We liked the pool area, it is really cold until noon. The kind and friendly staff everywhere, cleaning staff, restaurant, lobby, all great.

I did not like that the hotel charges for EVERYTHING even to weigh the luggage. We had half board and there are no drinks included, not even water.

Nice shallow pools for the 3 year old and really nice food variety for all tastes and ages. Spacious room. My 8 year old enjoyed face painting every evening. Location was amazing - shops, beaches, bus stop to Siam aqua park, all within walking distance (2-10 min).

Cafeteria itself was quite dull and dark, no nice views or terrace. Staff professional and polite, but not particularly friendly - not smiling at all (in the restaurant or by the pool). We were refused late check out which is ok, but they couldn’t even extend our ‘all inclusive’ pass for drinks and ice cream by the pool for that day (despite our late check in and missing a full first day). Overall a very nice hotel, nothing went terribly wrong, and the food was a positive surprise, but nothing ‘wow-ed’ us either, and next time I would probably be curious to explore a new hotel.

Very good for families with small kids In a great location

The fact its suppose to be 4 star and you have to pay to use fridge as its locked and rent a kettlw which costs 26 euro per week absolutely shocking for a 4 star hotel other than that it was good

The hotel is very well located, close to the main street shops and the ocean. The hotel is not old, beautiful spacious rooms, a large balcony with a drying rack, a table and chairs. Everything you need to make tea or coffe is available in the room. The service at the rception was fast and everyone also speaks english. The food was good and was different every night.

The bathroom door didnt close properly and was made of frosted glass. I was there with teenage kids who need more privacy. In the case half board it is necessary to buy additional drinks with the room-card in the evenings (inckuding water). The insects (cockroaches?) in the basemnet (lobby, and restaurant) were unpleasant.

Beautiful spacious room overlooking the pools. Location was excellent with everything very close by. Definitely recommend to couples and families.

Having to pay for the key for fridge. Never seen this before.

We stayed 10 nights. Room has been cleaned every day beds done cleaner ladies even folded our PJ's. Food was a delicious different kind of fish every day, meat pizza pasta salads...with little bit of fantasy you could create lovely dish every single time any time of day. Staff in the restaurant was very helpful smiling all the time. It seemed like some of them are there non stop and they walked a hundreds miles every day. Really lovely place to stay very close to beach restaurants and shops. Good access to motorway too.

Toilets next to the pool could be cleaned few times a day as lot of water and pee on the floor. Drunk people shouting on the street in front of hotel every night but it's nothing to do with hotel :-)

I like the variety of food and drinks, room was good and clean. Roof solarium is amazing with beds Very close to beach and restaurants

-In the evening were music and entertainment but mostly for kids I feltbthat I am at kindergarten place but nothing for adults, no dancing for adults...kids were everywhere playing until bar was closed (23:30) It should be that kids should go to bed at 10PM! or they should be not allowed to go to bar!...they were screaming all the time and running. -We had bed with some plastic under sheet that made noice during move. it was very annoying when trying to sleep... -I didnt like plastic cubs for drinks outside and for coffe... -I didn like basic glass for drinks inside was look like daily glass it should be more fancy -Drinks were good except ready cocktails -Big bed was accually a two samall bed connected together -Cold water in the pool

Reception staff were excellent, good size room with comfortable bed, small fridge that you could keep juice, water etc cool. Like some other reviews the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned very well by room service who deserve credit for their hard work, however the bathrooms could do with a makeover. Good location for the hotel, short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Overall enjoyed out stay at the hotel

Holiday makers taking sunbeds and not using them for the full day leaving others without.

Room was big. Hotel location is very good. Outdoor heated pool is really appreciated. SPA is a bonus (not sure why is only for adults and younger people are not allowed, e.g over 16) Food was decent.

The room and the hotel show signs of wear and tear, the finishes are substandard. Price is high but they are charging for safe and for coffee pods in the room. Restaurant looks awful like a cheap canteen and in many instances is smoky and smelly due to some cooking inside the restaurant.

Fantastic position in the heart of Las Americas, lots of great restaurants and bars all around. The room was spacious and very comfortable, excellent beds. Breakfast very good with lots of choice, lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds, very good evening bar area.

The shower system in the bedroom needs upgrading. When showering the water can go from perfect to red hot and then to very cold all in space of a few minutes. Not good.
