Room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with a decent selection - and breakfast staff very helpful. This is the third time we have stayed in the hotel, which is very well located and car is valet-parked for you. Not a very warm welcome on check in - but hey, no great shakes as we know the hotel and city.

The hotel pool needs some attention as around the pool it is rather scruffy - and this seems to have been the case for the past few years. It is not heated - but being northern Europeans that is not a problem. The hotel needs to have a small changing room nearby, and get the sun beds sorted and placed in the pool area much more frequently than once a day. They also could do with some sun umbrellas. Re-painting that part of the hotel around the pool would help. It would also help if reception gave guests information about towels and the pool procedure etc on check-in.

Great location, decent breakfast, nice large room, convenient parking. Checkin was OK, but took longer than in other hotels

They tried to make it modern and to surprise with unusual features, but ended with being way too complex and confusing gadgets, I had problems closing window blinds. Also light control is also very confusing. Other simple things, e.g. towel hooks or door handles are unusual, to say the least. They look nice but have limited functionality, so I would rather prefer they had typical gadgets. If I stayed for a long time it may be OK, but not for a short stay. Breakfast is OK, but very expensive at 23E I recall

Check in was quick and the rooms we reserved were available. the hotel is nicely placed for pedestrian access to the city centre. views of the city from some of the upper storey rooms was nice.

We were charged half the price of a car to park our motorcycles in the underground car park, two to a space, which was OK but we were directly to a side area where we were squeezed in tightly. Thus those in first could not get out without finding and getting those those parked behind them to move. When we complained we did get a partial refund. However, the car park exit ramp is very steep and slippery when wet and gives straight onto the pavement and the security gate shuts automatically after a short time which would have made it impossible to get out unless other people help with the gate and stopping pedestrians on the pavement. A VERY DIFFICULT AND DANGEROUS EXIT FOR MOTORCYCLES.

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city and is within easy walking distance of all the landmarks and an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. The reception staff were excellent and multilingual, which helped as our Spanish is very limited. As we arrived at 11am we didn’t expect our room to be ready but hoped to drop off our luggage, heavy motorcycle kit and to park the bike in the hotel garage, so we could explore the city. We were offered a room upgrade for a modest increase and the room was available immediately, we jumped at the chance and the junior suite was large, beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and ideally situated overlooking the old city and certainly worth the small extra cost. The breakfast buffet was included and offered a good selection of well prepared food. This is the only meal that we ate in the hotel. If you are going to Pamplona this is the perfect place to stay.

Everyone from the doorman, the reception staff, the restaurant staff, the bar staff, and even the cleaners were exceptionally helpful and courteous. The only thing that could possibly top them was the location of the hotel itself. Pamplona is such a beautiful and engaging city, and the hotel is only 200m from both the old town (bars, cafes, restaurants) in one direction and the beautiful parks and fortress in the other.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it's in the heart of the city. The rooms are luxurious. The pool is good, although the water was chilling even in july.

They charge for everything, even for pool towels, this is something I have never had to pay for before. The parking charges are too high and the staff was rude as we did not move the car immediately after checkout, we had lunch nearby and then moved it. But we had paid for that day as well but we were treated as if we were using their facility for free.

Reception staff spoke excellent English. Large modern room with a long window looking out towards the park. Good bed. Immaculately clean modern bathroom with a good shower but surprisingly no extractor fan. Very good selection of toiletries including (unusually) conditioner and body lotion. Parking on the hotel’s forecourt was 18 euros a day. There was a large outdoor swimming pool which sadly we didn’t use because of the disappointingly cool/rainy weather.

A shower cap would have been useful!

The rooms were big and beds were good quality. wonderful bathroom with a great shower. Location is perfect if you want the have easy acces to the city but not want to be in the middle of the city. The staff was really nice to our dog.

The swimmingpool was not accessible and the gym was mediocre. We had a room at the streetside and there was noice from the garbage cars and nearby cafés

The hotel was in a fantastic location close to the the old city. It also wasn't far from the main bus station which made excursions to other parts of the region easy. The staff were brilliant and friendly and the room itself was very comfortable. Overall a great hotel and I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast felt somewhat overpriced for it being a buffet when compared to other cafés in the area but the staff were great and the food available was nice with a good selection.

Services and location are good

They charged me 50eruos more per day than they did last week and blamed different booking situations. I was not happy. 116.00 per night is very different to 161.00 per night. Both bookings through booking.com and both a week apart and both times the same room. Watch your booking and check the exact rate your booking is made on or you could be stung too!
