Perfect location, close to the sea, shops and restaurants, but in the quite area of the port. Nice level walking everywhere. Staff all very welcoming and professional.

The location was excellent, the fact that it is a smaller Hotel is nice, it felt cozy without big crowds of people and the manager & his team of staff could not do enough for you & are very friendly. It is lovely & clean, with housekeeping every day. Breakfast whilst no hot options is no problem at all, with beautiful pastries, boiled eggs, continental meats & cheese with lovely fresh rolls or toast. Also fresh fruit, cereals etc.

There were 3 of us in a room, so we found it quite small, I would definitely book a bigger room next time with the larger balcony, although there only appeared to be a couple of these. One minor complaint is people leaving their towels on sun loungers all day, despite not using them for hours on end. This is rather selfish as it is a small area with not many beds available due to space. It wasn’t a major problem for us as we went the beach but it could cause problems for others.

The location was perfect for me. Not in the middle of the touristy port. It was in a very calm area, but close to the sea. I could see the mountains from my balcony. The room was very big for one person, I felt comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast amazing. The pool area was cute and chill, very peaceful hotel, I enjoyed. Perfect for a trip when you want to go to the mountains and the sea and explore a lot and then come back and relax in peace.

The rooms are poorly soundproofed and I'm a bit sensitive to noise, so this was not so good for me. For example when the staff started cleaning in the morning it was loud in my room and I couldn't sleep longer.

Totally dedicated, friendly and utterly lovely staff. Nothing too much trouble. Hotel small, clean, quiet and perfectly located. Breakfast and lunch fresh, clean, simple and exactly what we needed. Laid back, welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely return. Thank you for having us!

Extremely friendly staff. Great location near to the promenade, beach and beach-front restaurants. Very clean hotel. Good continental breakfast buffet. Comfortable lounge and bar area.

The bedrooms were spotlessly clean but did smell strongly of cleaning products.

This hotel is located close to the Pine Walk in a quiet area but within a few minutes walk of many bars and restaurants. It offers a continental breakfast with a wide variety of different options. The rooms are bright, modern and newly refurbished. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It is excellent value for money for a 3 star hotel. The fact that most of the people we spoke to during out stay were repeat visitors says it all.

Nice, quiet location just off the Pine Walk with beaches within an easy walk. Very clean and comfortable room, the beds were very comfy. Handy kettle in the room with some tea/ coffee provided. Small fridge also provided. Good housekeeping every day. The hotel staff were lovely, friendly, welcoming and efficient. The lunchtime snacks are worth a try. Very good value for money. Google maps takes you to the wrong location so just be aware.

Very little and nothing that would stop us returning; mainly the soundproofing, unfortunately, you can hear the bathroom in use in the neighbouring rooms. Also, there were quite a few cyclists who click clack down the corridors, not the hotels fault but they could be a little more considerate.

It’s such a lovely little hotel by the beach, with a nice pool. The continental breakfast was lovely and the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect - seconds from a stunning beach and lots of restaurants, and very quiet. There is also a bus stop 10 minutes away which is handy to get around. The room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony and very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxing stay in Port de Pollença.

Nothing. However, there is a big restaurant across the road which can get very loud with live music and general noise. However, this didn’t impact our stay at all, and it was always quiet after 11pm.
