I stayed here for a few days in July 2015 and chose to do the same again this July. The Capri is on the sea front promenade, has a first floor lounge overlooking the bay and a restaurant with tables on the paseo and at the end of a short pier across the small beach in front of the hotel. Members of staff in all departments were as friendly and helpful as they were during my previous stay. Breakfast was superb - huge choice to suit all tastes. It's a pity I only ever have croissants & coffee !!!! My single room was an improvement on last time, a little larger with a double bed and wardrobe, very similar in fact to the one shown in the Booking.com single room photos. An uninteresting view into a quiet service area of course but it had everything else you could ask for. Good value compared with other paseo located hotels. I again enjoyed my stay very much.

- easy to find - brilliant staff! - good customer service - very clean - the lounge on the first floor with sea view to chill - breakfast buffet with a lot to choose from - having kettle in the room - the aircon

- kid size and slippery shower room - the mattress was a bit knackered - my room was not ready when I arrived - on their welcome book they mentioned a welcome bottle of water which wasn’t in the room - some part of the breakfast was tasteless & their coffee is not great - the building was shaking during the storm - the view from the window - limited tv channel ( they were mainly in German & Spanish)

Staff working at breakfast restaurant were very kind and at the reception. The view is amazing.

The forst night (After a long flight), i wanted to sleep in and at 9 am someone knocked and entered my room right away which woke me up and made me upset. Why do they start cleaning the room that early? Who came in? They left as soon as they saw me sleeping but i really didn’t appreciate that. The rest of the night i slept with a chair blocking the door.

Location and value for money.

Check-in was a breeze with their ever-friendly staff. I really enjoyed it the most when the staff share quick tips about the accommodation, such as the time for breakfast and where are open for seating, the deals that they have for dinner and also the sharing of their sister restaurant for more deals. their staff were also very well versed in the area and I managed to receive the assistance I need to get around the island. My room was really clean and very cosy, I enjoyed the little sofa area instead of just the bed. I also enjoyed my quiet time during breakfast as guests are allowed to seat anywhere around the accommodation to have their breakfast (ground floor, the balcony of level one, and even out of the by the sea) a great way to start my day~ The location of the accommodation is right in the middle of many highly rated restaurants, totally spoilt for choice.

Very unfortunate to not be able to book my stay with the sea-facing rooms but no biggy. Best to book directly with them to have that option.

There are three main attractions:- 1. It’s location 2. The hotel size - approximately 30 rooms and it’s costs against hotel in same location. Additionally the staff were great and the breakfast buffet was really good.

The reception area doesn’t reflect the rest of the hotel- first impressions count. At reception on arrival we were initially told we did not have rooms for all of our party. Not good news at 11pm. In turned out that the junior member of staff was in need of training. The matter was resolved.

it is a small boutique hotel overlooking the bay, was the perfect location. The beach was literally across the pine walk where you can hire sunbeds and an umbrella. The rooms were clean and bright and had everything you needed, including tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast that is included was an excellent buffet style breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again, for me it is not worth the extra expense to stay in a bigger hotel with a pool.

Big spacious and light room. I liked the turquoise and white colour scheme reminiscent of a beach The location was perfect and the breakfast very good. I loved the hotel pier where you could drink or eat right on the sea edge.

The shower leaked water on to the floor so the bath mat was always wet. It could have had a bit more storage in the bathroom and the sink was very small. The plug didn't work and wasn't fixed in spite of two requests.

Small hotel meant you got to know the staff who couldn't have been nicer. The position was outstanding only a few yards across the promenade to the sea. Sitting/dinning area on 1st floor gave views over the palms and yachts. Stunning. Rooms were cleaned and made up every day. So nice to come back to. Great showers. Buffet breakfast was varied and extensive. Had to restrain ourselves after getting carried away on 1st morning!

Hotel was narrow; only 2 bedrooms wide on 4 floors. Seafront bedrooms with their balconies were unbeatable. The bedrooms at back also had balconies but were overlooking not too busy road. The rooms in-between (one of which we had) had views onto next door building's walls. Difficult to see the sky! However, after initial disappointment when we first walked in, it didn't bother us as we spent all our time, when in the hotel, on the 1st floor sitting area which had best views in PP.

The location was amazing, right on the main beach, within walking distance of everything including bus. The hotel itself has a restaurant and a viewing/sitting area on the 2nd floor. I upgraded to a sea view room and this was well worth it. The staff were very helpful, there was breakfast included and a towel for the beach if needed.

Ofcourse it is a bit outdated, but this did not bother me too much, everything worked and was clean so there was no major issues.
