom. One or the other of those rooms had guests each night, so we were sharing the bathroom with strangers. That was not really a problem because we were in town to spend time with friends at an academic conference. The fourth bedroom had a private bathroom.

We were reached Pamplona around 6.15pm, which was out of office hours. The reception person has called me through phone and informed me about the checkin process and she messaged me, that's really much appreciated.

We were little confused how to enter the building,that we didn't know there was a sensor key attached in the key chain 😔. Please add that in the checkin information.

Good value for money and comfortable. I arrived outside the open hours so I got my key from a lockbox. The instructions were shared on WhatsApp and were very clear and easy to follow. The room is in a apartment, so there's a kitchen available and a balcony to enjoy. Being in an apartment with strangers was a little weird, but they were respectful and quiet so it went well. The cleaners came every day and the bathroom and the rest of the space was very clean.

2 blocks away of my daughter who studied here.

no need to have daily cleaning. So we did pass on this. Also, please check the leaking water in the toilet. Slowly but surely you will loose money bc the water is seepling. Only if you stay there you will notice. A soap holder in the shower would be handy :)

communication prior to arrival was not good. no reply to my message via Booking.com so had to send message via WhatsApp and then found out that check in time was different to the one originally stated via booking.com.

location, price, comfortable bed and lovely sheets , very clean. the receptionists were helpful and informative

Nothing to dislike , it was what what I expected . The only suggestion I could make would be for a small mirror in the actual bedroom .

Great option for groups of 4 or more, with shared kitchen and bathroom that was practical and perfect for our 3 night stay. Bedrooms were well kept and the shared room apartment was excellent. Stayed during San Fermin festival (Running of the Bulls), with the main street an easy bus away or roughly 35 min walk.

The crystal sparkle of the place was quite striking. And my room was just fantastic! I was put in a room with twin bed and bathroom. It couldn't be more comfortable! I loved it!😁

Nothing exactly...maybe I would've liked to meet the receptionist when I arrived but due to the current COVID situation, that is impossible. But they facilitated very well my confirmation, lodging and where to pick up and drop off the keys. So, very good!

Nice clean rooms. Kitchen and bathroom are nice too.

A little hard to find on Google maps, and a little walk from old town, but close to the bus station (which is a good thing!) .

reception hours were a bit odd the shower needs a good clean & a new curtain. no way to make coffee in that nice kitchen no laundry facilities
