We have stayed at the hotel for the last 20 years and it has been renovated to such a high standard it is truly a beautiful place to stay. The location is also perfect.

The waiter table service has been better in previous years. It would be nice to have a more attentive waiter service in the pool and outside areas to take drink orders.

Clean and well maintained throughout the whole hotel. There were a number of areas for relaxation and as the areas were spacious this created a quiet atmosphere. Spa was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they were a great team. The musical evenings were a welcome bonus and we saw some talented performers. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choice. Location was excellent away from the busy main town but across the road from the impressive beach.

A Twin bed and not a double was provided even though one was requested many weeks prior to the visit. Hardly any storage in the bedroom meant we had to keep our clothes and belonging in suit cases, which also had to be left on the floor as there was no place to put them. For a short stay this would have been inconvenient but for the 7 day stay it was very frustrating. Even the twin beds were on metal frames so it was not even possible to store the cases underneath.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach front. Lovely outdoor area padding pool 🏊 to cool off and pool. Lovely beds with curtains to chill out on when too hot. Great service sabastine was great. Great choice for breakfast loads of choice. We eat there two evenings which we didn’t intend to do but such lovely food again great choice lovely surroundings. We stayed in seafront junior suite very spacious clean. Quiet and perfect view from balcony. Would definitely stay again. Something special

Just a couple of things we had the junior seafront suite the dividers between each room are just frosted glass to you can hear if anyone is on the next balcony a wee bit intrusive. Also I think if in the evening you are just sitting outside in the restaurant area for a drink they should put a lamp on your table and maybe a tablecloth just to add to your experience.

The staff are wonderful. The reception staff are especially delightful. The location is one of the best in Port de Pollenca with the beach directly opposite. It’s quiet yet central. Breakfasts are fabulous with excellent selection and freshly cooked. To sit outside as the sun rises over the sea and eat breakfast is very special.

We stayed in a junior suite which was lovely. There was not free water provided which we found unusual as we travel a lot and almost always free water is provided on a daily basis. Also in a suite it’s usual to have a bath robe and slippers provided so although it was very nice it wasn’t luxury.

The location is the most appealing right on the beach , a beautiful walk along the promenade . The decor is beautiful and cleaned daily . Breakfast was plentiful and although we were not half board did have lunch on a couple of occasions which was lovely and fresh . Plenty of very comfortable sun loungers and beds . Friendly reception staff .

Our sea view room was on the small side compared to others we saw . Our other family members had a side sea view room which was bigger still a lovely view and a lot cheaper . A lot of other guests who seemed to be frequent visitors appeared to be swapping and changing rooms so perhaps wise to which are the best rooms . Our son had a single room which had no balcony or drying facilities and was noisy being near the stairs and lift . The lounge area inside where we occasionally had a night cap was too bright and not much atmosphere . Pool was quite chilly .

Beautiful hotel as always, great location. We are repeat visitors and will be back again! The location right on the beach and a short stroll from the centre for dinner is perfect for us, nice and quiet and calm but still walkable. We did prefer when it was adults only, so will aim to avoid periods in the school holidays in the future. This hotel is really not set up for children, it is a very adult pool set up with high quality lounging facilities - kids running around shouting is really not in keeping with the vibe.

Very relaxed and clean vibe in hotel. Friendly and helpful sraff. Lots of breakfast options.Only 20min relaxing stroll to harbour and main town. Beachfront and lovely part of the beach too.

Stayed in single room which was absolutely fine. Bed frame could’ve been more sturdy-seemed to move a little when I moved during the night, but not a huge problem. Room was at back, View was ok of hills with only a bit of tiled roof obscuring slightly. Not a problem for myself as got a good price for the single room and I was out hiking/at beach m/relaxing on the lounge beds at front of hotel most of the time. If staying as a couple,I would definitely pay for balcony/sea view.

Lovely hotel. Very central and a wonderful stroll into the centre on the promenade. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel itself beautifully laid out with plenty of sunbeds available. We swam in the sea which is literally across the road, and the beach is clean and well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the prom too. Our room was lovely ,with effective air conditioning and a well maintained bathroom.

When we initially arrived, we were put in a tiny room that opened out onto a shared patio. It had no privacy and we didn't feel that it warrented the price of our stay. However we were moved very quickly to a superior room when we spoke to Daniel at reception.

The hotel is located right in front of the beach, is well maintained and offers an excellent selection of food (breakfast and dinner - buffet). It has also a private parking which was very useful. The room was very well decorated and had an amazing balcony. While I was there I could also enjoy live music during dinner time, an excellent duo performed.

On my last day, the cleaning lady entered the room while I was sleeping even though it was not checkout time. I found this quite invasive and reported the accident.
